In this “peon’s opinion” it is long past time that we the multi-racial, non ruling class, majority electorate of America start thinking, speaking, uniting, acting and voting of our own volition and not as an army of “party puppets” with a string to our brain and our jaw which is manipulated by the “divide and conquer political ventriloquists” of both major parties. “Rote voting” party agenda is not the same as “thinking and acting for ourselves” as a fully informed, united and focused majority electorate.

In spite of the perpetual, traditional and often disastrous “post election replay” of “back door pick pocket politics as usual” -, WE perpetually continue to let puppet politicians and their “PAC money power brokers” all evade and trample the key principles which are crucial, vital and indispensable to a “government of the people, by the people and for the people”.

Those three key principles are “transparency, transparency and transparency” –, which if forcibly injected into just two of the major “malignancies in government” would do more to clean UP government and make it accountable and responsive to the majority electorate than all of the ballots that all of the people can cast in a million elections.

Those three terminal malignancies are:

1. “Majority electorate blindfolding”, back door, back slapping, Special Interest, PAC money politics.

How often do we learn how much payola “law making PAC money politicians receive in cold, hard, untraceable cash –, or lavish junkets -, from corporations –, and/or “under the radar” organized crime kingpins etc.? How did that factor into the Wall Street Meltdown?

2. The fifty state “fox guarding the chicken house” attorney/judge “accountability and discipline” bureaucracies. How often do “self policed and self disciplined” attorneys and judges accept cold, hard, untraceable cash –,from corporations and/or “no paper trail organized crime” Kingpins? How does that factor into the malicious/fraudulent lawsuit industry?

3. Thanks to the political clout of the Trial Lawyer’s Lobby and it’s incestuous relationship with the IRS, thousands of victim defendants in blatantly fraudulent lawsuits cannot take a tax deduction on those fraudulent lawsuit attorney fees –, even though they were “acquitted” and found innocent. And yes I am speaking from personal experience as one of the acquitted defendants in a very costly, five year long “disgruntled heir” lawsuit in south east Kansas in which the plaintiff was not only a “disgruntled heir” but also but a serial litigant, professional plaintiff who who operates a web based lawsuit recruiting, attorney referral, commission kickback racket from his Colorado residence.

Incidentally disgruntled heir lawsuits are “The Perfect Crime” for both the plaintiffs and their case chasing trial lawyers —, because the only litigation abbreviating, case closing witness for the defendants is —, six feet under —-, and safely silent”.

But I don’t blame any of “the above” any more than I do you and I, the “Political Puppet Lapdog” majority electorate which “swallows and regurgitates by rote” everything our respective, PAC money manipulated “Party handlers “feed us”. Instead of thinking, speaking and acting” independent of the “Special Interest Agenda” –, of either party –, we let them “tell us how to think, what to say and how to vote”

Unless and until we the honest, law abiding, multi-racial, majority electorate constituency of both major parties decide to bridge our differences, reach out, unite, join hands and take back OUR government via what ever means necessary –, we might as well “torch our ballot” the instant it is handed to us. And be prepared for more “class warfare and blood in the streets”.

“Men love darkness rather than light because their deeds are evil” is not only an ancient and insightful proverb, it is a timeless and infallible Truth”. And that best defines my stand on “back door, Free Wheeling PAC money politics” and “fox guarding the chicken house” attorney/judge “accountability and discipline”.
