Obama’s flaunting of rule of law
No doubt most have been exposed, during the non-stop coverage of Hurricane Irene as it traversed up the east coast, to Obama’s furrowed brow and look of worry; to him being portrayed, both by his own words and the mainstream media cameras and reporters hanging on his every word, as someone oh so concerned for the American people as Hurricane Irene moved north.
As Judy McLeod of Canada Free Press put it, he’s apparently been taking acting lessons from Tom Hanks. Most particularly like the photo-op showing Obama, complete with name plate (like we wouldn’t know who he was otherwise) with the portrayal of Hurricane Irene lurking over his left shoulder, at the FEMA command and control center.
Why would McLeod say that; why would I concur?
Because actions speak louder than words.
And the actions of the man who has usurped the Oval Office, occupies the White House, are not those of a man who seeks freedom for the people of America; rather, they are those of a man who seeks control over the people of America.
Face it, Obama is a Marxist. His actions have been, and are those, of a Marxist – from deceit and deception to the John Morton Memo on prosecutorial discretion in the deporting of illegal aliens who become criminals when they enter the United States without permission to do so.
As a footnote to my last article, Cecelia Muñoz, who authored the prosecutorial discretion blog entry on the Whitehouse website, is a known La Raza (means “the race”) operative working for Obama, being paid by the American taxpayers to promote the illegal alien cause within our nation as the White House Director of Intergovernmental Affairs.
Now a video has come to light, from a townhall meeting held by Senator John Kyl of Arizona, in 2009, in which Kyl explains to a constituent what Obama told him when Kyl met with Obama regarding securing the border.
And what Obama told Kyl is that there would be no securing of the border until Congress agreed to immigration reform inclusive of amnesty for the approximate 45,000,000 illegal aliens in this country.
What is the bottom-line outcome of Obama’s words to Kyl?
Let us look at the reality of illegal aliens in the United States.
Are the majority of these people here to become American citizens? As so adequately proven by the “Reconquista” agenda of La Raza, they are not; they are here to destroy this nation by any means possible, to include:
1. Taking jobs from Americans.
2. Sending the profits of their illegal labor back to Mexico.
3. Using hospital emergency rooms as their free private doctor, forcing many emergency rooms to close.
4. Having their children in American hospitals; those children then serving as “anchor babies” to keep their illegal parent/s in the United States.
5. Bringing heretofore eradicated diseases into America and exposing Americans to those diseases.
6. Selling drugs on our streets.
7. Their gangs on our streets, intimidating our people and committing crimes against the American people connected to their gang activity.
8. Moving into neighborhoods, causing the devaluing of surrounding properties.
9. Utilizing our education system, paid for by American taxpayers.
10. Utilizing our social systems; depleting them to the point that Americans in need have nowhere to turn.
11. Murdering our citizens; driving while intoxicated and killing Americans; committing arson; committing rape, sodomy and incest; kidnapping Americans for ransom; committing theft, burglary and other crimes against Americans.
12. Turning the American side of the border with Mexico into the largest garbage dump in the world; stringing their trash (inclusive of used condoms, used female menstrual products, and feces) all along the border.
13. Threatening American landowners along the border; cutting their fences; burglarizing their homes; killing their cattle.
Does Obama care that these crimes are being committed against the American people? Obviously, he does not because he has refused to secure the Mexican border with the United States.
Such is a direct violation of established law; it is also a violation of the charge of the United States government, under the United States Constitution to protect each of them [the states] against invasion. What else would you call 45,000,000 illegal aliens?
Also playing into Obama’s refusal to secure the border, is the ability of branches of United States law enforcement and justice (including ATF, FBI, DEA and DOJ), to sell guns to the Mexican drug cartels and move those guns across the Mexican border in the hopes that such would give Obama the justification to claim that stricter laws are needed regarding the right of Americans to keep and bear arms.

It is of interest that John Morton, currently heading ICE, author of the Morton Memo on instruction from Obama, is very much entangled in the Gun Walker scandal.
So, while Obama stands before the cameras, with a look of worry on his face, is it for real or just more acting – trying to make the American people believe, in his run for a second term in the office he has usurped, that he really cares about Americans?
And the American people need to ask themselves why the Republicans have done nothing. A short time ago, I received an e-mail from my representative in Congress, telling me what all she had been doing on her August recess from her duties in Washington, DC. Quite an impressive list until one stopped to consider that, for all her travelling about the district, meeting with this and that group, nothing she had done would make one iota of difference until the man usurping the Oval Office, occupying the White House, is arrested and prosecuted for taking the oath of office on January 20, 2009 when he was not eligible to do so.
An e-mail, recently, directed me to the World Net Daily website, to an opinion piece by Tom Tancredo, States must fight Obama amnesty decree. In the responses to that opinion piece was one by a Pamela Woodard, and from which I quote,
As for the birth certificate issue, if your mother is a citizen, so are you even if you were born on Mars. I didn’t hear all of this screeching when Arnold became Governor of California and the man still has an Austrian accent!! Get a grip. The birth certificate is a non-issue, relevant only to idiots who can’t be bothered to learn civics.
Yes, Pamela, Americans definitely need to learn civics, and so do you.
Article II, Clause 5, United States Constitution, states that the president of the United States shall be a natural born citizen. If Obama was actually born in Hawaii, and the forged Certification of Live Birth (here, here, and here) and Certificate of Live Birth tend to refute that; while his father’s immigration records tend to confirm it; the most Obama can be is a native-born American or naturalized American. If one parent is an American and you are born on American soil, you can be a native-born American. If you become an American citizen, as Arnold Schwarzenegger did, you are a naturalized American.
Both a native-born American and a naturalized American can be elected to any office in America, including the Governor of California; they cannot, however, be elected to the highest office in the land – the office of president of the United States.
When the Founding Fathers wrote Article II, Clause 5, United States Constitution, they used the definition of natural born citizen provided by Vattel’s Law of Nations. That definition requires two American parents and born on American soil. Two out of three does not cut it. The only people exempted from this clause were those …

The Law of Nations is even referenced in the United States Constitution, Article I, Section 8, defining the Powers of Congress:
To define and punish piracies and felonies committed on the high seas, and offences against the law of nations;…
Obama’s father, by Obama’s own admission, was a British subject at the time of his birth. It is obvious that Obama was not eligible to the office of president when he announced his candidacy for president back in 2007/08. He is not made eligible by popular vote, the electoral college, the vote of Congress certifying the electoral college, or his inauguration on January 20, 2009.
To this day, Obama is not the legal president of the United States of America.
As he was not eligible, and will always and forever be ineligible to the office of president, he cannot be impeached; he must be removed by the Congress as is their sworn duty under Article I, Section 8, United States Constitution.
No law carrying the signature of Barack Obama, including those appropriating money, is lawful.
Those who have challenged Obama’s eligibility are not fruitcakes, birthers, or any of the rest of the names thrown out by those who would subvert our Constitution. Those who have rightfully challenged Obama’s right to sit in the Oval Office, occupy the White House, are right on target concerning the constitutional crisis that has been created in this country by the refusal of Congress to remove Obama. In the crimes that have been committed, both by the act itself and what has occurred as a result of it, every member of Congress who has refused to act is complicit.
And their reasons for refusing to act become lame excuses when one considers
1. the continuing destruction of the United States economy,
2. the escalating erosion of the rights of Americans,,
3. Obama’s commitment if money and military assets in Libya without Congressional approval,
4. the John Morton Memo, encouraging the illegal alien invasion of the United States Of America,
5. the racial tension that has been fomented and encouraged by Obama between ethnicities comprising the American population,
that have been the result of their refusal to act. Each one of these acts serves to rend the fabric of our American republic, to destroy her, to subjugate her people to tyranny.
What can you do?
Contact your Senators and Representatives, demand they remove Obama; demand the laws he has signed be declared null and void.

ILLEGAL ALIENS CAN RUN, BUT THEY CANNOT HIDE!
Of course the open border zealots, the Catholic Church, religious faith groups, business lobbyists and others, want to disrupt the “Secure Communities and E-Verify policies, as this epidemic called illegal immigration cannot skirt around these enforcement innovations. If you contravene the law and get caught; your fingerprints are run through the FBI, ICE and Homeland Security data bases. Once you’re detained the state and local police obtain your prints and then if verified, ICE agents arrive to put a hold on you. As far as the majority of American citizens and residents, you’re a criminal when you entered this sovereign land of the United States; this is whether you dodged the border patrol or over stayed your welcome on a visitor’s visa. Your illegal, and should you be caught in the laws net, you should be arrested and consequently deported.
For the people who live in this nation lawfully, the question to ask is why is this civil offense and not a FELONY? Obviously this was intentional to mislead the naive general public. A subterfuge to reflect for thirty years, our laws were being enforced? Now we have to deal with 20 million plus foreigners without documentation, and although this has been a clever game played by every administration, the NEW TEA PARTY will enforce the 1986 Immigration laws. Then every politician, governor, mayor, judge, police chief will be evicted from office, which are favorable the economical nightmare caused by this illegal alien occupation.
The TEA PARTY (selected leaders) is the only politicians who will fully enforce the 1986 Simpson/Mazzoli bill. The Great state of Georgia, Alabama, Arizona and some to a lesser degree are using the power of their Legislative policing laws. These states are trying to stop the erosion of the financial safety-net, which illegal aliens are stealing from the old, sick and people mental disorders. The federal government has for years forcing unfunded mandates on States that can no longer afford the intrusion of our country by economic illegal aliens. The $113 billion dollars a year that is the amount paid out to these unwelcome foreign squatters should be paid out to supplement our Senior citizens, education of US citizen-resident education, health care and poverty programs. Not to appease illegal aliens with their large families, smuggled through borders.
The U.S. House of Representatives has to act immediately when it returns in September to send the world a reason to follow the law. The courageous and most authoritative signal it can launch, is to pass a nationwide mandatory E-Verify bill that not only stops illegal aliens from getting jobs, but forces business owners to fire the illegal aliens already working for them.
Rep. Smith said that President is trying to placate ethnic groups for not trying to move an amnesty bill through Congress, when Democrats controlled both chambers of Congress. He was deporting thousands of unlawful foreigners, and then changed his mind under the pressure of activists. Now Obama believes in a giant, centralized administration and that is what he perceives; whether or not Congress goes along–and whether or not the American people go along. ..? That’s all very well, if you don’t live in a democracy. It’s not agreeable in the United States of America, where he has taken an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution and the “Rule of law” and not just to single out and select which laws to enforce. He needs, as president of the United States, to make sure all laws are faithfully executed and that is really bothersome.”
Rep. Smith said Congress has two options to stop the new policy. It can hold oversight hearings or defund the agencies, but he said the best clarification is to elect a president that won’t provide amnesty through executive actions, again the People’s wishes.
If you want to see your taxation forever rising, then you can sit in your chair and do nothing. Just watch your country as politicians accommodate millions of poor from other countries, subsidized by your money.
My guess if a Judge wants to climb the success ladder, you better cater to the judiciary in the Department of In-Justice.
The TEA PARTY has become a colossal grassroots movement of tens of millions of moderate Americans from all racial and religious backgrounds, political parties, no matter what the undesirable advocacy groups say? The TEA PARTY members share the focused values of restricted government, individual freedoms, personal responsibility, “fair” free markets and above all else returning control to the States and the people. For decades we have had a corrupt Taxation system, that must be rescinded and a flat tax imposed.The tax system was constructed by Attorney-legislators, who have built into the code, incentives, and subsidies and with 57 percent of the American people paying nothing. We need a tax code so everybody pays something, to save our country from bankruptcy. The TEA PARTY is about reforming all political parties and the control, so the key ideology of our Constitution, once again is the true foundation of which this nation is built. Your vote counts and millions have joined the TEA PARTY to stop the extortion from the American people of their taxes. The Obama stimulus gave billions to banks, foreign and domestic with the assurance they would lend to small businesses which are the backbone of America and the job producers. Instead the banks invested the taxpayer’s money in money market accounts. None of these positive solutions happened and twenty million Americans are out of a full time job, while 8 million illegal aliens have been hired. Call your Senator or Congress person and complain, as you are the voter and have the power to throw them out of office. In this crushing recession we must ensnare every economic illegal alien and remove them forthwith.
