Another Legislative Atrocity

Once again, little nauseous busybodies are scurrying about, trying to legislate laws whether they are needed or not.

They are always looking to fix things that aren’t broken, trying to make ass holes out of themselves in general, and trying to screw up the works of a fairly finely tuned system.

This time it’s an attempt by the United States Senate to modify the “Trading With The Enemy Act of 1917 – which was modified on March 9, 1933 Emergency Banking Act, to include American citizens as enemies, is now about to be more fully implemented, as we’ve already witnessed in a secret provision that President Obama used to justify the murder of an American citizen, Anwar al-Wlaki, when they lit up his ass in a drone attack in Yemen a few months back.

My advice to the Tea Party’s, and to the occupation cult of useful idiots, would be to watch your back.

Big Brother and Big Sis are starting to get sexually aroused over your presence, and they have over 800 detention camps built by Haliburton at the cost of $435. Million tax payer dollars sitting idle. waiting to be filled … or occupied.

I don’t know about you, but when I get up in the morning I like to start out the day feeling totally free.

I like the sense of feeling free in my liberty, so when I walk outside of my house, I don’t expect to get gunned down like a rabid dog in my driveway by some law enforcement officer, acting under the color of this new atrocious law that the U.S. Senate will be voting on this week, under the National Defense Authorization Act; Senate bill S.1867.

If you think you have the freedom to travel, think again. The provisions in this wicked bill, which allow for executive assassinations of American citizens overseas, will be extended here at home, in our communities, in our back yards, as this law would make our entire country a battlefield and allow the United States Military to arrest American citizens in their own back yards without any charges, or trial.

The senate is going to vote on whether Congress will give President Obama, or any future President the power to order the military to pick up, detain, or imprison without charge or trial, civilians anywhere in the world.

“Under the Worldwide Indefinite Detention without charge or trial provision of S. 1867, the legislation will basically state in law for the first time that the homeland is part of the battlefield,” said supporter, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC.) a John McCain lap dog bitch.

This bill was drafted by sinister war mongers who like to ensure that their war profiteer campaign contributions keep rolling in to the greedy domestic terrorists sitting in government such as the sponsors of this bill: The little evil green Zionist, Senator, Carl Levin (D-MI) and the Manchurian Candidate, Senator John McCain (R-AZ)

These tyrants drafted this bill in secret, before being passed in a closed door committee meeting without any kind of hearing.

The language appears in sections 1031 and 1032 of the NDAA bill.

I don’t know what’s up with John McCain, but obviously he either didn’t get his ass kicked enough in that North Vietnamese prison camp, or they kicked it too much and scrambled his brains.

It is apparent to me that he needs a good ass kicking again to get back in touch with reality.

We probably have a lot of people in this country who need to be killed, but we are still a civilized society, ruled within the parameters of the law.

Our citizens are entitled to due process, and a fair trial where the preponderance of evidence lies in favor of the innocent until proven guilty by a jury of our peers.

Where do these little tin horn dictators get off imposing restrictions against our liberty in a free society?

At a time when our country is vulnerable to attack because of our governments criminal negligence, at a time when our nation is teetering on the verge of bankruptcy due to government incompetence, and at a time when subversive leaders are trying very hard to create a civil war, to cover for their misdeeds and corruption, the last thing an American needs to hear about is more legislation that is aimed at curtailing our freedom and liberty.

These are more arrogant and insidious decisions made by over zealous buffoons, sticking their feeble noses where they don’t belong, instead of tending to protecting the peoples interest.

This heinous bill will be voted on in the United States Senate this week but there is a way to stop this deleterious legislation.

Senator Mark Udall (D-Colo) is offering an amendment that will delete the harmful provisions and replace them with a requirement for an orderly Congressional review of detention power.

The amendment is a way for the senate to say no to indefinite detention without charge or trial.

The Senators pushing for indefinite detention have made their goals very clear to establish a world wide battlefield.

This is an extreme position so I wouldn’t be too kind to my senator when I call his office and demand an end to this lunacy, then get an assurance that he will vote on the Udall Amendment.

Why do we as American’s have to be made to feel as though we are the predators
for the political elites failed, misadventures, and misdeeds.

Wake up America and be aware of your surroundings.

Remember, a lot of us out here know how to shoot back.
