Unbelievable: They Convicted Simmons Of Manslaughter

Part 3 of 3: Just as I suspected, the fix was in: The jury hearing the murder case against William Simmons found him guilty of manslaughter after Judge Bloom allowed them to convict on the lesser charge of manslaughter at the end of the trial. Just as I suspected, only 10 of the 12 jurors found Simmons guilty of the manslaughter charge, which means that if Judge Bloom had not allowed them to deliberate manslaughter, the trial would have ended with a hung jury. As I pointed out in the previous piece, Oregon allows 10 of 12 jurors to convict on lesser criminal charges, which is really no different than what the masterminds in Las Vegas do to ensure the house always wins. All you need in addition to that, “fix”, is an accumulation of the meanest and stupidest people on this earth from Southern Oregon to form your jury, and conviction is easy.

To you Simmons jurors who voted to convict on ZERO evidence, I have nothing but pure contempt for you as human beings, and I can guarantee you will come to regret it, because God saw what you did. You had the chance to do the right thing, and you just couldn’t bring yourselves to do it, so when you stand before God on that day, just remember that God knows your REAL crimes and you can expect just as much mercy as you gave Simmons for his fictional crime. In typical Southern Oregon style, you just threw a man under the judicial bus — and you had absolutely no evidence to support that verdict. I’ll bet most of you were oh-so worried about being criticized, as the jury in the Casey Anthony trial was subjected to, that you were willing to trash another human life in order to protect yourself from the same kind of criticism. You are slimy, gutless, low-life cowards, and you deserve to die a coward’s death for the evil that you’ve done.

A witness has come forward. I knew Kaelin when she disappeared. Wish Oregon had the death penalty

That sounds just short of the lynch mobs in the South. Sad.
