Are you ready for another insane aspect of American society? Read this and get angry.
People on the right want smaller government. People on the left bemoan high unemployment, economic inequality and the huge amounts of money made by corporate executives and Wall Street fat cats. I strongly urge consideration of a common sense way of greatly reducing the bloated cost of the federal government, probably opening up hundreds of thousands of jobs, and making Americans feel better about their government.
That’s right, you weren’t paying attention and the evil ones slipped in the back door and took over. But is that any reason to throw your hands in the air and say, “….. what’s the use, we’re licked”? Did all the men and women in uniform who made the ultimate sacrifice, give up their lives in all the wars since the Revolution so that contemporary Americans who found the road a little tough, would throw in the towel? Tell that to the over 100,000 World War II American service men that are buried in Europe, and tell that to the some 20,000 or more that are buried in the Philippines or on the other Islands in the Pacific! Tell that to the 600,000+ men and women who gave their lives to hold the Union together in the Civil War! Tell that to the tens of thousands of men and women that have sacrificed their lives, their limbs and their minds in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan! Tell that to the man or woman who came home from Iraq or Afghanistan and must now walk without legs, but he or she rises up and does it anyway! Now that is real courage.
Evangelical Environmental Network needs to get it right, before it preaches to others.
Once again, partisan political activists are defending job-killing regulations that will harm the most vulnerable people, while providing no demonstrable environmental benefits. Unfortunately, these activists are also working hard to seduce sincere church leaders.
Well-meaning prominent liberal evangelicals are using radio spots to target Republicans on the House Energy and Commerce Committee. We know and respect several of these leaders. Yet the activists’ panic over speculative or imagined risks to American children dominates their proclamations, even as they condemn legions of Third World children to death from real diseases that the simplest of modern technologies and living standards would prevent.
“I find it rather ironic and moving that today when we mourn a man named Steven Jobs, a man who’s intelligence, diligence, and vision has created many thousands of jobs, our president, a man who has never earned an honest dollar in private enterprise, a man who has never created a single real job, stands before the country to propose a “jobs” bill.” – Len Oppenheim

Wall Street Journal Exemplifies Mis-information on Gold
“Readers need to bear only several things in mind when contemplating gold as an wealth preservation strategy. Since 2002, the price of gold has risen in direct proportion to the global supply of fiat currency, particularly USD. Gold has risen by a factor of 5 in that time-frame, and so has the quantity of USD. And certainly, there is nothing – absolutely nothing – to expect anything but a continuation of the debasement of the U.S. currency.” (Read Full Story)
WHAT THIS COUNTRY NEEDS NOW IS HOPE
The national debt is currently $14.6 trillion, up from $5.7 trillion in 2000. It took over 200 years to accumulate the first $5.7 trillion of debt and only 11 years to tack on another $8.9 trillion. (Read Full Story)

Physical silver running out because its spot price does not reflect true investment demand
However, the snap back for silver prices now has the capacity to be sensational, and far beyond the mini-spike in the first few months of this year from $30 to almost $50 again. So those who go seeking out physical silver to buy at current prices are going to be very well rewarded and soon, not in 31 years! (Read Full Story)
Why Gold Isn’t $2000 yet… Deflation in its early stages causes tremendous de-leveraging. That’s the selling of positions to pay off loans taken to increase positions. It may come about because of investor prudence, banks calling in loans, stop-loss triggers and margin calls (where the level of debt against positions becomes too high and forces sales). This often (and particularly in the case of precious metals) has nothing to do with the fundamentals of the market. It’s simply the position of investors. This happened in the precious metal markets as well. This is why gold and silver prices fell. (Read Full Story)

What’s Behind The Bank Protests? You heard it first on “Life, Liberty and & That Jazz” – SOCIALISM! The Big Jobs Bill Lie OBAMA claims economists heartily endorse his jobs bill, predicting it will boost growth by 2% and add 1.9 million jobs. That would be news to most economists. How does he “know” this? Well, he said at Friday’s news conference, that’s based on a review of his plan … (Read Full Story)
The Top 100 Statistics About The Collapse Of The Economy That Every American Voter Should Know The U.S. economy is dying and most American voters have no idea why it is happening. Maybe you need to really look at the REAL Ron Paul!
What EXACTLY does Ron Paul really stand for? A lot of questions are long overdue and thanks to our columnist, S.J. Miller – they are finally being asked. The first of a four-part series – exclusively on The Federal Observer. This column will remain in place until someone gets it (hopefully Paul himself).
This four-part series was originally published on the Federal Observer during the month of August, 2007. It is imperative to revisit the REAL Ron Paul during Campaign 2011.
No man is an island, and none should be placed on a pedestal. Only Moses could deliver – and excuse me for saying so – Ron Paul is no Moses!(Editor)
Dust from the November 2006 election had barely settled when presidential candidates began assembling for the 2008 campaign. With the exception of Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX), most were known quantities. Lots of “folklore” has been circulated about Congressman Paul, but how much is actually fact vs. “factoid?”
Dr. Paul’s distinction among Republican candidates is that he’s the only one who opposes the War in Iraq. As an American who long ago realized that the US military is used as a corporate security force to protect globalist assets and interests overseas, and the “wars” and “police actions” are mounted whenever global capital interests are threatened, I felt Dr. Paul deserved further investigation as a viable candidate. Whether or not he actually emerges as the winning GOP candidate isn’t as important as his forcing RNC recognition of opposition to the Iraq War among conservative voters.
Supreme Court to hear case on illegal immigrant children
Don’t hold your breath!!! We suspect we shall see more of SCOTUS WRITING LAW rather than ruling on the Constitutionality of a case. Those persons who wear the Black Dresses are not brainiacs by any means – they are politically motivated however and that is how their *rulings* come down. (Read Full Story)

I.C.E. arrests 2,900 convicted criminal aliens
This news release also makes it clear that the immigration crisis has a huge impact on all 50 states of our nation not just the “Four border states” that Jonathan Huntsman, the former Governor of Utah and GOP Presidential hopeful alluded to during the debates when the issue of immigration was raised. While the news release noted the fact that the 2,900 criminal aliens were citizens of a wide variety of countries, the article did not….. (Read Full Story)
Immigration’s Onslaught: Crowding of America
What if, much like Katrina, we added those 75 million immigrants in the next 14 days? Or next year? Or even five years? Any takers? You would have to be intellectually blank to choose adding that many people in the next five years or less. Or, ever! Yet, no one utters a peep about the “Human Katrina” that will hit in 24 years. It’s not “if” it’s going to hit folks; it’s “when” it’s going to hit. And, once it hits, you won’t be able to…… (Read Full Story)

Illegal immigrant students face obstacles after college

It amounts to nearly 10% of the State’s total annual expenditures of approximately $90 billion. And 60,000 children of illegal [ aliens] are born in Texas each year… (Read Full Story)
Opposing view: Amnesties reward lawbreaking
Rick Perry’s foray into compassionate conservatism — his assertion that critics of in-state tuition subsidies don’t ‘have a heart’ — has shed light on the fact that too much of the immigration debate is based on weepy sentimentality. We need to move beyond Oprah-fied storytelling about your grandma from Minsk and instead focus on reality, with all its trade-offs and competing values. The case of in-state tuition for illegal aliens who arrived here as children is a case in point. These are clearly the most sympathetic illegal immigrants, which is why advocates have been exploiting their stories in the quest for a general amnesty. (Read Full Story)

I was told the other day that I need to stop focusing on the small issues and devote more of my attention towards fighting the real enemies of this country, the shadow government, and the central banks. I do not deny that there is in fact a shadow government which is behind many of our nation’s problems. However, in 1838 Amsel Bauer Mayer Rothschild said, “Let me issue and control a Nation’s money and I care not who makes its laws.” Well by golly, I DO care who makes our laws.
