The Declaration of Independence of the Thirteen Colonies
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for a Free people to dissolve the political bands which oppress us, and to assume God's entitlements, their duty is to remove all tyrants, including President George W. Bush. We hold these truths to be self-evident:
He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, with the Patriot Act I, the proposed version II and Homeland Defense.He has abdicated legitimate Government here, by declaring a War on Terror against us.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.He has affected to render the Military as colonial occupational troops in defense of an Empire.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
Many seek to subvert the United States
When a nation allows foreign interests to shape and steer public policy, that society will dissolve into a mere hulk of a self sustained and free country. Whether that intrusion comes from Britain, or the subversion comes in the name of Israel or from a resentful neighbor called Mexico; America will be betrayed. Those dual loyalists, in or out of the country, put their patron state above our land and work incessantly to destroy our way of life. Our legitimacy rests upon protecting our domestic Liberty. Independence from alien objectives, that conflict with our own self interest, is common sense.
However, the road to tyranny is paved by lies and deceit of a perfidious fifth column. Allowing these elements a veto over pro American policy is the ultimate treason. Apologists and lackeys for foreign Socialists deliver up America to the hordes of the collective, ruled and controlled by a egoistic elite, while they deceive the masses. False claim of democracy is nothing more than a cover for autocracy. Promises of genuine self determination are dishonored, while the demands are placed over our treasure and honor.
Despotism often is initiated under the hands of operatives, in service to another State. Interlopers become policy makers, thieves direct budgets that only benefit foreign regimes and infiltrators spy on our own people, while on the public payroll. America can be saved, if and when her people wake up, to the forces working overtime to destroy her. Break the unholy alliance with foreign powers and rid our country of suspect citizens. The future of the nation needs to be restored into your own hands.
Founded on the quest for Liberty, fallen into the depth of Totalitarianism
Have we become a people who value a false perception of security over the natural rights of individual citizens? The American public has forsaken their inherent birthright, endowed by God, and bestowed upon our society through the great courage and integrity of our forefathers. Our elections have become a scam, our politicians preach treason and our Presidents all act as dictators. Fascism is defined as: A philosophy or system of government that is marked by stringent social and economic control, a strong, centralized government usually headed by a dictator, and often policy of belligerent nationalism. This is the exact condition of the post 911, United States. Today our Constitution has been discarded, our Bill of Rights disregarded and our individual states relegated into colonies under the control of a central government despot. The Republic is dead and few Americans seem to care.

The notion that the United States are united is absurd. The idea that our society is a 'melting pot' of pluralism is insane. And a belief that we are still a free people is sheer madness. But you are told that the federal government is the answer to every problem. When in fact the STATE is the creator of fabricated problems and the perpetrator of systematic crisis, designed to maintain total confusion and chaos. They offer a fleeting relief and a transitory security - both pure illusions. They demand that you give up your Liberty and demand total obedience and submission to their rule. Does this sound like the America you fondly remember?
The czars dictate and the subjects kneel. Being transformed into serfs on the way to slaves doesn't bother most people, it's Patriotic to become enslaved! Nazis advocated National Socialism. Since 911, all we hear from the government is that we need to support the "War on Terror". They equate good citizenship with blind support of their destructive policies. It's a phony diversion, intended to create the opportunity to put their despotic domestic measures into action. Fear of terrorists from overseas is nothing compared to the terror that the U.S. government is inflicting upon our fellow citizens.
Will the Patriot Act be repealed - will Homeland Security be abolished - after al-Qaida is removed as a threat? Or are we just being conditioned to accept the trashing of the Bill of Rights, as a necessary condition of tribute to the imperial empire? The oath of office for Congress reads: "I, (name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God."
In effect we have a government that acts like an organized crime syndicate. Do our representatives honor this oath of office? It is a foregone conclusion that all Presidents now act as an Emperor. The bureaucracy operates upon executive orders, and circumvents established law. If this isn't despotism, what would you call it? Tyranny has become established policy on its way to institutional permanence. Perpetual force and severe punishment will become the standard condition. Dissent will not be tolerated, and coercion will be the rule. Totalitarianism is here to stay. Welcome to the new Amerika!
