UTOPIA BY BLAIR: 'We're one happy Village!'

By Dorothy Anne Seese

British prime minister Tony Blair has announced that we can have a utopian world by eradicating the old lines between eastern and western culture and becoming, in essence, a global village of caring and sharing neighbors. Apparently Mr. Blair and those who agree with the globalization program do not understand human nature. It's hard to get a tribal village to live in harmony, much less a global one. The only way to effect this great peaceful utopian world village is to have about a third of the world's men in the global military, ready, willing and able to kill any and all dissenters. That isn't peace and harmony, it's subjugation.

But, a global village has no bill of rights, which is why the one that has served the United States well for over two hundred years is being shredded. Free people will defend their families, homes and lands. Subjugated peoples will occasionally rise up and declare, "give me liberty or give me death" simply because man cannot long tolerate subjugation without rebellion. In short, there is no such thing in this era as a world of peace, harmony, tolerance, understanding and the benevolent brotherhood of man.

Hate is in the human heart, as is evil, and people who are tyrannized will rebel.

The first documented attempt to establish such a village, of which I am aware, was at the Tower of Babel. No matter what your religious beliefs, if any, the attempt was an utter failure and man was scattered over the face of the earth. From there on, it's been tribal warfare on varying scales.

Not all folks desire to live as partakers of western civilization, a fact that simply baffles Brits and Americans. Some folks like their old tribal customs and ways, they don't want to live in skyscraper cages, they don't want their culture westernized and they don't desire to live in our complex societal structure.

Those of us in western civilization, as a rule, have no desire to live in mud huts without hot and cold running water, electrical devices and proper sanitation.

Thus, it would take a global military of no small size and force to redistribute the world's wealth (or more likely, world poverty) so that we can all suffer together in Tony Blair's Utopia while the ruling elite return to the days of the Pharoahs.

Actually, the eastern world has a jump start. They never left the days of the Pharoahs. The ruling elite enjoys the best their world has to offer, the rest of the people live (harmoniously or not) in abject poverty and slave labor conditions.

Thank you, Mr. Blair, for setting aside the Renaissance, the Reformation and all that western culture has developed in favor of a sloppy and unproductive world village of humanoids.

It seems that the United Nations has but one goal: subjugate the earth for the elite and rule over a controlled population (with population controls) to guarantee a "balanced" ecosphere of man, animals and flora. Such a global village would need one government (guaranteed), one religion, one language, and one allegiance to The New Pharoahs.

Need I say this won't work? Very well. It won't work.

Even if the sum total of man's history is obliterated from all the books available, people who are not genetically engineered to be idiot drones would rise up against their leaders to free the slaves from the yoke of bondage imposed by a one world order. If the new world order can indeed sustain itself long enough even to create its utopian world.

Such a utopian society lacks challenge and man in his present state thrives on challenge, not bare existence. That's what makes leaders and creates change.

Mr. Blair, perhaps you need a new planet with which to work.

In my book your plan was documented in advance, found wanting, the handwriting is on the wall and it spells defeat for such a plan.

God wins, you lose.
