Stuter: The Georgia Ballot Challenge

On January 25, 2012, two letters starting making the rounds, concerning three lawsuits filed alleging Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible to appear on the Georgia primary ballot.

The three attorneys involved in the three lawsuits are Mark Hatfield, Van Irion and Orly Taitz. The cases brought by Hatfield and Irion allege that Obama is not eligible as his acknowledged father, Barack Hussein Obama (Sr), was a British subject at the time of Obama’s alleged birth on 4 August 1961, allegedly in Hawaii; that, as such, Obama does not meet the requirements of natural born citizen as required by Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, United States Constitution. The other case, brought by Taitz, alleges that Obama has presented forged birth certificates, a forged selective service registration, and is using at least one social security number that is not his. At an early court hearing, Judge Malihi agreed to separate the cases but set the hearing date for all three for January 26, 2012, with Hatfield and Irion presenting their cases, then Taitz presenting her case.

Stuter: The Georgia Case

Will the Georgia administrative court actually get to the bottom of the Obama “natural born” controversy?

The internet is abuzz with speculation regarding what will happen on January 26, 2012 when the next hearing on this matter is scheduled; the Administrative Law Judge Malihi having denied Obama’s motion to dismiss on January 3, 2012.

The internet has been abuzz since then with claims that Obama will be forced to provide his birth documents, forced to prove his eligibility, forced to prove he is “natural born”.

I hate to throw water on what has been a hot issue for the past three years, but I do believe that many are counting their chickens before they hatch. And anyone who has had much experience in hatching chickens knows that nothing is a given.

Stuter: AS AMERICA CELEBRATES CHRISTMAS

As Americans prepare to celebrate Christmas, reflection upon the true meaning of the birth of Christ, and the true role of Christianity in the birth of our nation, is in order.

There was a very wise man named Edmund Burke who said the following (sic): freedom without virtue is not freedom but license to pursue whatever passions prevail in the intemperate mind; man’s right to freedom being in exact proportion to his ability to put chains upon his own appetites, the less restraint from within, the more must be imposed from without.

Stand back, read and re-read that, for what Edmund Burke is saying is the very foundation upon which our Founding Fathers built this nation – the idea of a limited form of government allowing man the greatest amount of freedom to pursue life, liberty and happiness so long as man exercised self-restraint and self-discipline in all his pursuits.

John Adams further defined the words of Edmund Burke when he stated, “Our constitution is made for a moral and religious people, it is wholly inadequate for any other.”

In the same vein, this quote attributed to James Madison, “We have staked the whole future of American civilization, not upon the power of government, far from it. We have staked the future of all of our political institutions upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God.”

When agnostics, pagans, hedonists, atheists, cults, existentialists, etc, claim “separation of church and state”, their goal is self-serving. The First Amendment to the United States Constitution does not establish the separation of church and state, it forbids a state-recognized religion; it does not forbid one exercising one’s religious beliefs within the halls of government or on public property. Far from it. Our Founding Fathers believed that the only way our nation would flourish and survive was if men of strong moral character, religious conviction and ethic walked the halls of our government institutions.

What our Founding Fathers knew, that so many today do not, because they know nothing of our history and our founding institutions, is that the only way our fledgling nation would survive is if the people governed themselves, controlled themselves, sustained themselves according to the Ten Commandments of God.

Freedom without virtue is not freedom, but license to pursue whatever passions prevail in the intemperate mind.

Do all the vices we see about us today, pursued in the name of personal “freedom,” conform to the Ten Commandments of God?

Ours is truly a spiritual battle. And unless the people of this nation take heed of God’s Commandments, fall on their knees, ask forgiveness of their sins, go forth and do better in abiding God’s word, this nation is doomed.

2 Chronicles 7:14:if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

Republicans complicit in violation of U.S. Constitution

Like many of you, I recently received a “census” survey from the Republican National Committee. I learned, a long time ago, that the answers to surveys were found in the wording of the questions. In other words, survey participants are led to the wanted answer by the wording of the questions.

The survey was accompanied, of course, by the requisite request for money.

At first I was going to toss the whole thing. The RNC doesn’t really want to know what the American people think, ergo the survey set up to elicit the wanted responses, just the check enclosed – thank you very much.

Then I decided that since they had given me the opportunity to communicate with them, via a return postage-paid envelope, why should I miss the opportunity to tell them what I really think.

Obama’s flaunting of rule of law

No doubt most have been exposed, during the non-stop coverage of Hurricane Irene as it traversed up the east coast, to Obama’s furrowed brow and look of worry; to him being portrayed, both by his own words and the mainstream media cameras and reporters hanging on his every word, as someone oh so concerned for the American people as Hurricane Irene moved north.

As Judy McLeod of Canada Free Press put it, he’s apparently been taking acting lessons from Tom Hanks. Most particularly like the photo-op showing Obama, complete with name plate (like we wouldn’t know who he was otherwise) with the portrayal of Hurricane Irene lurking over his left shoulder, at the FEMA command and control center.

Why would McLeod say that; why would I concur?

Because actions speak louder than words.

Stuter: Obama, John Morton and the Prosecutorial Discretion Memo

There has been an e-mail blast, making the rounds of the internet, claiming that Obama has implemented the Dream Act by executive order.

This is not true. I repeat, this is not true. Please, if you receive an e-mail, making this claim, disregard it as disinformation. Who started this disinformation is not known; suspicions, however, point to “friends of Obama” who run on the mantra “never let a good crisis go to waste.” More on that below.

Stuter: The War Within

An e-mail, from a fellow freedom-fighter, gave me cause to think long and hard about the growing animosity between the shrinking middle-class and business in our country today, who is agitating that animosity, and what they hope to gain.

Who is not aware that the taxpayers bailed out the Wall Street tycoons in 2008-2009, and the billions added to the national debt because of it? In essence, the little people – the average every day Mom and Pop – bailed out businesses that make millions of dollars every year and pay their CEO’s and top management millions every year in compensation.

Loughner: Mentally Unstable or a product of Systems Education

On the heels of the shooting of Gabrielle Giffords, Democrat Representative from Arizona, the left has moved quickly to point the finger of blame at anyone who opposes their agenda.

Fox News is to blame – they’ve spoken against leftist policies; they’ve incited people to action.

Sarah Palin is to blame – she painted crosshairs on the Giffords’ campaign in Arizona.

Jesse Kelly, Giffords’ opponent in the last election, is to blame – he shot off an M16 in protest of her policies.

Stuter: What price freedom?

The 4th of July has come and gone, celebrated by millions of people with potlucks, barbeques, parades, family gatherings, fun and above all else, fireworks.

I don’t know about your neighborhood, but mine sounded like a war zone. Bombs of every sort and description were going off in the days leading up to the big day.

People were celebrating “our freedom.”

But what does that mean exactly?

Stuter: Democracy in Action

stuter_new_thumbMay 11, 2010 – Democracy is a word used often by our elected these days. Democracy, defined, is rule in accordance with the passions, opinions and prejudices of those in power.

Let’s compare a few cases to see how democracy works.

Stuter: Hands off Arizona

stuter_new_thumbExcerpt: You started this.  If you want it to end, get the illegals out of the United States and do it now.  Take the money the illegal alien in the White House is spending, running around in Air Force One playing golf and trying to sell his Marxist ideology to the people, and spend it getting illegal aliens the hell out of our country.

Senator Cantwell, Senator Murray,

American’s have a message for you all back there in Sin City – HANDS OFF ARIZONA!

Stuter: The hypocrisy of the Obama birth certificate issue

stuter_new_thumbMore than one mother has quipped to the effect that to enroll a child in school, one must produce the child’s birth certificate.

More than one military person has lamented that they, too, must produce their birth certificate to enlist and on demand.

The latest being LTC Lakin who was ordered to report for a second tour of duty in the Middle East; ordered to show up for duty with his birth certificate in hand.

He refused to report, stating unequivocally that he has serious reservations that the individual, claiming to be his Commander-in-Chief, is legitimate to the office he holds.

Stuter: The left-wing propaganda machine

stuter_new_thumbWhen leftist politicians are in trouble, politically, there is one thing you can count on:  they will do anything to divert attention away from themselves.

The hugely unpopular health-care vote is a case in point.

On the particular day of the vote, black Congressmen made a point of walking through “kill the bill” protestors on their way to chambers.  They could have used the tunnel to arrive at their destination but they didn’t.  Not that walking through the protestors wasn’t their right, they had every right, but their doing so makes their reasons for doing so suspect.

Stuter: Beyond Coincidence

smarmy_obamaLet us examine what we already know about the eligibility of Also Known As (AKA) Obama.   We know that he claims to have been the child of Ann Dunham Obama and Barack Hussein Obama (Sr), a British subject at the time of AKA’s birth.  We only know what he claims as we have seen no proof.

We know that while AKA claims his birthplace as Hawaii, we don’t know that is really true because, while AKA admits that his birth certificate exists — that is, the one issued at or near the time of his birth — all that anyone has seen are pictures of a Certification of Live Birth (COLB) supposedly issued in 2007, printed on a form established in 2001 and printed with a laser printer.  We only know what he claims as no one, of authority, has actually seen, handled, or inspected what AKA contends is his COLB.

Stuter: The Degradation of Hallowed Halls

stuter_new_thumbI’ve come up with a new name for Obama.  You see, because he refuses to produce his actual birth certificate, aided and abetted in his refusal by Democrats and Republicans alike, I refuse to acknowledge him as President or Commander-in-Chief.  He may be the resident, but not president; he may be the Liar-in-Chief but not the Commander-In-Chief.

For a long time, I’ve referred to him as AKA, Also Known As, because of his many aliases.  Which one is really his name is questionable; the most likely is Barry Soetoro, given that he was adopted by his stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, who registered him at the Franciskus Assisi Primary School in Jakarta as Barry Soetoro, Indonesian citizen of Muslim faith.

Stuter: The Race to the Bottom

stuter_new_thumbLast week, in Teachers were warned, I touched on the fact that teachers were warned that the results of the assessment of students would affect them; that if students did not demonstrate the wanted behaviors, as determined by the behaviorally oriented assessment, the teachers would suffer the consequences which could come in several forms, including mentoring, further education, decrease in salary, and probation; that if enough students failed the assessment teachers and/or administrators could be fired.  This has now happened to teachers at Central Falls High School in Rhode Island and to a principal in Longview, Washington.

Stuter: Teachers were warned

dunce_thumbThere has been a growing controversy — in Rhode Island and across the nation — about the firing of the teachers at Central Falls High School.

Teachers are in an uproar, the union is “outraged”, the parents are “outraged”, the students are surely “going to be traumatized” (But then, that seems easy to accomplish these days.  To listen to the talking heads, one definitely comes to the conclusion that children are just not as resilient as they used to be when adults had common sense.)

To understand why these teachers were fired, one needs to understand the system…

Back in 1994, Goals 2000, the educate America Act was passed by Congress.  This was under the Clinton Administration but Goals 2000 was the end product of America 2000 which went back to the George Herbert Walker Bush Administration.

Stuter: The Borg Deception

stuter_new_thumbFebruary 23, 2010 – Recently, an Austin, Texas man, Andrew Joseph (Joe) Stack, flew his little Piper Cherokee into the Austin building where the Infernal Revenue Service, otherwise known as the IRS, has its offices.

Reminiscent of what people watched as the World Trade Center towers burned, the office building was quickly engulfed in a thick cloud of black smoke indicative of an oxygen-starved fire.

Stuter: The truth about the wolves (UPDATED)

grey_wlfThere a secret, hiding in plain sight, that every American should know about. Your life may depend on it.

In the mid-1990′s, wolves were “re-introduced” to areas of the West under the auspices of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service in accordance with the “Endangered Species Act”.

I will digress here for a moment and explain why quotes are used around the word “re-introduced”. The word re-introduced means to bring back a species indigenous to the area from which it has disappeared or is in danger of becoming extinct.

Stuter: It truly is all in the world view

baby_bama_thumbAs the State of the Union address having been delivered up by the resident in the White House, usurper to the Oval Office, it would stand to reason that this column would focus on exposing it. But a lot of good columns have been written since Also Known As (AKA) Obama stood before Congress with Jack-in-the-Box Pelosi popping up and down behind him on cue, delivering one more round of half-truths and out-right lies to the Congress and the American people.
