January 11, 2018: No Steekin’ Amnesty

Listen Up Congress! No Deal on DACA!
Kelleigh Nelson: New research has shown that DACA itself is a jumbled mess of fraud and unaccountability. DACA illegal aliens cannot be legalized without sacrificing the “rule of law.” No more amnesty Mr. President! These Dreamers don’t come cheap to American taxpayers!. DACA does not give residency status, but temporarily protects them from deportation and allows them to work legally. The protection can be revoked at any time and some of these illegals have lost their DACA protections after being arrested for vicious crimes, yet many are still not deported… (Continue to full article)

‘No. No. No.’ — Donald Trump Says He Won’t Sign DACA Deal Without Wall Funding
Without the wall, it all doesn’t work … we need the wall, we have to have the wall for security purposes. Security is number one and so the answer is — have to have the wall.” Trump’s response seemed to contradict what he told members of Congress during the meeting: that he would sign a bill, even if it did not have everything that he wanted. I say, “No way Jose!“… (Continue to full article)

Trump—the Grownup in the Room on Immigration
Trump gets called crazy a lot. Or infantile. Or senile. More than a bit of projection may be operative in these allegations, however. Thanks Jeff, outstanding informative articles, shades of the early days of the Federal Observer when politicians wondered why MS-13 Mara Salvatrucha gangs were beginning to be a problem. Forgotten was the El Salvadorian Civil War, 1980 to 1992 when our border was flooded with foreign nationals from San Salvador all claiming refugee asylum and temporary protected status. Some of the people were in fear of their lives if deported and their statements were noted on the I-213.-214.

The number of El Salvadorian Street Thugs, Mara Salvatruchas seeking asylum also claimed ‘Fear for their lives ” if deported . MS-13 gangs murdered , tortured and decapitated people including police and soldiers in El Salvador. This organized group of international criminals feared no one, and we made a point to recommend deportation as an excludable criminal alien. Liberal Immigration Judges ignored the facts on the I-213 deportable alien arrest form and MS-13 was allowed to remain stateside and do what they do best, rape, murder, extortion and drug trafficking. Protected Status also means that official vetting of an individual is almost impossible.

The mainstream media journalists should read a few of the Observer articles . They might actually learn a few facts.
