Judicial Anarchy

We are living in treacherous times.

Chief Justice, John Roberts, just bitch slapped every American citizen in the face, with his feeble, deceptive, and unconstitutional ruling on the “Affordable Care Act,” which compromised our democratic process.

Roberts shocked most people by engaging in judicial tyranny when instead of interpreting the law as written, in this particular case, the Commerce Clause, he re wrote the law passed by Congress, and invented a law out of thin air to accommodate this Socialist regime, by calling it a “tax,” which it was never intended to be; but in this present day climate our leaders are out of touch with reality, and usurpation becomes an everyday occurrence with this renegade administration.

Lil, John Roberts… this motherfucker isn’t a Chief Justice, he’s a domestic terrorist and he needs to be added to the FBI’s most wanted list of enemies of the state.

I knew this sissy was going to cave, he has a history of being a weak link.

When I heard the decision, my first reaction was that Roberts was either intimidated, blackmailed, or just caught off guard day dreaming about him, and Uncle Clarence, sandwiching a “wise Latina woman,” and lost track of the facts at hand.

What ever the case, Justice Roberts had just committed judicial tyranny, a form of anarchy not conducive to a free society, and he is a traitor to the United States Constitution, and a traitor to the people.

Should we wonder why … or just get pissed and bring these critters to justice?

This entire debacle was set up long before Obama got his confederate former school chum, and Solicitor General, Elena Kagan, appointed to the Supreme Court.
This was just another cheap Chicago swindle, albeit; if it goes through, the largest heist in history and the end of the United States of America, as we know it.

To me, the tip off came about this health care rip off being deemed legal was when the Obamamaniacs relished the fact that the Supreme Court would hear the case before the election.

Knowing that this monstrosity was so blatantly unconstitutional, no president, or regime would gamble or act so cool about it unless the fix was in ahead of time, and Elena Kagan, and Justice Roberts played their corrupt parts to the max. They should be given an Oscar … or a bullet, take your pick.

Kagan, as the former Solicitor General who made the arguments to combat the objections to this legislation’s lawful ness, the same way Justice Roberts helped strike down sodomite cases pro bono, should have recused herself.

Roberts, as Chief Justice should have instructed Kagan to recuse herself if he was so worried about protecting the integrity of the Supreme Court, as all of the nauseous talking heads are chirping about, as they try to cover for these traitors and their judicial malfeasance.

A friend of mine suggested that Roberts may have been black mailed for being a sodomite. I seriously doubt that theory in this climate where Homos are being championed as the “true American hero’s, right next to the Illegal Aliens, and Welfare Queens.

We should have seen this coming before Bush nominated this pacifist creep, who calls himself a “conservative.”

He was responsible for abolishing Texas State Rights with his work on Lawrence v Texas, and he done it for free. He’s proud of the fact that he undermined Texas Law … pro-bono … Yippee … proving that he’s a flaming homo, and shooting down my buddy’s theory as well.

The homosexual movement bestowed the title of “Gay Rights Champion,” upon him after another decision which Roberts helped craft in a 1996 Colorado nullification case which the sodomite movement considered it’s most significant case at the time.

Roberts seems to have a disposition against state rights, and against governing in the interest of the people in general.

Where is the outrage coming from the people whom the Supreme Court is supposed to protect?

I have a remedy to share because the silence over this treachery is deafening.

John Roberts is guilty of treason.

Elena Kagan needs to be impeached, and John Roberts needs to be tried for treason for trying to undermine the country he swore allegiance to, then hung from a tall tree. Perhaps up in Colorado where the sodomite movement can hail their misguided hero, and hold a festival entitled “Requiem for a Champion.”

I LOVE YOUR ARTICLE. YOU ARE 100% RIGHT.
WILL THE CRIMINALS IN ROBES NOW LOVE ROBERTS?

And now I believe this same anarchist Roberts might be the one involved in fixing cases against Obama and blocking all those 100′s of legal challenges to Obama’s lack of US citizenship.

Those who are allowing this illegal alien Obama to pose as President and fixing the cases against him by are an international disgrace. Such Judicial thugs make people feel llike calling these thugs “criminals in robes.”

Thanks Osh about time you sent some of my stuff out. Good idea, why stop with Roberts when we have hundreds of traitors walking around impeding our pursuit of happiness. I like your idea about necklacing. I’d like to reserve that one for Senators.

Outstanding. This one going to my email list marked “Recommended Reading”. Question though. Why not make the gallows not just for this yahoo, but for the rest of them also. There are plenty of light and power poles lining the streets in DC, and for that matter, all over America for the sold out local governments as well..plenty of traitors in office to go around, but hopefully each one will get to have his/her own pole, and a new rope. That is a tax I would gladly pay—for the rope. And don’t forget the minions and wannabe’s, but we have plenty of old tires and bad gasoline in this country for those guys…if we let the punishment suit the crime, necklacing ain’t mean enough.
