Raising Cain!

Surprise, surprise! Herman Cain has risen to at least a tie for the number one slot amongst the candidates for the GOP nomination for President. It seems everyone is surprised – but Herman Cain.

So – what the heck is going on here?

Here’s what I THINK is happening:

Re-elect this Jackass?

Obama Wants Wounded Vets to Pay For Their Own Combat Injuries

The above was the headline of a column I wrote on 17 August, 2009.

Our fearless leader went on to say:
“Look it is an all volunteer force and nobody made these guys go to war. They had to have known and accepted the risks. Now they whine about bearing the costs of their choice? It doesn’t compute” “I thought these were people who were proud to sacrifice for their country, I wasn’t asking for blood, just money. With the country facing the worst financial crisis in it’s history, I’d have thought that the patriotic thing to do would be to try to help reduce the nations deficit. I guess I underestimated the selfishness of some of my fellow Americans”.

OBAMA if you want to talk about someone ACTING STUPIDLY! your it!!! You reduce the deficit by not spending money you don’t have YOU STUPID ASS!!! PUT A LID ON SPENDING!!!

“Progressives” and the Art of Civility

Let’s take these S.O.B.s out!”

When concerned Americans objected to Obama’s health care scheme and turned out at town hall meetings in strong opposition, they were called racists and fringe radicals. The Department of Homeland Security then released a report calling those Americans who opposed Obama’s policies “potential domestic terrorist.” As more and more Americans took up the protests against an ever growing federal government, the “Progressives” took to the CNN/MSNBC/New York Times media cabal to accuse the growing Tea Party of violence and then called for “civility” in political debate. That of course meant NO DEBATE. Its got to be their way or … as Teamster leader James Hoffa put it… ”Let’s take these sons of bitches out.”

Nice, very civil. If we said it we would be accused of promoting violence. But these are the compassionate progressives, not the racist, violent Tea Party. Following are more of their compassionate, civil quotes and actions, just for the record.

Afghanistan: Ten Years of Tragedy and Misguided Policy

On July 1, 2002, US planes bombed an Afghan wedding in the small village of Deh Rawud. Located to the north of Kandahar, the village seemed fortified by the region’s many mountains. For a few hours, its people thought they were safe from a war they had never invited. They celebrated, and as customs go, fired intermittently into the air.

The joyous occasion however, turned into an orgy of blood that will define the collective memory of Deh Rawud for generations.

Obama’s ‘Jobs’ Bill Going Down in Flames

On Sept. 8, Barack Obama made yet another speech to a joint session of Congress. In it, he demanded that they pass his latest $447 billion “jobs” bill (i.e., Stimulus Jr.) “right away.” It took weeks to write an actual bill and bring it to a vote, and, on Oct. 11, more than a month later, it went down in flames. While on the campaign trail, Obama defiantly declared that neither he nor “the American people” would “take ‘no’ for an answer.” He chided Republicans for obstruction and challenged them to explain why they didn’t want to create jobs. The Leftmedia happily repeated the charge that Republicans were to blame. The inconvenient truth, however, was that the Democrat-controlled Senate shot down his bill.

Massie: Nero in the White House

Three significant historical events have been eclipsed by Obama: 1) Jimmy Carter will no longer be looked upon as the worst president in American history; 2) Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton will no longer be recognized as the greatest liars in presidential history; 3) Clinton’s stain on Monica’s dress, and what that did to the White House in general and the office of the president specifically, will forever pale in comparison to the stain and stench of Obama.

And while we’ve been gone…

Class Warfare
War between the classes is a matter of perspective. For the elite, it is about the rabble attacking the Bastille. For the rabble, it is about Marie Antoinette being guillotined. (Read Full Story)

Bringing Down America from the safety of Vancouver, BC
The magazine of the Canadian non-profit Adbusters Media Foundation that revives 1960s-styled protests for ultimate Marxist takeover is printed in the United States of America. Without even a passing mention that they, with Barack Obama, are actually masterminding it, Adbusters November issue asks on its cover What Will We Do As America Declines? (Read Full Story)

Founding the Flea Party
It’s clear that the Democrats have “party envy,” even as they cast sneering glances at the Tea Party, which everyone assumes to be a primarily Republican organization. With the recent formation of the Occupy Wall Street (OWS) movement, some Dems are beginning to see the possibilities of having their own Tea Party-like organization in the hapless shlubs protesting against America’s billionaires. A Total Ignorance Of The Natural Rights Of Mankind

In a recent e-mail a friend asked if I was involved in any of the local Tea Party groups. This person said that with my political views I would fit right in. I did attend one Tea Party meeting awhile back, and I’m not so sure that if I began expressing my views that I would be so warmly accepted among them.

I have written before concerning my thoughts on the Tea Party movement, and I don’t want people to misunderstand me; I think that overall it is good that more and more people are finally awakening to the fact that their government has overstepped its Constitutional authority. I believe that the Tea Party has done a good job of helping educate people, yet they seem to be avoiding a topic I consider of the utmost importance.

Eric Holder, Minuteman!

As the spokesman for the Minuteman Project in the State of Illinois, and as the Director of the Chicago Minutemen, I feel compelled to issue the following statement: United States Attorney General, Eric Holder, is not a Minuteman.

Contrary to statements being circulated, Eric Holder and his minions do not operate a Minuteman Chapter, and the Minuteman Project does not endorse any of the Department of Justice’s plans of “Attrition Through Enforcement.”

We find that the Holder methods of Attrition Through Enforcement, are too criminally negligent, and extreme, for many of us Minutemen who have been portrayed by the media, as being hard core advocates of law enforcement.
