The inspiration for this beautiful and educational illustration was Wilson County Kansas Fraudulent Lawsuit # 2006-CV-25, I think you will agree that the illustrator did a masterful job of reproducing my mental image into this colorful indictment of the Perfect Crime.

And all Disgruntled Heir lawsuits are the “perfect crime” for case chasing Fraudulent Lawsuit Industry Trial Lawyers and their clients because the only lawsuit filing and litigation preventing defense witness for the defendants–, is “six feet under —, and safely –, and permanently silent”.

And yes there is even more to this Fraudulent Enterprise. Defendants in estate plundering, inheritance bilking disgruntled heir lawsuits CAN NOT take one penny of a tax deduction on tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars in attorney fees. But you can bet your inheritance that the trial lawyers for both plaintiffs and defendants can and do take tax deductions on their travel and all other expenses related to their role in the case.

Just one “forced march” though this stonewalling, case prolonging, serial extension, attorney enriching, ceremonial charade will force you to look at the “System” through the eyes of thousands of felony defendants –, which has to play a major role in generating so much contempt for the system –, which escalates the crime rate and triggers a lot of rage driven violence. The same “self policed” profession which owns, controls, operates and manipulates the Civil Justice system –, owns, controls and operates the Criminal Justice system as well.

For most of my 29 year career as a Federal Prison officer I “blew off” inmate allegations about how corrupt the legal system is but just one very expensive and frustrating forced march through the very expensive and infuriating ceremonial charade has “forced me to eat a lot of crow” –, thanks to my misguided faith in a system which is in fact demonstrably corrupt, self serving –, and immune to electorate oversight..

I have been forced to conclude that unless and until a non lawyer majority electorate juggernaut forces a drastic clean up and overhaul of the legal profession and the civil and criminal justice system –, “Hell will freeze over” before we reduce rage and “contempt for the law driven” crime and violence in America. Broken homes, child abuse and poverty may ultimately have to “take a parallel seat with the law” in the statistics on the triggering forces of rage, violence and crime in America.

And believe it or not –, as costly and frustrating as our lawsuit was –, it was worth every penny –, because it forced me to look at the nit picking, stonewalling —, attorney enriching, ceremonial charade “through the eyes” of thousands of blue collar felony defendants.
