About the Federal Observer

Kettle Moraine, Limited, the parent of The Federal Observer, was founded in 1995 by Jeffrey Bennett. KML has produced audio broadcast programs for satellite and international short-wave audiences with live audio feed for the internet and satellite transmissions since its inception. Our programming has been geared to those who seek the alternative to the pablum of the daily newspeak, currently heard on the controlled media. Our programs have been available for simulcast on AM and FM stations across America - for those who have the guts to carry the TRUTH! In the Spring of 2005, Perspectives on America was no longer on the air. In April of 2007, we revived our daily radio broadcast under a new guise: Read Between the Lines. Kettle Moraine continues to forge ahead.

In the early stages of planning this site, we were perplexed about a name, so we put it off until the site began to formulate. As preparations for the Federalist Papers and Anti-Federalist Papers (some of the finest documents ever written by early American men) were made, we fell upon a single letter written by one of our Nation's Founders, signed, "A Federal Observer" - and at that instant, the name of this site was selected. The Federal Observer, which was established on July 22, 2001, will continue to be the voice of truth. Watch the pages of this site for further updates.

From inception, the mission of The Federal Observer has been to keep watch over the continual indiscretions of our "beloved" Federal Government and to report wrongs against the Constitution - and America's people. Our mission has always been to make the reader think - for him or herself for once - then to react and ACT upon the information, which we provide. I can think of no simpler way to describe The Federal Observer, but with the words of the great Patrick Henry of Virginia:

"It is natural for man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst, and to provide for it."

A Message From the Publisher
It has been said that those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it! My first broadcast on World Wide Christian Radio was heard July 28, 1995. Since that time, I have attempted to address the problems and the future of this nation in a manner that was unique from others who were, and are still, broadcasting on the 'alternative media.' My broadcasts utilized historical, biblical and the financial knowledge which I have attained over nearly six-decades - to get the message regarding the plans of the now and future "rulers" of the world - across to both knowledgeable and uninformed Americans alike. With my longtime relation with the late Dr. William D. Kelley, we have attempted to keep you up on the REAL health issues of our time - NOT the trumped up versions. Got Cancer? We've got the Answer!

Occasionally, I took the nostalgic view such as our program called Death at the Ballpark, which was used to show how big business dictates policy and life choices to small business - and how it affects the average citizen in this country today. One of our earliest recorded programs was a tribute to John Wayne on his dedication to our great Republic. As the years unfolded, our broadcasts included a six-hour series entitled, All The King’s Men, where we covered in depth - the real story behind the financial crisis that led to the great Depression of the nineteen-thirties, Watch for brand-new, updated recording of this original series sometime in the second half of 2007.

Some-months later, we offered our listeners Rich Man, Poor Man, Beggar Man, Thief! - both the pre-quel and the sequel to . . . King's Men (replaced in May 2004 with The Mask of Dimitrios, a four-hour rendering of the founding and the aftermath of the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. Also offered through our Sunset Boulevard series, was a one-hour satirical look at the banking system, It’s a Wonderful Life is told through the wit and wisdom of the words of Gary North with a little Hollywood thrown in - just for good measure, Mr. Potter..

Our American Heritage series began in March 1998 with and a two hour study of the Founders and the Declaration of Independence entitled, The American Crisis II: A Declaration for Our Times. Additional programs, included The Battle for Freedom: The Battle of the Alamo - a horribly misunderstood and overlooked program, which should be heard by every American today; The Visions of General Washington, a program, which I have been privileged to offer on stage on numerous occasions; The Constitution Files: Volume One, dealing specifically with the ‘missing’ 13th Amendment.

Mission From Moscow, through the recorded words of Sen. Joe McCarthy and Myron Fagan - proved the master plan of Communist infiltration into every facet of American life; and FacUNism: Judgement on Washington , which is now being updated frequently as a regular column on The Federal Observer. In 2001, we began our ongoing expose on the education of an American Child in Village of the Damned. In 2002, we offered Cast A Giant Shadow, followed by Touch of Evil - the beginning of what has become a lengthy study into the history of Israel (both Biblical and modern), now exceeding thirteen hours of in-depth study into the issue, which seems to shape our modern society.

The continual goal is to teach, educate and WAKE UP AMERICA! It ain't easy folks, and even though The Federal Observer was never intended to be a commercial site, many of the programs mentioned above – in addition to many more titles - are available in our Federal Observer Catalog. We have always hoped to make a difference. And with your help and support - we can make a difference on our quest to rid ourselves of the globalists and TAKE AMERICA BACK! The year 2007 is half-way over and we have not stopped yet (although we have slowed up a little) - yet Lord willing - we won't quit until the task is completed.

It began one September morning...
Three days after the attacks of September 11th, 2001 The Federal Observer, in conjunction with Armed Females of America posted the petition, which would ultimately lead to victory to restore a commercial airline pilot's right to be armed in defense of his aircraft, his crew and ultimately - his passengers. Three hundred and fifty-nine days after our modern "Day of Infamy", the second leg of our battle for America was won. In just fourteen months - with the work, which we had begun - we have witnessed victory with the help, efforts and assistance of the Airline Pilots Security Alliance - an organization, which did not exist until after our petition was published. While others are now claiming that they were “the first” – in fact they were not. They may have been among the first to vocalize – but not the first to action!

Changes continue to take place at The Federal Observer and to those of you who have been with me for these nearly twelve years - I thank you for your continued support and words of encouragement. I have not in the past - nor will in the future - attempt to be a carbon copy or clone of anyone else's style. It has been said that those who live by the sword - shall die by the sword! I have chosen as my weapons - for the time being - a pen - for the pen IS mightier than the sword - but time may be running out!
