History will show that the United States of America was assaulted by terrorists, on September 11th, 2001.

History will also show; that on June 24th, 2004, domestic terrorists launched an assault against our liberty, as the judiciary of Colorado stripped The Bill of Rights out of the constitution, in one of the biggest miscarriages of justice, our country has ever witnessed. The American People have been humiliated.

The odious, totalitarian driven trial of businessman and patriot, Rick Stanley, came to it's conclusion on that date, with an abominable guilty verdict, against a citizen who dared to voice his constitutional right of dissent. He will be sentenced on September 10th.

Rick Stanley, former United States Army veteran, Denver businessman, and former senatorial candidate began to discover that something was awry with our country at about the time he had chose to run for the United States Senate.

Mr. Stanley, being one of those "freaks of nature," like our no nonsense founding fathers, began to look into years of evidence compiled by other like minded patriotic constitutional investigators, that came to the conclusion that certain people in our authoritarian government were ripping the American people off.

What started out as a misdemeanor anti weapons charge, which should have never been subjected to print on a court document, turned out to be an egregious assault on American Liberty, and a travesty of justice.

Rick Stanley had been charged with open carrying a weapon in violation of a local ordinance. Colorado Law states that you have the right to openly carry and State Law (SB 125) supersedes any local or municipal ordinance; affirming the right to openly carry a firearm.

If the judges had obeyed the law, Rick Stanley would have never been charged with this offense. If the judges had upheld their oath of office, this incident would have never occurred... but, they did not obey the law, which caused Rick Stanley to serve them a Notice of Order, to either uphold the law or be held accountable for treason, which set off an attack on his liberty.

This is important to note, because of all of the deprivations and taking going on as of late, by an unwieldy, activist judiciary, disobeying our constitution and changing our way of life, through judicial fiat, where the practitioners of crime are not being held accountable, while the innocent party becomes a victim to blind justice.

There is an elementary question, which needs to be asked in this case; which came first, the chicken or the egg? If Rick Stanley had not been charged with this unconstitutional crime, would he have had to issue his notice to these judges, informing them, that they had violated his rights?

It has become apparently clear to most American's, that the most destructive mechanism in the judiciary, is the grant of immunity to activist judges. In many proceedings, the judge displays less character, less knowledge, and fewer principles than the defendant does.

This has become an increasing problem to people who seek justice and truth. So much so, that I have incorporated a segment into my weekly radio program, devoted to unsavory members of the judiciary, who sit on the bench passing judgment over you and me.

Off the top of my head, to give you an idea with limited space lets look at a few of these judicial scoundrels, not fit to hold public office:

1. Donald D. Thompson; Judge Creek County, State of Oklahoma. Petition for removal states:While seated on the bench, Judge Thompson used a male enhancement pump, shaved and oiled his nether region, and pleasured himself. Thompson was caught in the act by a clerk, trial witnesses, and a court reporter, after hearing swooshing sounds coming from the bench during a murder trial.

2. John W. Brennan; New Mexico State District Chief Judge; Second Judical District. Arrested last month after fleeing, to try and avoid a police check point in Albuquerque, while being intoxicated. Upon arrest, police discovered Judge Brennan to also be in possession of cocaine.

3. Donald Evans, Ex- Judge, whistle blower over a corruption infested system in Tampa, Florida, over the past two decades. The probe being conducted by our ever efficient FBI, has been moving on two tracks as reported by John W. Allman, and Michael Fechte, of The Tampa Tribune.

One involves allegations of past case fixing at the court house by local judges and the other involves allegations of money laundering, loan- sharking, illegal gambling, and prostitution.

4. Adam D. Bourgeois,Associate Judge, Circuit Court, Cook County, Illinois. A complaint filed onJudge Bourgeois,states that he filled out a false application for his judgeship. Judge Bourgeois had been suspended twice for making misleading statements about economic interest, while being sued by his landlord over payment for back rent, from his former wife over child support payments, and owing the state and federal government back taxes.

Judge Bourgeois became a person of interest because of his obvious financial predicament, and that of a recent denial of a bench warrant to be issued for the arrest of a defendant, requested by the prosecutors of the case.

Ann Hatch 21, daughter of Minnesota Attorney General, Mike Hatch, failed to appear in court for her appearance on charges of battery, resisting arrest, and criminal damage to property. The prosecutors immediately requested a bench warrant be issued for her arrest, Judge Bourgeois denied that request, and instead, issued a new court date. Had that been you or I, or Rick Stanley, a fugitive warrant would have been issued, and they would have came looking for us with a SWAT TEAM.

The question that needs to be asked at Rick Stanley's appeal should be; was the 80 year old retired supreme court justice, presiding over his case, in good health and sound mind? Was he competent and versed in current law, or was he a feeble instrument used to perpetuate fraud, or to be used as window dressing, to take up space and make it look as though justice was taking place, while humiliating the people and our nation of laws. Also, what were the instructions to the jury, in this obviously open and shut case over a citizens constitutional right of dissent?

From what I read, it seems like the jury may have been led surreptitiously down a blind path of injustice, making them unwittingly useful idiots, to take Mr. Stanley off of the streets.

It seems to me like the crux of this matter had been conveniently twisted around, turning the law breaker judges; Rose and Marshall, into the victims, because they did not follow the law. Just like in the O.J. Simpson trial, where detective Mark Furhman had been vilified for saying the "N" word, which provoked more anger than that of the murder of two innocent victims.

District Attorney Robert Grant stated," that Stanley's basic argument was that, he had been picked on by the government. The jury didn't think that there was sufficient reason to attempt to influence a judge."

That flaccid statement needs to be examined, because the entire crux of this matter rests upon the judge’s duty to preserve the law. Stanley's attorney did point out, that according to Colorado Law, the anti firearms ordinance enacted by the municipality was void and unenforceable and that his constitutional right for seeking relief from this travesty of justice, was notifying these judges that they were wrong for rejecting the law. He wasn't being "picked on" - he was targeted by a hanging court.

A reasonable jury would have not paid any attention to the judge’s remarks, or intimidation, and went ahead issuing a not guilty verdict.

Rick Stanley wasn't on trial, our legal system was on trial. Our Constitution was on trial and we see that it is no longer adhered to in our courts of law.

So, as we venture back into the Futile System, administered by the Divine Right of Kings, don't be surprised to awaken to a loud rap on your door, by the county sheriff with a court order, telling you to pack your bags and leave. We are seizing your property. Hurry up - pack your stuff, you no longer have any rights - we've got a court order telling you to vacate your property. It now belongs to Chico, an illegal immigrant Vassal, compliments of the Nanny State...no thanks to the American Sheople who won't take a stand and exercise their basic, necessary, essential, and intrinsic rights.

The out come of this trial was despicable. The jurors were intimidated by the officers of the court, it is just so obvious. It's like telling a person that a Blue object is the color Red, then having them agree with you. It's really disgraceful the way American's act now days.

A guy like Rick Stanley risked everything to stand up not only for his rights, but for the rights of every American citizen, and these idiots wind up fornicating the law. An appeal in this particular case would probably be an exercise in futility, being that our government bureaucracy wants to see Rick Stanley off of the streets. He is a threat to their corrupt system and they fear that he may inspire other free-thinking individuals to seek the truth.

Being that it is an election year, perhaps the Governor of Colorado would grant Executive Clemency in this matter. After all, it is his state where these laws are being violated. These are his judges that are violating the law. Maybe he'd want to check with The United States Attorney General, to pull a sting operation on his crooked judiciary, and start locking some of these unsavory judges up for good measure, for trying to impede our liberty.

Than again, he may be a part of the problem instead of the solution. Maybe he enjoys the fruit that this contaminated system bears, and he would prefer leaving all of these activist usurpers in place, sitting in their black robes, playing with their male enhancement pumps...swooshing out their idea of justice, in a country that used to be; the home of the brave, land of the free.

I prefer to call them the Sheriff of Nottingham and the Mayberry Machiavellians. Rick Stanley was convicted for "Exercising Constitutional Rights." What part of the 2nd. amendment don't they understand?

If this pejorative and reckless travesty of justice can be meted out to Rick Stanley with immunity and impunity, what are you going to do when they come for you? Trust me they are coming! Iraq is the training ground for house to house searches and seizure of weapons, using deadly force against those Americans who resist. They are just testing our saturation point, to see just how much we will tolerate. We are not heading for fascism, we are already in it i.e. the merger of the government and the private corporations known as the military-industrial complex Eisenhower warned us about e.g. Big Pharma, Big Oil, and Big Ag.

Hitler first rounded up one dissenter at a time, then two, several, and finally entire villages, after he abolished the German Constitution, against the wishes of Hindenberg, much the same way Bush is using the USAPA 1 & 2 to abrogate the Constitution and silence the voices of Americans. It's then filtered down through the courts to make it appear legal and the perception of law, when in actuality it's tyranny in disguise. I read case after case where litigants rights are trampled all the time, but unfortunately, it never gets out to the public, and kept secret in local venues. In one case in the VA supreme court, actual court transcripts were changed by the opposition in their own handwriting, but the victim was guilty even though there were proven charges of perjury against the prosecution. Can't happen - It did happen!

Now Bush is to screen the entire population for mental illness, sweeping initiative links diagnosis to treat with specific drugs to enhance Big Pharma's bottom line. This was the same thing that happened in Russia during the cold war. If you disagreed with the government you must be crazy and forcibly medicated. Entire families were sent to the Gulags to change their thinking.

So if you dissent or hold the Constitution sacred, you must be crazy and could receive the same "Soviet Style" justice, if deemed so by the corrupt courts. This is the most dangerous thing ever to happen in America. Under Homeland Security Act (Hitler's Enabling Act) you can be vaccinated by force. In the future you may be forcibly medicated like Dr. Sell, DDS, a political prisoner held on trumped up false Medicaid charges, after his forensic dental studies differed from the Government's version of the Waco victims deaths. He was given a chemical lobotomy to change his way of thinking and silence him.

This will ensure there will be no more dissenters or political activist like Rick Stanley and "cognitive therapy" will be the wave of the future when we are all reprogrammed zombies, unless you don't take your meds, but I'm sure they will do lab test to make sure you are kept at a therapeutic level of these very dangerous drugs. This is technocratic Communism. Americans should be outraged!
