Pretendisdent, B. Hussein O., Sillary Clinton, Bawney Fwank, Nanny Pelosi and a number of other demlicans would have us believe that the OWS (Occupy Wall Street) demonstrations are similar to the Tea Party demonstrations. Anyone that believes that has been sleeping longer than Rip Van Winkle. While the Tea Party demonstrations were attended by a bunch of patriotic Americans that assembled peacefully and cleaned up after themselves, the OWS crowd is not patriotic and does not clean up after themselves.

This (OWS) is what I call a real fasunistic gathering. You have Nazis, (fascists), socialists, communists and America haters of all stripes. What do they want?

I hadn’t planned on writing anything for a while as I felt I needed a hiatus from it to recharge my batteries. Yet there was this one quote I had read from that piece of shit who calls himself our president that kept nagging at me until I couldn’t take it any longer. So here I am, at it again.

The quote I am referring to was made by Obama, in reference to his Jobs Bill, on a campaign stop in Asheville, North Carolina, and it reads, “We’ve decided, let’s let them do the right thing one more time. We’re going to give them another chance to do their jobs by looking after your jobs. So this week, I’m asking members of Congress to vote. What we’re going to do is we’re going to break up my jobs bill. Maybe they just couldn’t understand the whole thing all at once. So we’re going to break it up into bite-size pieces so they can take a thoughtful approach to this legislation…”

Government functionaries have seditiously supported Occupy Wall Street and similar demonstrations of recent weeks.

During this past week while President Obama was out campaigning for re-election… (er… I mean “selling his jobs bill”) the most indictable evidence of his failure was made evident to all.

The current number of 14 million unemployed wasn’t the issue. Though it’s a scandal in and of itself.

It is the newly published number in U.S. News and World Report that puts the underemployed at 26 million.

The government’s promise of lifetime health care for the military’s men and women is suddenly a little less sacrosanct as Congress looks to slash trillion-dollar-plus deficits.

Republicans and Democrats alike are signaling a willingness _ unheard of at the height of two post-Sept. 11 wars in Iraq and Afghanistan _ to make military retirees pay more for coverage.

Both parties’ leaders on the Senate Armed Services Committee _ Carl Levin, D-Mich., and John McCain, R-Ariz. _ recommended that the special deficit-cutting super committee look at raising enrollment fees and imposing restrictions on the military’s health care program, known as TRICARE, McCain and Levin also favored creating a commission to look at military retirement benefits and make recommendations for changes.

What blind suckers many Americans have become in thinking that government will be their champion. In a free society the only defense is the strength, knowledge and experience of the individual who will use that strength against all forces that would attempt to take away their life, their liberty, their property and their pursuit of happiness. Circling around all Americans today are the political and special interest vultures that get their kicks out of herding and manipulating the masses for their own gain.

The people protesting in the streets in the national “Occupy Wall Street” circus are nothing but disgruntled, ungrateful, spoiled, ner-do-well brats who don’t work but smoke pot, shoot up heroin, defecate on cop cars, engage in public sex, disrupt businesses and generally make an infuriating nuisance of themselves. They are exploited, funded and supported by unions, communists, socialists, illegal aliens, radical environmentalists, one-world-order types and the anti-war crowd. Hundreds of arrests have occurred around the country in these protests, while arrests in the millions of the peaceful folk that took part in the tea party rallies, numbered on one hand.

Most people are aware that certain states have legalized marijuana for medical use, and among them is Oregon. Back in 2009, President Obama stated that his policy toward these state laws would be to continue to detect and arrest illegal marijuana growers and dealers, but not those who had state-legal medical marijuana permits for personal use.

Oregon’s medical marijuana law does not provide for dispensaries, as does California, so medical marijuana patients in Oregon either have to grow their own marijuana, or have someone do it for them who is a registered grower. For example, many patients live in cramped apartments or in mobile home parks where there is no viable way of growing their own, so a number of local, legally-registered growers who had available land allowed those patients to grow their marijuana on that land. 

We have often been told that “America was built by immigrants.”

Certainly our nation has been one of the most welcoming nations in the world if not the most welcoming nation. Anually, the United States grants lawful immigrant status to more than 1.1 million aliens — immediately placing them on the pathway to United States citizenship.

The issue is that those who advocate open borders and unlimited immigration have seized on that phrase about America having been built by immigrants as a way of persuading as many people as possible — among them our fellow Americans as well as our leaders, that the American Dream was the result of this massive influx of immigrants. If you accept this hypothesis that the American Dream is largely attributable to huge numbers of immigrants being admitted into the United States, it becomes easy to then presume that even more immigrants will create even more success for our nation and our citizens.

There is an old saying; you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink. So it is with knowledge; you can present it to people, but you can’t force them the educate themselves. Winston Churchill once said “The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is.”

My job as a writer is not to present my readers with any new-found truths; instead I see my job as being an educator, making up for the deficiencies in our educational system. Noah Webster is quoted as saying, “Every child in America should be acquainted with his own country. He should read books that furnish him with ideas that will be useful to him in life and practice. As soon as he opens his lips, he should rehearse the history of his own country.”
