Patriot Act – Hate Crime

During the Roaring Twenties, Al Capone became a millionaire dealing in criminal activity. He amassed a fortune and built a dynasty of organized crime, paved with an infrastructure of bribery to sleazy politicians and seedy black robed judges.

Big Al operated with impunity within his domain because he couldn't be touched by the legal system, which was beholden to his generosity.

We can only imagine the steamy frustration of the other judges sitting far off in other jurisdictions, knowing that their fellow black robed larcenists were making a mint off of scar face Capone, and they couldn't horn in on the action.

Ho,ho, ho... oh brother! These former Skull and Boned penguin looking atheists, really got pissed, but couldn't do anything about it because they would tip off the public to an entire system of political corruption.

Now they would have to exercise due diligence to a subject that they were weaned on; "subversion," and apply it to Al Capone in the form of a double cross.

Being that Al was untouchable at home, they would have to contrive a catch all law, by an impartial body, separate from the judiciary, where Al's pals could be bought and sold like a cheap package of bubble gum. So they called upon the Internal Revenue Service to carry out the dirty deed and to invent a law to be specifically applied to Al Capone, to extort his elicit fortune... " and let's make it a hate crime too, junior, so we can use him as an example to frighten other hard working American Citizens." They came up with a scam called The Sullivan Ruling, which claimed that illegal profits were taxable income so they could go after "The Big Fellow," for income tax evasion.

This law worked so well against Al Capone, that our government hasn't stopped using it to intimidate American Citizens.

Poor Al - what a way to go! Being set up by the government while you have millions of dollars buried and stashed, and while you're in the second stages of syphilis. Penicillin won't be made available to the public until 1943 - the same year you're scheduled to get out. Mama, Mia!

I'd bet Big Al never took this into account when he did his estate planning, while he was running around greasing the palms of every dirty politician and judge walking around town.

Al Capones biggest mistake was being born too early in life. Too early to have met Bob Schulz of the We The People Foundation, who has been petitioning the government for years to redress grievances against taxation, monetary powers, abuse of it's limited war making, and the on going assault on our Bill of Rights.

Every time Bob gets the government to promise to commit to a date to redress his grievances, they slither away like a slippery snake in the underbrush, only to re surface when they can attack a citizen for disobeying a law that never was.

It's really a shame that Big Al and Bob never met up, they may have made a difference and changed history. With Al Capone’s money and Bob Schultz's research and knowledge, they could have redressed this income tax problem in it's infancy, alerting the public to official corruption and ceasing the government from further usurpation of our rights; like with this Patriot Act - a hate crime - with the intention of assaulting our liberty.

9 -11 changed our country forever, but seizure of American rights should have never been in the plans to prevent further attacks on our soil or to enhance National security, at the expense of our liberty.

Benjamin Franklin once stated," that a person willing to trade a little bit of freedom for a little bit of security, is worth neither."

This Patriot Act is a suppressive tool used to dispirit American's. It diminishes the civil liberties of United States citizens and non citizens guaranteed by the Bill of Rights.

Under it's newly created crime, Domestic Terrorism, it is so broadly defined that it could be conceivably applied to acts of civil disobedience.

The U.S. Patriot Act gives the FBI and CIA greater rights to wire tap, monitor e mail, survey medical, financial, and student records, and to break into homes, offices, or businesses, under a cloud of secrecy, which threatens our civil liberties.

Several months ago, I wrote an article entitled Eternal Vigilance, which also appeared in The Illinois Leader.

The article had to do with the loss of our liberty with respect to the Patriot Act, and also an alert for the promotion of Radio Frequency Identification Spy Chips, in conjunction with a protest being held by CASPIAN - Ms. Katherine Albrecht's consumer privacy group, which was protesting manufacturers of RFID Chips at their convention, at the McCormack Convention Center, in Chicago, Illinois.

My article drew the ire of political patronage parasite, retired assistant Illinois Attorney General, John E. Mc Neal, a stooge who inferred that I was paranoid, and that radio frequency spy chips were invented to prevent shop lifting. He disputed my concerns over the intrusion of our privacy by totalitarian methods of spying.

M'cNeal favors the methods of our checks and balance system, the very same system that tried to balance the population over growth down in Waco Texas, by eliminating the Branch Davidians, then going over to Ruby Ridge to wipe out Randy Weaver and his family. We know about that check and balance system, as I chronicled it in my article, What Evil Lurks In The Mind Of A Political Sycophant.

At the time of that writing there were approximately 70 cities and counties, which declared the Patriot Act out of compliance. As of right now, six months later, three states, and 270 cities and counties have established themselves as Civil Liberties Safe Zones. These areas have passed resolutions to protect their residents against blind party loyalists, like Mc Neal, that will do anything to please their masters; ie; the siblings of Al Capone’s sleazy politicians, and seedy blacked robed judges, that will bend, shape, invent, or distort the rule of law against American's.

We have nobody to blame for this except our complacent society of sheople, who elect jackasses to public office.

Now that the facts are coming in about this bogus Patriot Act, power grab, we find that it was written in secrecy, long before those pestilent attacks on 9 -11, by twisted bureaucrats deep in the bowels of Washington D.C.. It was written by sadistic little political sycophants, drawing up diabolical schemes to repatriate American Citizens...can you imagine? Where do you repatriate an American Citizen to?

I'd like to run into one of these sadistic little jackals in a dark alley some night, when I'm packing my scout knife, and send him home to his mommy - a repatriated little girl.

People are finding this Patriot Act so oppressive and disgusting that groups of all stripes are banding together to denounce it. Conservative organizations have joined liberal groups to tell the president that - they reject the idea that it is necessary to sacrifice civil liberties in order to increase security.

Now the heat is on and a lot of public servants are on the lam, heading for the high country; Attorney General Azzcroft ducked into the hospital for stomach surgery, after all of the crap that he's ingested with this Patriot Act.

I have a clue for him, which would save the taxpayers a few bucks, and the attorney general the discomfort of surgery. I suggest that we give him an enema instead of surgery and insert the needle into his ear. This would clear up any problems with the Patriot Act and clear the path for American Citizens to exercise our civil liberties, before we all become senile - like Al Capone.
