Below is our most recent letter to the IRS, my wife and I. Our extreme gratitude goes out to Jeff Bennett for being there ready to answer my open plea; "where's the bravery anymore?!" I am Cliff Jones, we are Cliffy and Fern to one another on occasion.

One of the niftiest things I ever heard Mark Twain say he may not have actually said:

"In the beginning of a change the patriot is a scarce man, and brave, and hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot."

We feel it is not bravery to attempt to arrive at the truth. We feel quite the opposite in fact, it's necessary due to the times in which we live. We see the last 50 or so years in America to be an historical anomaly, an artificially created and maintained 'good life' in order a lot of the toys you now see being deployed could be created, toys which we've heard best described as delivering society into a "cashless society control grid." There's a lot of scary new weaponry that's well off the drawing board, too. We also see that it's obvious this system has nearly "outlived" it's usefulness to it's purveyors. We are certain the sleepy-time of Leave it to Beaver style American bliss is about to play out it's part.

People, we have problems in this world and we need to fix them pronto. We are more in favor of having a system in which we can agreeably live than most of the folks we know, most apparently think beer, football and paychecks inexhaustibly flow from heaven. I randomly ask someone several times a week if they think it's a good idea your tomato there "needs" to get flown in from Uruguay or wherever, or that there's ever fewer hands on the gasoline spigot, radio, retailing, you name it. On the positive side I have striven in vain for years to re-localize agriculture, buy from mom and pop and all the rest of the standard "what you can do about it." So we know from "we all need each other" and we are disturbed at how every such human contact point is ever accumulating into fewer hands, and blatantly familiar ones at that. And that these hands reach ever farther into our homes and lives as we interact in an ever closing public sphere under their watchful eye. We question our present systems, all of them.

Missing from the below is a few years of interim back-and-forth, some FOIA weirdness and such, that shows an evolution of thought. We did not begin as we end here, there was an awful lot of learning on our parts in between. I'll only mention that particularly at the beginning of the letter writing I was quite open about my literally being quite out of my mind. I had suffered decades of one excruciating pain after another, culminating in a few expensive years of medical malpractice. (admitted verbatim to me personally by one of it's practitioners) I now report that finally upon the awakening of Geraldine's "mama bear syndrome," a period of prayer and fasting followed by proper diet and exercise, (duh) all pain has been gone 100%, going on 5 years now with I think exactly one minor headache and no disease. It was as I was coming out of the fog of (you don't know!) pain, unable to work at all for a period, that I applied myself to the deepest of studies mentioned below. During that period I openly informed the IRS and others that I had actually concluded that this life wasn't worth enduring. I had been assessed and approved, and as soon as I couldn't bear the pain one second longer I was 'drop a dime' away from whisking off to Pittsburgh to have my brain opened up and nerves severed at the brain stem to stop it. We're talking pain.

I believe everything happens for it's reason though, and apparently I was a hard enough sell that even being squished twice by automobiles wasn't enough for me to come to understand what's important, so some nerves ran haywire. Now I am convinced that if we all insist together, we can fix things. Despite the approximate 80% hold "you can't fight city hall" has on the average mind, I know better. You see, I now have faith and I'm thankful. It's no urban legend 'the truth shall set you free.' The liberation is due truth's simplicity, I derive great pleasure bringing other souls to this state, which I am thankful to be able to do whenever I can. It's best to be able to sit with people face to face. Truth both is and isn't a "religious" experience, that depends on what you make of it. And I'll leave judgment as to whether I'm right, that it actually is God one finds in there, to Him.

Life's never been better. Thank you, Yehushua or whatever your name is. Thank you Geraldine and God bless you Jeff Bennett, I hold you beyond reproach for all your efforts, to the lawyer-think set that's "harmless."

Whatever. Your use of aliases and refusal to put a human signature on most everything you produce goes a long way toward awakening people to what's wrong with your offices out here in the real world. I've occasionally been of a mind to pay for a professional handwriting analysis on the illustrious "Ms. Raines." There's plenty of 'her' ink out here, they just don't seem to jive with one another somehow...

Anyway, you fail to understand something. It is the very existence of "court rules," you and your internal "process" and alleged "laws," etc., not any argument over any of the 'finer points' within any of them, that is the issue here. From whence comes the underlying validity of any law or system? If you're talking about the present government in Washington D.C. you have a serious problem, I will barely be able to introduce you to this herein. But be aware there is a clear matter of fraud, and those in positions of "power" are aware of the facts upon which I base this truth, even though you most likely are not. We understand; the result is you are clearly not qualified to answer our questions. However, your "procedure" seeks a life of it's own. We forgive all, especially those who operate in the heartfelt belief that they are doing what's right. We can show, at least to our neighbors and such, that unfortunately you do not, and hope to explain enough that at least somebody understands this on your end.

The questions can boil down to a few, at the fundamental level. All bickering over 'code section such-and-such does (or does not) say blah-blah-blah' is well beyond secondary. Anything to do with "courts" or anything called "the law" is well beyond secondary, none of that matters until our questions are heard. Hearing is then apparently enough, as everyone who's truly heard us so far has concluded as much. For instance one answer, for which the "final" determination thereof can never be the property of yourselves or any man woman or child claiming "the government" as proof of ownership of such "final word," follows this question: is "government" indeed the holder of just such authority regarding such "finality?"

I must conclude the fact of everyone's slavery if this authority is assumed by force. Do you ask the rapist of his authority to rape? Do you ask the clandestine methamphetamine producer to determine his own authorities regarding manufacture and distribution? If one must ask someone proclaiming authority of "government" as to the origin and validity of their authority, what do you expect will always come the answer? Conversely when "government" elects to plead "of course not, we're 'of the people!,'" and explain onward with lip service to an American ideal, I say dispense with the esoteric babbling and let's get to it; we are being harassed here. Who comes over yonder fence with charge of our wrongdoing? What flesh is harmed by us in any way? Please; I have always been unbending in my desire that justice be done, my peers will report I often make restitution where none was needed because none was requested of me. I alone frequently see my occasional, inevitable sins as they are and alone insist upon my own repentance. I most certainly do no intentional harm, and have nearly universally overpaid to all recipients desirous of my understanding to the contrary; please, does an adversary come forth?

It seems our adversary is computer generated and other paperwork, much of it the work of people long dead, machinated now by people who live nearby us, who's job description says they are prohibited from standing against us in their own flesh and are paid simply to do as they do. The system allows we may not be faced by an accuser, only the system.

As I have said, the matter of present "government" can and is being shown to be rife with serious fraud, you've got some reading to do, but I base this upon this present "government's" very founding documents and many subsequent actions. Before one argues that we have any voice or input into this system, that we can "vote" and "participate," we first ask: do we have any other venue? The present system was established and has repeatedly been horrifically mangled (such as during a time called "the reconstruction") by people who passed away long before the births of my wife and I. Are we somehow bound to actions of those people long dead? The argument we've heard more than once, that "if you don't like it ("law" or anything) then elect your own guy and change it...." is putting the cart well before the horse, once you hear questions of more fundamental matters. These can be loosely framed in part as follows:

Is one born indentured to any system, such as a government or it's "public debt," or is that inescapable enslavement alleged to have happened on some other day? If one is to be told they are not a born slave, then what is the nature of "agreeability" to any system then? Would a "take it or leave it" ultimatum 'offered' by an entity proclaiming to be "by, of and for the people" qualify? What of "contract" as being that alleged source of implied "agreeability," when all alleged "contract" 'offered' by the system to be agreed upon is utterly unconscionable by virtue none of the "terms and conditions" are ever provided? Does the infant "entered" into "contract" with a footprint taken at birth understand ANY terms and conditions, enumerated or not? There is trickery performed upon "contract" by the present "government," it's own precious "court documents" are rife with it. "Contractual obligations" are derived out of thin air in those "courts" from the mere presence of a mailbox on the home or drivers license in the wallet, convoluted, obscured "obligations" that go far beyond what this "government" leaves the average, un-lawyerly mind believing the likes of those two examples to mean. We do NOT wish to participate in that system in any way. Has the IRS ever demonstrated to anyone, in light of the deep tradition of the use of force, that one is NOT born a slave in this land? The entirety of everything the IRS is and does stands as an argument that we all are, as a people, hopelessly enslaved to "the system." We defy you to prove otherwise.

We are crystal clear on the answers to the above and more, I can assure you that you operate in a tremendous vacuum, devoid of fundamental principles. Further, that you labor in the irony that you assume you are fulfilling the very same principles, which I attempt to discuss with any and everyone, yourselves included. These principles are fundamental as to whether there can indeed be anything between humanity such as a functional "rule of law," amongst other things. Most people do not ponder such things, but somebody needs to, so I do.

In the realm in which we stand, on the land in the flesh, upon fact, right and reason, your paperwork machinations of timing and 'appropriate' convoluted "legal" mumbo-jumbo ("or else!" so you claim) have no standing. We do not "default" upon any clock or 'poor choice of words' not to your liking in an artificial realm which has not been demonstrated to be any of our responsibility.

You have mistakenly assumed I have any relation to entities which I am certain have no bearing and significance to me personally, they are in fact erroneous corporate entities, one of your kind "1-800" telephone operators once unequivocally told me as much. One of these entities you maintain you enter as "CLIFFORD D JONES," occasionally "CLIFFORD O JONES," neither of these I assure you are the flesh and blood I am. Alternately you use an entity which I am also not compelled in any way to embody, naming such a "taxpayer identification number," aka "social security number;" being "XXX-XX-XXXX," all of which I provide off your last letter merely in order you might access whatever records you have regarding previous correspondence. Consider this letter to be the living response to any and all entity-based correspondence you have ever sent and may erroneously generate in future, both allegedly intended for myself or my wife, whom you likewise erroneously refer to as one entity "GERALDINE A JONES" or alternately "XXX-XX-XXXX." You have obviously mistaken the both of us for something other than who we are.

Among that mass of my heartfelt, honest and entirely unanswered questions to your offices you will find my statement I would be engaging this government to "show cause," but also note I have made it clear I will not engage a political court. I am sorry for the sad state of affairs by which very few understand that indeed any of the organized and proclaimed "courts" in this nation are nothing less than purely political entities. Foremost I insist in any circumstance by which life, liberty or property are offended by this "government" that certain facts first be established, chief among them how it comes to be that the "government" has standing as anyone's adversary. The facts show painfully clear that the foundation of the judiciary in this land was accomplished and maintained by fraudulent means, something indeed well known among much of it's very membership.

One pertinent result of the judiciary as it self-purports to exist is that it is by "ignorance of the law," as "the law" is presented, that they have any authority. We have never opted into that or any such system. Indeed the initial establishment of the entirety of that which goes by the name of "government" and every subsequent action of the same is likewise, without objective question upon the facts once known, of an authority other than it propounds; that being the freely given approval of the preponderance of living souls, often referred to as "we, the people." What's absent from the present "government," it's courts included, is the enlightened, freely given consent of the governed. This is most clearly indicated by the near universally offered comment I hear that it is known "this government doesn't work for me." I have sought to understand how this has come to be, and I have been most successful.

The facts and resulting difficulties are too numerous to enclose, it is not my intention to educate you upon them all herein. Though it is my supreme hope that you would look into that upon which I found my self, otherwise you would have to depend on faith to hear me. Unfortunately, my education also shows me exactly how it has become that such would be unlikely. You're as busy and distracted as the next one. But anyone who would attempt to argue counter to our submission of the complete facts is in for an embarrassment, and would have to prove our point (and show their true stripes) to move against us in any way to do harm, as such would be demonstrably a purely spiteful act. Our position cannot be debased upon any fact, in the realm of these questions we hold plenty of fact, no matter that they are disturbing to say the least.

These questions cannot be 'settled' in any of the present "government courts" because as a subset of larger things they are in effect under indictment. Our point is that all authority of the present "government" rests upon deceit and force, as it makes no allowance for one to exercise their enlightened agreeability. I include a few articles for the beginning of your edification, but I assure you if you read all the enclosed you still won't even see the tip of the iceberg over the horizon yet.

I have read tens of thousands of articles and papers from around the globe over the years, hundreds, perhaps a thousand books, hundreds of "court" documents, "laws" and much more. I recommend a reading of the work of a lawyer named Lysander Spooner who wrote of the nature of our laws and government in the 1870's as a good initial awakening. Sorely lacking from public education is the historical long view, which I have come to realize is intentional on the part of a certain system. One will come to find a most familiar set of hands on that system when one looks. Fortunately thousands are; Minnesota has awakened to this, yet another fraud, and is set to boot this system from within it's borders soon.

Regardless, I undertook to fill those educational blanks for myself, and engaged quite extensive studies in nearly every facet of history, from as many viewpoints as I could lay hands upon. I've studied the cultures, politics and economics of prehistory, on through Persia, India, China, Greece, Carthage, Rome, Europe and England and literally everything of science, economics, power and war since the Reformation to one degree or other. I've studied the origins and translation of languages, origins of religions and the movements of people. I assure you this all has to do with what really lies between you and me and my wife, everything you limit your consideration to on your end is but a tiny subset of more fundamental things. If you argue it is not you forfeit your claim to be doing anything of a moral nature. Are you justified entirely by nothing other than your own internal paperwork? Yet study all the above as I have (before passing judgment upon me or anyone) and you'd still have a long way to go to catch up.

My oft stated goal and sole purpose in life is to see right be done. There's a world of trouble over the horizon and if you are unaware you stand to be blind-sided by it all along with everybody else. 'Terrorism' and war thereupon, by which your "government" in fact merely strips away any hope for our children's future, and a pending meltdown of the financial system you presently use, will result in indentured servitude to the artificially created 'debt' and control mechanisms that will result. That's for starters, and can be understood when one learns such economic collapse is any fiat currency's sole intent. It's purpose is as a transfer of wealth scheme by design and our present, indeed unlawful central bank is the pinnacle of achievement in this dubious line of history. In fact the present 'war on terrorism' is simply cover for the inexorable slide into pending financial collapse, a type of distraction also a clear artifact repeated throughout history. And don't think the system is adverse to eating vast portions of it's own; that's one of the clearest lessons from across all history. In fact those willing to mindlessly do ill upon others are among the first to go when their 'services' are no longer needed. This seems to predate written history and is a well-known facet of human nature, a behavior resulting from what I call "unenlightened self interest." If one is capable of such 'just following orders' then they are capable of being bought off to turn against anyone, like their previous bosses for instance, to do similar. It takes one without a moral compass to do mindless ill for personal gain upon one's fellow man. Vile systems utilize, then dispense with, such people. There is a clear agenda afoot in this world against what's plain and fundamentally right, and your efforts, whether you realize it or not, are near the fore of certain economic disaster that I'm positive our living eyes will be seeing soon, yours and mine. You labor for a system that intends to destroy vast swaths of humanity.

You are a collection agency working under color of law for an international, private corporation, not in any way for a legitimate government of the people of this nation, sorry but that's just a fact. See the enclosed articles by one Lisa Guliani and myself for an introduction into one small facet of this; that the 'government' in D.C. is one supreme act of treason after another against an allegedly free and sovereign people. This is easy to prove, the evidence abounds. Everyone out in the real world sees it clearly once shown the preponderance of the facts. There becomes a connection in the soul, which had previously only suspected 'something is wrong,' and that many pertinent facts are obviously actively obscured by the same system makes abundant sense and likewise fits the newfound picture. But one must look, listen and be desirous of knowing the truth. Upton Sinclair, in his 1906 book The Jungle, has a character say; "It is difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends on his not understanding it." That's been all of you so far.

Toward seeing that right be done I have already engaged the only hope of a non-political court available to anyone in this world, that being the court of public opinion. I have published several articles, some of which I enclose, I apologize but I am not particularly convinced I'm worth much as a writer. Some of my articles have been published at a website, The Federal Observer I invite you take a look. You can search the archives for me, type my name in the search window by author, but I think by quirk of computer programming (ignoring of case) typing your entity in there might retrieve me. I have no control over that computer artifact, it is no endorsement of your entity. Also, I have appeared in two segments already aired on a local public access television show, on which I hope shortly to have a regular weekly segment one way or other. All these efforts are expanding in earnest.

Among my efforts, mostly of the personal, local variety, I have 'indicted' your offices using no more than your own words, deeds and "laws." I can report that every verdict so far has come back squarely against you; that your "agency" and it's efforts are found to indeed be questionable, particularly amoral once their basis is truly seen. This verdict, again I state to you clearly, comes about in fearful people entirely upon presentation of the facts; your own "laws," and mostly upon abundant, clear demonstrations of your insane refusal to answer even one simple question, no matter how many people ask. Evidence of thousands of people who have died or been ruined through your efforts is a strong impetus for fear, but proves nothing except the existence of those actions and resulting fear. Nowhere does "right" or even "lawful" enter into it, "court rules" and the like have seen to that. In the court of public opinion your "agency" fails miserably, but I'm sure you've been told to expect as much. (that should also tell you something) And unlike within anything you would call "court," this is accomplished purely upon the facts, such as are ever inadvertently provided by you, but more so upon your actions, because those 'facts' of yours are, well, wanting to say the least.

That's clear from the totality of "case law" on matters regarding your present efforts. "Court rules" by which juries are entirely hampered and evidence is ejected by decree are unacceptable and repugnant to the true form of justice. The fact is the form of justice in the present judiciary is entirely, purely arbitrary. "Rules of evidence" and institutionalized jury tampering are nothing more than self-serving safety valves for a system in need of upholding itself. It's plain common sense to hear all evidence in any matter, the "courts" typically allow for no such common sense to apply in their bidding. Thank God for the occasional jury that somehow defies tampering to inject a little much needed sanity back into an otherwise insane system. Your fishing repeatedly beyond a first jury which refused to indict a gentleman named Dick Samkanin for instance is entirely without foundation in any concept of justice, (see article; The check bounced... insufficient balance though it contains one factual error corrected by a posted comment not enclosed; 3 juries not 4 were "consulted") and the further tampering of the final jury is likewise repugnant to anything resembling just. These and much similar chicanery embedded in official records of "the courts" are evidence of the totally arbitrary nature of that machinery. You really should be ashamed of yourselves and awaken to the evil nature of such a system, in which you invest all claim to any "righteousness." Instead you display the 'sore loser' pomposity the "prosecutor" who lost the Kuglin case reportedly engaged as mentioned below.

The efforts of the We, The People Organization (mention not to be construed as a blanket endorsement) are one such asking of specific, common sense questions that remain unanswered. Then, see an article about the recent case of Vernice Kuglin. (see IRS Vs Kuglin - originally published on August 10, 2003) That deal is quite telling in that you utterly failed to produce the very "law" upon which you would be justified in seeking a conviction. Instead of producing any alleged 'lawful' foundation for harassing individual lives under attachment to a "personal income tax," which would serve to expose the corporate fiction for what it is I am convinced, (thus your refusal) your 'answers' are assumably to be gleaned tangentially by your throwing of further perfunctory paperwork at every situation?

I call this widespread cultural sickness "autopilot-paperwork 'law.'" (see my article The 'law' in a nutshell or The Assassination of Richard NixonThe 'law' in a nutshell or The Assassination of Richard Nixon) In your example you throw "process" at unwitting but willing bankers and county clerks, who unquestioningly assume 'this is the way it's done' (without any factual basis let alone "court order," i.e. out of ignorance) and they likewise perfunctorily do your bidding. You dupe them into committing real crimes against an unknowing public, as they violate other of your very own own precious "laws" on behalf of your "agency" such as regard "due process" and "debt collection" procedure. That any of your actions have ever been upheld in "court" is moot, again our point being that fact is no different than the methamphetamine lab operator upholding his own authorities. We may see eye to eye in that a drug manufacturer of that sort is doing wrong, but what if we think you are wrong? Our recourse is limited to another office of the same system as 'final arbiter' of itself? Why? Because you and your system say so and that's "final?" We do not consider this to be the position of a system which is working in the spirit of our inalienable (DO NOT read "civil") birthright.

Fortunately for us all, yourselves included whether you wish to see this or not, the locals around here at least are beginning to understand much of this.

We tried to get you to simply leave us alone, the wife and I. We have to assume someone on your end knows what your "agency" really is. To that one I insist a perusal of every bit of reading I've done is in order, then explain to me how any of what you do is of any significance? More important explain your justification? That you get a paycheck, a pat on the back from your employer and "upheld" in "court?" (that's about it) There are serious problems facing all humanity, not just the people of this nation but every soul in this world, and I assure you my wife and I are not any part of any problem. Indeed, I have given everything there is of my life anymore toward fixing such pressing matters, and that begins with understanding what they are.

Only a complete moron would argue that everything is going along just fine in this world. Think: where do most normally obtain that which they believe on average? Brokaw, Jennings, Rather and their ilk? There's serious problems right there, points upon which I can also clearly "connect the dots" for anyone who'll look and listen. My studies have shown me that many of the lines you believe that exist between things in this world can be proven to exist solely within your own mind. For all intents and purposes you and Brokaw have common offices farther up in the halls of your "authority," though his type no doubt has access you do not. Dan Rather once stated while abroad he'd be "necklaced" if he ever 'asked the tough questions' in the present atmosphere of "war on terrorism" for instance. (see see enclosed article from BBC) Unfortunately you and many people, the bulk of your media included, march under orders without having ascertained the underlying authority from which those orders arise, let alone from whom they actually emanate.

I caution anyone who believes they are prepared to argue for the ultimate veracity and objectivity of anything. (you KNOW you're right, don't you.) And I strive to heed my own advice, that's why I have studied as much as I have. I've been down that road many times and have found so many of the arguments in favor of many of the accepted beliefs out here, like the "authority" of "government" or the trustworthiness of the media, amount to one's laboring under yet another dream of most certain manufacture. Can you honestly tell me you've never commented that 'the media' is "too liberal" or "too conservative," (either or) or never questioned the veracity of anything put forth by "government" as the 'official line?' Have you never sensed there's an embedded agenda beyond any of the cultural patina? To fail to question one's own beliefs and actions, especially when fundamental liberties are at stake, is to put it one way "un-American." That is if you operate on an America that is the purported "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" and not the present commercial machinations of which your offices are a small part.

For example, in a television "interview" with Vernice Kuglin the pressing fact that the IRS was prosecuting absent underlying standing in "law" went unmentioned, not once did your "prosecutor" attempt to name which law it may have been underlying the alleged attachment of "personal income tax" to the living flesh we all are. That's not "news?!" More telling of your true authority was the sentiment of the "government prosecutor" who is reported to have demanded after losing that the judge "order" Ms. Kuglin 'file and pay and "obey the law."' What had this prosecutor just witnessed in action if not "the law?" Do you see your own duplicity? The judge apparently responded that he didn't work for the IRS. Nor do we for that matter, but that prosecutorial whining was also not widely reported, and one need not wonder why if one understands what the bulk of the media actually is; a corporate beneficiary of a corporate "authority."

Divide and Conquer is another clearly demonstrated historical tenet, television in particular is a tool of this concept's promulgation. The dividing is done within your own mind and the conquering done by the self. I believe your common sense still tells you as much. Recent concentration of sources of 'information' into ever fewer hands should concern you as it does us.

I merely ask that one consider where it is they have obtained certain of their beliefs. I further remind you of what becomes of anyone within your organization who merely attempts to question their own authority, and what that should (and does) tell everyone. No one over your head on up the organizational chart is to be trusted with questions of their own authority. (Yet this is precisely what the "courts" lay claim to) And one can certainly not be compelled to obtain the final answer as to a system's authority from within that very same system, think about that long and hard. Any just authority in the name of governance is only to arise from the consent of the governed, which has never been established as I can show. An adjunct office of your "agency," regardless of it's name or pomposity of employee dress code, is not any final arbiter of it's own justification let alone yours as a whole. Further, any "government court" is a clearly vested interest in all this as well, so where then does one go to demonstrate they have not given their consent? Think about that even harder, for it is the fundamental question at hand here. I have asked that you make any claim otherwise in writing, so that I would have unequivocal evidence that yes, we are all forcibly enslaved at birth or elsewhere, that indeed "America" as we are sold in the schools is but a false image, a lie under which to labor along with the lies of "freedom" and "liberty." I hope you are beginning to see that you labor to create a box out of which it is intended there be no escape. This was not the intent of my ancestors who lifted arms in our revolution, nor is it my desire to live other than they wished I be able to.

Government by, of and for lawyers profiting from their numerous frauds is but one facet of the problems we all will be reeling from soon enough. The "economy" is set to collapse by design, if you know anything of "market fundamentals" you'd be flabbergasted that this hasn't already occurred. I have heard the words of two professorial economists who regularly engage Mr. Alan Greenspan in casual conversation, they do often ask him why a collapse hasn't already happened. These collegiate economists report lately, however, that Mr. Greenspan is recently more forthcoming with the fact that 'game over' is indeed inevitable, and he surely understands this is by design. In fact Mr. Greenspan personally forewarned the world of the fatality of the fraud that he now heads, in his own published writings dating from 1966. You should have a look, your own former head-buster-CID employee Joe Bannister has quoted Greenspan's 1966 comments about the fraud that the federal reserve note is, in his book exposing (yet again) your own fraudulent nature; Investigating the Federal Income Tax, A Preliminary Report. That 'game over' hasn't crossed Brokaw's lips is no surprise, and further strangely turns to knowing just who "the terrorists" really are for a deeper understanding. Read Orwell's 1984 for a refresher on that score. But if you think there's any wall between the "war on terror" and the fact that a fiat currency is designed to shuck real wealth from the greatest portion of a population into the hands of a few, you need to get reading up on your history. It's merely another of those lines existing only by your limited understanding of things. I assure you, the one action that would go farthest toward fixing everything wrong in this world would be the simple establishment of an honest currency.

We had two presidents notably attempt this: Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy. Look what happened to them. Kennedy's "United States Note(s)" were the last straw to someone. And of Lincoln's attempt, I submit an excerpt from the London Times published in 1865, at the time the most influential publication on the face of the planet as it was the voice of the British Empire:

"If that mischievous financial policy which had it's origin in the North American Republic during the late war in that country should become indurated down to a fixture, then that government will furnish it's money without cost.

It will have all the money that is necessary to carry on it's trade and commerce.

It will become prosperous beyond precedent in the history of the civilized nations of the world. The brain and wealth of all countries will go to North America. That Government must be destroyed or it will destroy every Monarchy on this globe."

This destruction was accomplished, in large part on behalf of international finance centered in London, with the questionable "passage" of the "Federal Reserve Act" in 1913. I ask, what's wrong with "prosperous beyond precedent?" JFK didn't think it was such a bad idea either. The question is ANSWERED here who you work for. You most certainly do not labor under the enlightened and freely given consent of any of the presently living "we, the people."

I have always sought the peaceable solution to all things, and insist to everyone who I reach with the facts on many pressing matters that they follow my lead: love and forgiveness are the only way to get unknowing minions, such as populate the IRS, to come out of their paycheck-induced blindness and into the light of truth.

Among truths that do matter, there are problems you may not be aware of but are set to destroy all hope for the future of liberty once and for all. The likes of "echelon," "Total Information Awareness" and other DARPA frontal assaults upon us like the recent unveiling of "RFID" and other microchip-based tracking measures planned for your immediate future and mine go forth without consent of the people. Your cars and cell phones have been tracking you for some time, unbeknownst to us until recently, finally reported in the mainstream press. The time is near, if we do not stop this, that every soul will be constantly watched and even taxed at every move. Is this what you want of the future?

Your "government" claims the need for "secret courts," secret searches, secret arrests, secret trials, the use of torture and even secret executions. But does "government" seek consent of the governed for this? No, as it goes forth building what it openly calls "death camps" in Cuba. Your "government" is rampantly performing unwarranted wiretaps, running cameras everywhere including inside your grade school children's locker rooms. (images from which had been made available for viewing on the internet, all actually out there in the mainstream press) Were families in Tennessee consulted prior to images of their children undressing being distributed over the internet? There's now open talk from this "government" they desire to eliminate juries altogether, replaced by the likes of royal proclamations as to one's "enemy combatant status." Who's agenda could that be? It sure isn't in the interest of the plain folks that about 99% of us are, have we been consulted? Legislation called the USA-PATRIOT Act actually allows that so much as a jay-walker can be decreed an "enemy of the state," if a "government" lawyer so desires. I'm sorry if you don't believe this but it is fact, the wording of that legislation relates to "all crime" in blanket fashion, we are just to trust this will not be abused? (see Anti-terror laws increasingly used against common criminals.) Not one single congressman read that act before voting upon it, whereas I read it in it's entirety before it's passage. What's their excuse? In fact most "legislation" goes entirely unread before being voted upon by our "representatives" anymore. So who then do they "represent?" Much of the present work of that bunch includes numerous secretive "government" measures including third-world style 'disappearances,' they are in fact establishing a vile dictatorship under cover of "the law." Just because you don't know this, or wish to disbelieve it, is without bearing. The sad truths are there. I assure you - you cannot make a rational argument to the contrary, you'd find yourself standing purely on the belief that this simply 'couldn't happen in America.' Again, wake up. We have now imprisoned in this nation more people, most of them non violent, than Soviet Russia or China ever contemplated.

Librarians and booksellers, phone systems, doctor's offices and just about any other business report the worst violations of human decency emanating from this "government," forced to hand anything and everything over to "government" on the sound legal principle of "because we say so, and keep your mouth shut." To the local phone company linemen around me, who presently labor under insult of "contract dispute," I say that much of what they are installing right now is by contract to this "government," which intends to utilize newfound capabilities of networking and the like to watch and listen to any and all of us at their whim, from within our very homes and as we travel. These intended uses have not been brought before the governed for their consent. "Congress" saying "we consent" doesn't have standing as I have previously introduced. And like with yourselves, all protestations to "government" containing questions wind up against the stonewall unanswered, save perhaps it is an answer that standing up to voice one's concerns lands you under such reprehensible 'secret' scrutiny or worse. If you are unaware of any of this I suggest you get busy and wake up to the thousands of, yes, mainstream news articles proclaiming all this and one hell of a lot more. It's worse than I could paint in a thousand pages of pure fact.

The rapidly progressing preparations for a hyper-security world, with the scrutiny of every detail of human life allegedly necessitated by "terrorism," are in fact aimed squarely at you and I, average Americans. If "terrorists" were the target then explain why our national borders are a wide-open floodgate, and illegals are made 'untouchable' to local authorities time and again by decree of the federal "government?" A lot of folks will undoubtedly be heading angrily into the streets when our 'leaders' finally lose all cover and we see we've been driven (intentionally) to financial ruin, that we must make good on a collapsed "public debt." This is the reason for the 'need' to scrutinize your every move, and for all the secretive "legal process" this "government" is accumulating unto itself. Check your bankruptcy statistics lately, and compare them with pending legislation that seeks to close the door on average people's ability to avail themselves of that maneuver. Of this agenda there can be no doubt, once you have awakened to the facts which are available. But do not forget that much of what you are being told through your culturally accepted 'normal' channels does not jive with many of the more subtly published facts, like actual pronouncements and actions of the present "government," and further doesn't square with any lesson of history except that such propaganda (including obscuring important facts lately by burying them on a page 13C of one far off newspaper) has been done before, ad-nauseum actually.

Ignorance of anything does not make it's opposite so. I assure you I have been most diligent and reasonable in my researches. It has taken me years to conclude as I have, but I stand firm upon the facts, frankly frightening as they are. I am more fearful of what is to become of us all should we not face the truth. As Patrick Henry put it:

"We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and, having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst, and to provide for it."

I agree, I live with such "anguish of spirit" on all our behalf, most willingly. We cannot afford to have anyone voluntarily leaving their head in the sand anymore, you in fact do the people of this nation and indeed the world a disservice, despite the validation you will claim is indicated by your paycheck and that pat on the back from the boss.

Henry David Thoreau stated that above all things he wished simply to be a good neighbor. That is our desire, my wife and I. We can report success so far as the living flesh on the other side of all fences in our lives will report. But your offices have utterly failed to reason. We are not engaged in anything that can remotely be called selfish interest, a visit to our rather dilapidated home full of rogue, otherwise unwanted animals will dispense with that notion immediately, but please; not when we are out, and knock first. Our motivation is love and concern. If one is not immensely disturbed and concerned with the present state of this world then one might be easily proven to be brain dead.

You may elect to continue to do unthinking harm upon your fellow man, or wake up to the depth of the lies you and nearly everyone presently labor under. For our part, I have begun reaching several thousands of people through publishing and television, and am seeking much wider distribution, your failure to reason has in part brought upon this necessity. Our position is fact, yours is silence, obfuscation and automatic paperwork passed off as is "upholding the law." What law would that be? You'd find yourself ultimately having to point to "International law," especially of the commercial variety, to be honest about it. How is our 'opting in' to the rescue of your entities then in the interest of our own self-governance? We hope you begin to see there is no such thing allowed anyone, only that "take it or leave it" ultimatum delivered by a corporate entity masquerading as "government."

Out of the sheer insanity of your failure to comply with your own published policy regarding providing answers, we are forced to take any and all measures available to us to seek peaceable redress and actually be heard. Though we are aware this can never truly be expected of any establishment presently called a "court," for reasons stated and more, we have none the less engaged in a class action suit presently being put forth by the aforementioned We, The People Organization. The suit seeks to enjoin your offices from any and all "process," a euphemism that belies it's truly violent nature, until such time as certain facts are established. Regardless of how you would come to recognize this, we are agreeable to any effort toward that end. It is not to be construed as our acquiescence to any authority, merely that the stated goal, the ends, may temporarily justify "legal process" means, but only so far as that class action are we concerned and no further. Indeed we find flaws in that process, but in the spirit of that caveat emptor world one calls "law," we'll insist you find them for yourselves. We have individually attempted to obtain many of the same answers as the We, The People organization, you are well aware of the results: no answers, just more "process."

We have concluded most of our questioning actually, and among the answers lies the structural inability of your "agency" to answer overarching questions. It's as if we ask "what is the broader cultural effect of football in American society today," and all you are authorized to do is quote us the rules of the game. We understand this. But that one may merely dislike an overarching truth only has standing within the self-limited mind. All established "courts" in this land are an adjunct of the same unaccountable system, and nowhere can it be shown that we, any part of the living upon the land, have ever had even the opportunity to give consent to any of these systems as they presently exist, they were all done "without us." To this point I educate audiences that in no way is the constitution binding upon anyone. (let alone my wife and I) It is a mere plan of government, but it has also never been instituted in any fashion true unto itself. Beside this, the fact is that it too is founded upon fraud, an introduction to this is contained in my article; A constitutional quiz. I say this because you seem to labor under the false assertion that we have ever attempted to make an argument of any sort standing upon that document. Likewise that you assume we care for any of your attempts to enshroud yourself in it. The still-born constitution was further horribly mangled by the very second act of the congress it allegedly created; called the First Judiciary Act. "Court rules and procedures" established subsequent to this ironically "unconstitutional" act guaranteed there would be no such thing as true justice within the judiciary it established, plain and simple.

We don't relish facing the traps and trickery which the "courts" have wrongfully availed themselves of, but between that class action and my redoubled efforts to put forth truths such as the mass of observations of 'official' belligerency and little else that stands in evidence of your work, we remain hopeful. Better still you all just quit and join the good folks of this world who have nothing to gain from standing against a lying "government" and a lap dog media except the better world we hope will be everyone's legacy.

Ironically, I spend less time awakening a given individual to the truth than I do in defending you immediately following. Folks get hopping mad, to say the least, when they view the facts, including (lest you forget) your unwillingness and inability to answer simple questions or dispel anything I or others can establish. I assure you, you have never met a more peaceable sort that myself, my wife thinks I'm a bit of a 'pushover' actually. But as for knowledge and facts, I cannot be dispensed with by reason, which is precisely why your offices or the "courts" never attempt to do so. "court rules" are routinely used to preclude consideration of their underlying authority, such authority is "assumed" by them from the start. This is why I do not grant them claim to authority by my mere presence within them. I am voraciously bringing much important information before an increasing number of eyes, and should you elect to continue to do your present bidding I am certain the day will come when your agency will stand for the massive public embarrassment that is long overdue it. I hope you understand my sincerity, you should be praying my insistence upon peace and forgiveness prevails for when that day comes. And it will come, rest assured, should you not cease and desist the theft by deception.

Geraldine and I are immensely understanding of all who labor under the numerous, massive lies which suffer this world, and who so steeped do that which they fail to understand is much to their own detriment. We forgive them all, as we have stated repeatedly, for they know not what they really do. We gave you ample opportunity to answer really only one stupid-simple question years ago. You've not done so, and since you refuse to objectively look at anything, and continue to produce perfunctory paperwork and point to it's generation as "proof" of it's own legitimacy, we can only further conclude that somewhere in your offices you are aware of your own fraudulent nature. We still forgive you, and will welcome you all lovingly when you come to your senses and come out of there. We can show you what governance, law and righteousness really are, we and about 10,000 other people we have encountered attempting to do likewise. We'll put the coffee on, if we have any, and talk to anyone who'll listen. We sometimes go without such luxuries as coffee around here though, no small thanks to you, so if you drop by one of those days I'm happy to report we at least always have excellent water. Fact is we happily endure much of what folks call 'hardship' because I refuse to sign any more of your unconscionable contracts. I will not pressure in any way anyone who elects to continue to cower in fear and labor in the belief that all must kowtow to your unconscionable contracts in order they obtain my labors. As a result I end up entirely volunteering my time.

I spend nearly every waking moment researching and educating, for over 5 years now this has been beyond 'full time' in terms of sheer hours. My sole gain is in the hope of a better, more peaceable world.

Real people have been hurt enough, for no reason which the present "government" is willing to divulge. I intend to labor with those who wish to establish a true form of government by, of and for the people on the face of the earth... for the first time as it happens. If you think that this has never been done before - you're back to the top of this letter: start studying and wake up. We are most sincere when we tell you that you really do not, nor should you, have any interest in us. That's the living, breathing 'us.' We are nobody's adversary, nor have we ever acquiesced such that any government may be our adversary. Any such adversarial affront initiated by any government might be said to resemble an 'act of war' upon us. There's more truth in that image than you know.
