The inspiration for this beautiful and educational illustration was Wilson County Kansas Fraudulent Lawsuit # 2006-CV-25, I think you will agree that the illustrator did a masterful job of reproducing my mental image into this colorful indictment of the Perfect Crime.

And all Disgruntled Heir lawsuits are the “perfect crime” for case chasing Fraudulent Lawsuit Industry Trial Lawyers and their clients because the only lawsuit filing and litigation preventing defense witness for the defendants–, is “six feet under —, and safely –, and permanently silent”.

Since the Republican Party seems to posture itself as the voice of true conservative Americanism, I must say that I am both stymied and frustrated – - quite frankly even ashamed – - that it has hung back both in 2008 and now, either limply taking no stand behind a presidential candidate, or in the end, coming out in support of anyone other than Dr. Ron Paul.

While I admit that other candidates may say or do right concerning this issue or that – - and I’ve noticed how Republican Party devotees quickly latch onto such positives – - NO ONE but Congressman Ron Paul is consistently constitutional across the board, and Republicans simply have to know it. This is SO very plain and obvious that I contend that everybody of good heart and sound mind has to be able to see it. I furthermore submit that quite possibly when other presidential candidates do come out on the right (constitutional) side of an issue, it may simply be for reasons of vote-pandering.

~ INTRODUCTION ~
God’s gift to we people includes natural substances to sustain our life. This begs the question of what is “natural”? For purposes of this treatise, it is easier to state what it is not, which is NOT manmade.

Natural also means man does not treat the plant or it fruits and vegetables with manmade substances or subject the natural plant to genetic modifications. Without any doubt whatsoever, organically grown plants are the healthiest for consumption.

In 1993 I took my very first baby steps of learning the truth; undoing all the lies and propaganda I had been spoon fed for the previous thirty-five years. This journey began with me writing letters to my elected representatives over the issues of illegal immigration and gun control. It wasn’t until I heard the term North American Union on the Lou Dobbs show that I began to learn the real truth…a process which continues to this day.

Many of you may have heard the word plateau used to describe points in a process in which you hit a wall and make no further progress. Weightlifters use it, as do people trying to lose weight. I remember one time when I was taking Kenpo Karate classes in the Air Force. I just could not stretch my legs far enough to do the splits. One day my instructor came up and said that I had hit a plateau, that I needed something to help me progress further; he said that my inability to do the splits was not a physical limitation so much as a mental one. As soon as he said that he kicked my rear leg out from under me and I went all the way down into the splits. Was he taking a chance that I may have been hurt, or did he realize that I needed to break through a mental barrier that was prohibiting me from progressing?

I tell you this story because unless you are willing to overcome certain mental barriers you will never learn the full truth about the nature of the evil which has been perpetrated against you by your government.

Those nauseous little liberal Banshees are at it again, holding a piss fest, ironically, because four United States Marines were captured on video, urinating on three dead barbarian, Taliban fighters, whom they had just engaged in a fire fight.

The lefties are having a field day with this video depicting why everybody hates the United States while vilifying our military. What a bonus treasure trove this story will make for the anti American losers who comprise the Obama base of useless eaters.

As a former United States Marine, Vietnam veteran, I have seen some pretty strange things, but we never video taped them.

In 1791 Thomas Paine wrote a book entitled The Rights of Man in which he said, “When I contemplate the natural dignity of man, when I feel (for Nature has not been kind enough to me to blunt my feelings) for the honour and happiness of its character, I become irritated at the attempt to govern mankind by force and fraud, as if they were all knaves and fools, and can scarcely avoid disgust at those who are thus imposed upon.” I can relate to how Paine must have felt when he wrote those words because disgust is the overriding sentiment I feel towards a good many people in this country.

Although there has been a renaissance of sorts, an awakening by citizens concerned with the actions of their government, has it come too late in the game to make a difference when it comes to preserving our few remaining unalienable rights?

In the final days of the Libyan conflict, as NATO conducted a nonstop bombing campaign, an Aljazeera Arabic television correspondent’s actions raised more than eyebrows. They also raised serious questions regarding the journalistic responsibility of Arab media – or in fact any media – during times of conflict.

Using a handheld transceiver, the journalist aired live communication between a Libyan commander and his troops in a Tripoli neighborhood targeted by a massive air assault. Millions of people listened, as surely did NATO military intelligence, to sensitive information disclosed by an overpowered, largely defeated army. The Doha-based news anchor sought further elaboration, and the reporter readily provided all the details he knew.

This fundamental wisdom is being ignored by President Obama, one of two recent Commanders-in-Chief who never spent a day in uniform, let alone under fire.

In a recent American Thinker commentary by Jim Yardley, he said, “It is apparent that the president, in developing his strategy, used the same extensive knowledge, his superior intellect, and worldly wealth of experience that he brought to his strategy for his $800-billion stimulus, his strategy for providing cost-free health care to millions of Americans, and his strategy for using ‘smart diplomacy’ to defuse not spots around the world.”

It looks like Greece is about to completely default and be ejected from the European Union. If the majority of the pundits’ fears prove true, it will result in a domino-effect for Italy, Portugal and Spain, among a few others. As a result, the actual and psychological effect could very well cause the Stock Market to plummet, but unlike the ups & downs that normally occur, this time I see the Market falling — and keep falling. If you are invested in stocks in any way, be it a 401k or a regular stock portfolio, you could lose a lot of money that will not come back as it has in the past. The European economic disaster is going to drag the entire world economy down with it, including the U.S. and even China.

The Republican death wish is back. It’s the habit of Republicans to do something crazy or stupid that diminishes their election prospects. Think of Watergate in the 1970s. In the 2006 midterm elections, the disclosure of Florida congressman Mark Foley’s flirtation with Capitol pages turned a defeat into a landslide loss. A few unelectable candidates denied Republicans a shot at winning the Senate in 2010.

Here we go again. Newt Gingrich and Rick Perry, with their attacks on Mitt Romney’s record at Bain Capital, have gone far toward poisoning the well for Republicans this year—and not only in the contest against President Obama. The endless TV debates have trivialized the race for the Republican nomination. And maladroit moves by congressional Republicans have let Obama pose as a born-again tax cutter.

“WE must protect OUR rural lands.” Stated numerous times by an environmentalist on a radio talk show, in a debate with this author.

That’s right, environmentalists and even those that live in urban areas, have been so brainwashed by the government through education and outright propaganda, that they actually believe that it is OK for government to regulate rural lands with draconian environmental protection ordinances, without regard to the fact that those rural lands are owned by real people and are supposed to be protected by the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution that states in part:

“….. nor shall any person ….. be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

Any protection provided to rural landowners from the U. S. Constitution has been so watered down and perverted by U. S. Supreme Court and lower court decisions, as to render the 5th Amendment virtually null and void. International and national environmentalism trumps the Constitution in America, by tens of thousands of local, state and federal laws.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Young elementary school students should use the proper names for body parts and, by the end of fifth grade, know that sexual orientation is “the romantic attraction of an individual to someone of the same gender or a different gender,” according to new sexual education guidelines released Monday by a coalition of health and education groups.

The non-binding recommendations to states and school districts seek to encourage age-appropriate discussions about sex, bullying and healthy relationships – starting with a foundation even before second grade.

By presenting minimum standards that schools can use to formulate school curriculums for each age level, the groups hope that schools can build a sequential foundation that in the long term will better help teens as they grow into adults.

Mike Huckabee should already know this, so the question now becomes why are you trying to push something we as a people are trying to get rid of already, namely the PUTATIVE USURPER now posing as the president, who also does not meet the constitutional requirements to hold the office?

Did you know that we have been quietly building an armada of naval assets in the Gulf of Oman just off the shores of Iran? Did you know this naval armada consists of warships from the US, the UK, France, Israel, and others?

In the course of my daily load, there are times when I – and in fact ‘We, the People” forget that there are moments in life, when we must sit back, take a deep breath – and just enjoy a few moments away from the trials and tribulations of this old, yet modern world.

Smile is one of the ultimate “don’t let the world get you down songs.” After all…you’ll find that life is still worthwhile if you just smile. You’ve probably heard this song a thousand times, sung by a hundred artists. But, did you know the music was written by Charlie Chaplin? It was for his 1936 movie, Modern Times, in which his signature character, The Tramp, does his wobbly little walk away for the very last time.

Nearly 20 years later John Turner and Geoffrey Parsons finally added beautiful lyrics, Nat King Cole recorded it, and we’ve been in love with the song ever since. This lovely performance is by Michael Jackson (reportedly his favorite song) set to classic clips of Chaplin as The Tramp, as he struggles through various difficulties until he lights up his face with gladness as he just smiles.

Chaplin has been called “the only genius to come out of the movie industry” (by George Bernard Shaw), and this music shows another facet of his genius in addition to his writing, acting, and directing.

The inside story of how U.S. agents paid firearm dealer Mike Detty to send weapons into Mexico ­and why it all went wrong.

One weekend in February 2006, a young man approached Mike Detty and asked about buying some AR-15s. Detty, the proprietor of Mad Dawg Global Marketing in Tucson, Ariz., is a federally licensed firearm dealer who sells the high-capacity, military-style rifles at gun shows or from the living room of his Spanish colonial-style home on the outskirts of town. AR-15s are semiautomatic, meaning that they fire one bullet for each pull of the trigger; they typically accommodate 30 rounds of .223 ammunition. This buyer said he’d pay cash for six of the rifles. Then he asked Detty when he could buy more. Detty said he’d have 20 new ones in stock the following week. The customer said he’d take them all.

“Something wasn’t right,” Detty says. “This kid is like 20 years old. Where’s the money coming from? Where are the guns going?”

The National Education Association (NEA) meets every year for a big national convention and teachers from all over the country show up for this event.

An agenda is usually presented showing all the things nationally that the NEA is either for or against. Many of the issues they choose to address have little or nothing to do with education, but everything to do with their leftist worldview.

While many have heard of the NEA, they don’t have any idea of how long it has been around or what it really does, only that many of their kids’ teachers belong to it. The compliant media, when it reports on NEA conventions, is not about to give out any more real information than it has to. In all fairness to public school teachers, there are some that are not in favor of what this “teachers union” does, but their opposition is generally ignored or ridiculed.

Samuel Blumenfeld in his informative book “NEA, Trojan Horse in American Education” has given us a view of the NEA that is seldom presented in other places.
