The following is a roster of the Twelve Apostles of D.C.- AKA The Super committee.

Democratic Senators John Kerry, Patty Murray, Max Baucus and Democratic Representatives Xavier Becerra, James Clyburn and Chris Van Hollen; and Republican Senators Jon Kyl, Rob Portman, Pat Toomey and Republican Representatives Fred Upton, Dave Camp and Jeb Hensarling.

Unlike any other Congressional committee in recent memory, this “super-committee” will wield enormous legislative power. Their recommendations will be fast-tracked in Congress, meaning they cannot be amended and are guaranteed a simple-majority vote in the Senate.

The first three Articles of the Constitution establish the three branches of the national government: a legislature, the bicameral Congress; an executive branch led by the President; and a judicial branch headed by the Supreme Court. They also specify the powers and duties of each branch. All unenumerated powers are reserved to the respective states and the people, thereby establishing the federal system of government.

“I consider the foundation of the Constitution as laid on this ground: That “all powers not delegated to the United States, by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States or to the people.” To take a single step beyond the boundaries thus specially drawn around the powers of Congress, is to take possession of a boundless field of power, no longer susceptible of any definition.” – Thomas Jefferson.

Foregive me, but where in the Constitution does it say that Congress and the Senate can just turn their back on their responsibilities and their oath and just hand it all over to twelve other irresponsible idiots, and if they can’t come to an agreement then some rather draconian rules will automatically kick in which will hose us all in no uncertain terms.

Article 2, Section 2 states:
He (the President) shall have power, by and with the ADVICE and CONSENT of the Senate (it doesn’t say a damned thing about a counsel or panel of twelve).

I don’t know what you pack of thieves, robbers, swindlers, deadbeats and outright con artists think you are pulling but you had best rein it in (that goes for all 545 of you), all of you are guilty of abrogating your oath of office and your responsibilities under that oath.

The arrogance and downright hubris of you bastards in thinking you can get away with this is beyond belief.

Obama needs to be removed from office NOW as well as all of his non vetted czars and appointees (including A.G. Eric Holder)!!!

If none of you bums is up to the job then you are part of the problem, and need to be removed as well, and if that is not plain enough for your simple minds to comprehend, then what is coming your way is of your own making.
