On this fourth anniversary of the worst terrorist attack (to date) on American soil, many look back and remember where they were and what they were doing as the World Trade Center came tumblin’ down. Since that fateful day, the U.S. Government has wreaked other forms of terrorism upon the American people – and a fool is at the helm of the Ship of State. We have had the diabolical Homeland Security Services (the HSS) rammed down out throats along with it’s ”Patriot” Act (renewed in the middle of the night at sunset). What benefit hath America reaped? Are we safer? More secure? Or has der Gestapo stripped more of our individual rights and freedoms? I have not flown since Willy J. was in office and I damned sure ain’t gonna submit myself to a rectal probe from someone other than an alien from Mars – but then FEDGOV has been screwing us all for years – haven’t they? September 11, 2005 America mourned the victims of September 11 on Sunday as the siblings of the deceased read their loved ones' names and offered messages of remembrance to a weeping crowd at the site where the World Trade Center once stood. - Associated Press And as Katrina has proven – this nation is no more prepared for another 9/11 than they are for a force 5 hurry-cane – and today America gathered in prayer to remember those who lost their lives four years ago. The economic fallout of the devastation of the past two weeks has yet to be felt by the average American and in fact may not be felt for months, when the costs of fuel (gasoline and heating), food and goods of all types will increase in cost to the consumer – or suffer with lower quality (”Hey John Boy”). … and the destructive winds of Ophelia are on the minds of our friends and fellow citizens in the Carolinas today.
