When in the Course of Human Events, it becomes necessary for one people to disolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Yahweh God entitles them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which compel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self evident, that we, the True & Lawful Descendants of Ancient Israel are endowed by our Father Yahweh with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transcient causes; and accordingly all experiance hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms of government to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, nay it is their DUTY, to throw off such Government by whatever means necessary, and to provide new Safe Guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of the Descendants of Jacob/Israel in these united states of America; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. To prove this, let the facts be submitted to a candid world. "We the People of the united states of America" do hereby recognize that an "Open and Notorius Declaration of War" has been declared on "We the People".
This "State of War" began with the institution of Martial Law by declaring "National Emergency", and that this "State of War" now exists between ALL Freedom Loving Patriots and Americans alike, and will continue until the President does make a formal public withdrawl of any statements or edicts that created this situation, or until the Congress steps in and "Over-rules" the President's actions as "Unlawful" and "Unconstitutional", and that he did not have the "Authority" to "Declare War" on the American People!!!
It is now a dark and dismal time in the history of our race. All about us lie the green graves of our sires, yet, in a land once ours, we have become a people dispossessed...
By the millions, those not of our blood violate our borders and mock our claim to sovereignty. They allow Mexicans by the legions to invade our soil, and whether by the force of arms or force of the groin, the result of this invasion is the same.
How is it that a parasite has gained dominion over its host? Instead of being vigilant, our fathers have slept. What are we to do? How bleak these aliens have made our children's future. All about us the land is dying. Our cities swarm with dusky hordes. The water is rancid and the air is rank. For protecting the Alphabet Terrorists (the FBI, CIA, DEA, OHD, etc) from punishment for any and all crimes committed by them under the "Color of Law", including Murder and Treason that they should commit on the Inhabitants of these states:

We the following, being of sound mind and under no duress, do hereby sign this Declaration of our own free will, stating forthrightly and without fear that we recognize that an "Open and Notorius State of War" does now exist between the "Defacto U.S. Government" and "We the People", and we therefore declare ourselves to be in full and unrelenting state of war with those forces seeking and consciously promoting the destruction of our faith and our race.
