Condescending Attitudes

One problem with America is that there are too many laws - and too many long-winded attorneys.

Lawyers and pimps - are indistinguishable to me; except that pimps are probably more trustworthy.

I came to this conclusion the other day after reading about a Chicago, North Shore attorney getting convicted for ripping off his God-Sons educational trust fund of over $170,000.

Pimps can only derive an income off of their available inventory, whereas, lawyers have an abundant amount of laws to use, to bend, twist, or shape any debate.

Some of these guys twist the facts and switch sides so readily, that they develop multiple personalities, and wind up losing their moral compass. I'm really getting tired with these judicial pimps who like to operate outside of the parameters of our constitution. I think the next time that I hear one of these weasels babbling about "the rule of law," I'm going to jack him up, just for general purposes.

Why do these fascists have to lie, mislead, or omit the facts when trying to sway the minds of our comatose sheople?

I never had that problem, I've always been self reliant and done my own thinking, which helped me survive this past half century. I'm probably the most least likely person to speak out about morals; but if I want to see my grand children survive this next half century; I feel compelled to speak out when I feel that a wrong has been perpetuated on society.

We have a big problem in this country, as liberal and socialist activists are assaulting our traditions and trying to knock the underpinnings out from under our heritage.

I deal in reality - I don't pretend to be practicing "pious Jurisprudence," operating out of a corrupt cesspool of sleaze - especially in Illinois; a state that sent several former governors to the joint. A place where they look upon the "rule of law," as an aberration when applied to public servants.

In 1969, we had the biggest judicial scandal in history. Several high court justices went down along with a banker, the Illinois Director of Revenue, and former governor and Federal Appeals Court Judge; Otto Kerner.

Between 1983 and 1993, Sherman Skolnick and The Commission To Clean Up The Courts, sent away 20 local judges and forty lawyers.

Operation Graylord busted 15 corrupt judges, including one chief judge, and 49 lawyers.

Operation Silver Shovel shipped out 18 officials, including six aldermen, two city inspectors, the former president of The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District, and The former Chicago Water Commissioner.

Operation Safe Roads netted 30 rogue public servants, and still counting. Scott Fawell, son of a former judge and Illinois State Representative, and former chief of staff to former Governor George Ryan, just booked out to the fudge farm to join his buddy Dean Bauer; former Illinois Inspector General; serving time for squashing investigations into the license for bribes scandal.

These are a few public servants that had flipped off the "rule of law," and were swept off the streets to see how the other half lives, and I hope they're in fear for their lives.

In my writings, I try to draw from personal experience - not Professor Gonorrhea’s revised history, from socialist leaning academe, therefore, I'd like to shed some light on this Ten Commandments case, that the average public school product doesn't quite seem to understand.

The ACLU loving liberals snicker at the good Southern people as they twist and contort the mythical debate about imposing religious views - while cavalierly flipping off natural law and eagerly embracing same sex marriage, celebrating a deviant life style - with nary a thought about these religious views contributing to the reduction in crime, or of LESS government corruption.

These weenies rush to tell us about "The Separation of Church and State," but neglect to speak about the FREE EXCERCISE of Religion by the people who choose to do so.

Activist judges have been oppressing our free exercise of religion for 40 years. These satanic critters are imposing "Their Will," to prohibit the practice of exercising our religion, but, this case has less to do about religion and more to do about the "rule of law."

Chief Justice Roy Moore rightly attests that he is upholding the oath of office he had sworn in accordance with The Alabama state Constitution.

The Federal Judge handling this case was in error, usurping the constitution and issuing an unlawful order to Justice Roy Moore.

Activist, Federal Judge Thompson, never declared Alabama's Constitution, unconstitutional, but ruled to prohibit judicial officers from obeying the very same constitution they are sworn to uphold. Judge Thompson, and all of his buddies who supported his order, violated "the rule of law."

People probably would become outraged with a federal judge if he had issued an order to round up all Puerto Ricans, between the ages of 18 through 40, to be sent off into involuntary servitude. This on it's face is an unconstitutional order which should be ignored, as everybody knows slavery is outlawed in the United States, for the time being.

What if you went into court, and the fat greasy judge told you to do a half gainer off of a sky scraper, would you do it? Would you comply with his order? Would you dive off of The Sears Tower to please some sticky-fingered activist that was pushing his luck? Have a nice trip pal - but me - I'd reach over and grab him by the nape of his neck and yank him across the top of his bench, then put the boot to his head a few times, to snap him back into reality. In a round about way, this is what Justice Moore is doing - trying to force these weak kneed fascist's back into reality.

God Bless Chief Justice Roy Moore, he's an undisputed American hero, and if more judges acted like him, we would be a better country for it.

It's hard to determine how the appeals court will rule because of all the corruption in the judiciary, and all of the low-life’s trying to subvert our way of life, against our will.

The answer should be crystal clear, but when "the rule of law," is usurped, and they place this Ten Commandment Monument out of sight; in some old dusty store room, then force upon us, front page photographs of Madonna tonguing Britney Spears, going at it like a couple of ant eaters, it makes you wonder who is looking out for our interest; and how much longer we are going to stand for this INSOLENCE !

This battle is not about The Ten Commandments - it's about the rule of law.

It's about our families being destroyed by perverts.

It's about the subversion of our way of life through our legal system, where illegal aliens are stealing our votes.

It's about the preservation of our heritage, which most liberal attorneys and activist judges wouldn't understand. They make a lucrative living defending this sleaze.

Every citizen should take a pro-active position against judicial corruption.
