Re: Cracker Barrel’s 7-22-2012 discussion on the mass murder shooting spree in Aurora, Colorado

Question #1. Who benefits most from the “public panic backlash” demand for strict gun control after mass murder shootings”?

Question #2. Would International Organized Crime and the Drug Cartel’s covertly buy “gun control” politicians and judges in America?

Question. #3. How about anti American foreign governments –, do they have a “vested interest” in disarming Americans?

Question #4. Do international gangsters and/or foreign governments have the means and the money to “equip”, program and motivate (or force) serial killers in America to generate public panic and the demand for strict gun control via mass murders such as the one in Aurora, Colorado?

Question #5. Can and do lawyers for violent, career criminals –, including organized crime and serial killers play major roles in intimidating and silencing whistle blowers, prosecution witnesses via covert threats etc? (The answer is YES and I am speaking from publicly documented personal experience) –, except it didn’t work in my case –, but only because I had a very “Big Gun” in my “Arsenal”. And I packed a .357 Magnum as well. But that did not protect my whistle blowing colleagues and I from the wrath of an embarrassed Federal Judge and the Federal Prison Service hierarchy –, one or both of whom “arranged for a random audit” of my colleagues and I by the local IRS office.

Like millions of other Americans I am infuriated a over the latest blood spilling shooting spree in Aurora, Colorado. But as a 1950′s era non combat Marine, retired, 29 year, three prison career Federal Correctional Officer, veteran of two blatantly fraudulent, attorney enriching lawsuits by serial litigant, professional plaintiffs with significant civil and criminal histories —, and long time observer and adversary of “behind closed doors PAC Money Politics” —, and fifty state “fox guarding the chicken house” attorney/judge “accountability and discipline” –, “I am shock proof”. But I am also “MAD AS HELL”!!

In other words I see this latest blood spilling shooting spree –, like many others:-, largely the “by product” of a sovereign, secretive and “untouchable” morals and ethics trashing, bad example setting, political/legal quagmire of corruption defined by larcenous, unscrupulous and unchecked greed and lust for power –, in the Towers of Power. Collectively they have trampled morality, integrity, accountability, common decency and respect for others in the quagmire of PAC Money Politics and Judicial Tyranny.

Those majority electorate oversight prohibiting Twin Towers of Power —,are the secretive Corporate Consortiums of PAC Money Politics and the “Sovereign”, secretive,”self policed”, electorate oversight prohibiting Trial Lawyers and Judges. Collectively these forces “own, control and operate” the Courts and the Congress. History tells us that “zero transparency” and “zero account-ability” in politics and law are always catastrophic and tyrannical in nature.

Back Room PAC Money Politics at least has “name recognition” with many Americans —, but Attorney/Judge Accountability and Discipline is a term that most Americans are unfamiliar with –, which is no accident. It is not only a jealously guarded secret.–, it is also a “fairy tale” as evidenced by what America’s Trial lawyers and their complicit black robed cronies are getting away with.

The Fraudulent Lawsuit Industry –, in which much if not most of the “punitive damage awards” gush into the Trial Lawyer’s coffers is a national disgrace. But we members of the lethargic and apathetic majority electorate have only ourselves to blame.

In both the civil and criminal Justice Industry –, the case prolonging, attorney fee escalating “ceremonial shake-downs” in the “civil” courts and the dollar driven, “contempt for the law generating” double standards in the criminal courts compromise a rage and contempt for the law generating “Societal Time Bomb Factory”. Does that play a role in some of the rage propelled, blood spilling shooting sprees which splash across the headlines with increasing frequency?

Factor in the legally lucrative, serial litigation attack on traditional morals, ethics and “family values which “pit American against American in a serial blitz of blatantly fraudulent, defendant bilking, attorney enriching lawsuits –, and I find it shocking —, that millions of Americans are shocked -, “by the violent fallout”–, of America’s unchecked, self policed, conflict generating, Fraudulent Lawsuit Industry Trial Lawyers”.

Just a cursory glance at the 50 state “Report Cards” on attorney accountability and discipline should suggest to you that the Media Watchdog –, has not –, and probably will not bark very long or very loud at this very real “cancer in the soul of America’s civil and criminal justice system. Please take special note of the grades for “transparency, public participation, adequacy of discipline etc in the 50 state attorney “discipline” charade.

What impact billions of dollars of “no paper trail” International Crime Syndicate cash –, has on money hungry, “no paper trail” PAC Money Politicians, “self policed” Criminal Defense Industry Trail Lawyers and their Sovereign, Untouchable Black Robed Accomplices –, “is anyone’s guess”. But based on what Organized Crime, America’s Fraudulent Lawsuit and Criminal Justice Trial Lawyers and their 50 state “fox guarding the chicken house attorney/judge “discipline” bureaucracies are “getting away with” –, I have a pretty good “educated guess” opinion.
