Sanctuary city Phoenix, Arizona had a very efficient U.S. Border Patrol Station that controlled human trafficking, illegal alien gangs as well as enforcing labor sanctions laws. After the 1986 IRCA, Phoenix Station was closed as well as Fresno, California at the urging of political carpetbaggers. Phoenix in 2011 is now the human trafficking smuggling center of the U.S. Kidnapping, rapes, extortion, and murder are commonplace daily events. Illegal alien gangmembers are not worried about arrest or deportation unless confronted by Maricopa Sheriff’s deputies. Phoenix police like their counterparts in Los Angeles are hamstrung by city policy that cater to illegal aliens.
