The truths and concepts contained in my just released book, From Sovereign to Serf Government by the Treachery and Deception of Words, are best illustrated by the eloquent, timeless and immutable words of one of the greatest statesman to ever grace our planet. I say timeless because Cicero lived approximately 2,000 years ago. The following quote describes the very tap root of our collective problem of an ‘totally out of control’ federal government. It is as true today as it was true then.

“Power and law are not synonymous. In truth, they are frequently in opposition and irreconcilable. There is God’s Law from which all equitable laws of man emerge and by which men must live if they are not to die in oppression, chaos and despair. Divorced from Godís eternal and immutable Law, established before the founding of the suns, manís power is evil no matter the noble words with which it is employed or the motives urged when enforcing it. Men of good will, mindful therefore of the Law laid down by God, will oppose governments whose rule is by men, and if they wish to survive as a nation they will destroy the government which attempts to adjudicate by the whim of venal judges.” – Marcus Tullius Cicero, 106-43 B.C.

What Cicero is basically saying here is that a ‘person‘, a word of legal art, only get their Rights one of two ways. You either get them from God and Nature’s God or you get them from man. I prefer to frame is slightly differently. Freedom is God’s plan and slavery is Satan’s plan. Period!

Our Declaration of Independence clearly states that our collective Rights are given by “Nature and Nature’s God.” Those “God given and Constitutionally ‘protected’ Rights” have now been converted into “civil rights” that were legislated for the recently freed black slaves after the Civil War in order to give them federal protection no longer offered by the states. It is through this legal mechanism that we are now collectively ruled by, as Cicero states above, “by the whim of venal judges.” If you want the definition of the word ‘venal’ simply look around you at the “Just-US” being dispensed today.

Deeper within the Declaration Jefferson collective grievances against the King of England are listed. The one that strikes such a familiar chord today is “He has erected a multitude of offices and sent hither swarms of officers to harass us and eat out our substance.” Along with this other duplication of the exact actions executed against our Forefathers by King George III, “He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, and acknowledged by our laws.” As is simply stated in the Bible, “there is nothing new under the sun.”

It is this transition that is thoroughly, at times painstaking, explained in my recently released and highly anticipated new book From Sovereign to Serf Government by the Treachery and Deception of Words, now available at Serfs-Up.com. The book not only explains but proves from years of dedicated legal research these concepts to be correct.

The proof, reproduced at the back of the book, is a legally drafted and executed and filed Affidavit that has been accepted and stands to this day UN-rebutted. The Affidavit has been presented a total of six times to three different federal government agencies and one state agency. These are the IRS, U.S. State Department (the final arbiter of ALL matters concerning citizenship and political status now on three separate occasions), Health and Human Services (Social Security) and the State of Florida Driver’s License Division in the form of a hologram picture ID suitable for any Patriot Act requirement. Not once have the statements in this public document been questioned, denied or rebutted. There is a legal maxim dating back to Rome, still standing today, that proves my points, “silence deems consent”.

In reading and studying the information contained in From Sovereign to Serf you will come to understand the statement from the great U.S. Congressman Louis T. McFadden when he stated on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives as the Chairman for the Banking Committee. “The ‘new-deal’ lawyers now have no hesitancy in appearing in court and asserting that private citizens can contract away their constitutional rights.” Where this has led is evident, visible and obvious all around our country today.

Have you ever been asked either of these two questions; “are you a resident?” or “are you a citizen of the United States?” This deceptive legal mechanism has been used to allow you to ìvolunteerî into the exact status of a ‘voluntary serf.’ This body of law has a 1,000 year documented history in Europe and England. This deceitful and treacherous tactic (ever heard the term ìvoluntary compliance?î) used by our international banker controlled government is not so clear. The technique and the banker controlled federal government actions have been intentionally obfuscated by our ìagents of government.î These methods and legal precedents are shown, explained and examined thoroughly in these pages.

I have been appearing every Wednesday night on Republic Broadcasting Network with Jeffrey Bennett, host of ‘Life, Liberty & All That Jazz‘ (7:00 p.m. Eastern) for 8 months. We have built up quite a sizable, now educated and interested audience. One of them is an accountant from Chicago. He not only does tax returns he also gives seminars. John Kacarab wrote me about two months ago now almost begging for an advanced copy. He had a good story and I sent John a copy. After reading the book John posted in a Ron Paul support blog forum with over 50,000 members. His short review ended with this sentence, “This is the single most important book you will read in your entire lifetime!”

I can not add any words to these two fine American’s observations and statements. I can say this, From Sovereign to Serf backs them up!

From Sovereign to Serf is a very powerful book. It represents over 70 years of research, sacrifice and work by three men (John Benson, Glenn Ambort and myself) who have dedicated their adult lives to not only understanding these concepts but trying to put them in front of the public. By using the knowledge contained within I have been able to successfully regain my God Given, Constitutionally protected Rights under the deceitful moniker of a U.S. National. This is the original status established by our Forefathers, we have been deceptively tricked into ‘volunteering’ into the English/European literal version of slavery. They OWN your body – illegally. If you wonder about this status, “a non-citizen national”, simply check the oath on a passport application! I am certain ‘all’ of you would look there for your rightful and correct political status now wouldn’t you! As very correctly stated in the passport application instructions under the OMB Number section, “You are not required to provide the information requested on this form unless the form displays a current valid OMB number. We try to create forms and instructions that can be easily understood. Often this is difficult to do because our citizenship laws are very complex.” A greater understatement has never been published by the federal government. The fed/gov will not explain them to you nor how they are applied. From Sovereign to Serf does in great detail.

I urge you to read it and make your own ‘educated and informed’ decisions. I also urge you to tell others about this at this critical juncture in our countries history. The information contained in this book is very powerful and, I think, can alter the course not only the political but possibly the financial areas of our country and possibly even the world It very well may be, as John K. said, “the single most important book you will ever read in your entire lifetime.”

May I suggest, even though we are very close to Christmas that you consider “giving the gift of freedom” this Christmas. I do not know if you could give a loved one a better gift. This book really is “the gift that keeps on giving!” Even if belated due to timing there is no greater gift than true understanding. It is empowering no matter what you personally decide to do with the knowledge and information.

As they say at the start of the Olympics and end of the opening ceremony, “Let the games begin!”
