Where does the Tea Party stand? For the people and SMALL GOVERNMENT!
Here’s what I wrote to a dear friend, when she asked where the Tea Party stood in regards to Cap and Trade. Well, I tried to cover it all, and let the views of the Tea Party on all issues, be known. The news media certainly isn’t. They are taking pot shots at a group of people who only bring the voice of the people to be heard by their politicians, (and visa versa) so that they know that the people won’t continue to be overlooked by the “good old boy club” that takes their money, and waste it on pet projects that don’t improve our nation or our people, while demanding that we pay endlessly through the nose.
The Tea Party is trying to keep the freedom of mad spending from the president and others, capped, so that he can’t continue to run amuck, while taxing the people at every turn to support his “habit.” We don’t raise taxes on the people. By cutting spending on needless special interest pets, like sending billions of dollars to other countries who openly announce their disdain for America, by stopping waste spending on free gifts to organizations who misappropriate those funds, by cutting back on the president’s endless entourage of large air crafts for his personal and his family vacations, while he wants to tax small company jets, and other organizations like Acorn who had supported abortions for prostitutes, and help give aid to support illegal businesses. If these kinds of cuts, along with bogus science grants, as in saving a fish while keeping farmers and ranchers from obtaining water for their crops and live stock, along with other wasteful research that sucks money from the tax payers like a vacuum, then there can be a sensible balance to the govt. budget. Without these wasteful spending sprees from our Government, we won’t need to raise the debt limit, and there will be no need to tax the people on everything from toilet paper to twizzlers!
There is no need for Obama to threaten and frighten American’s by blaming those who hold him fiscally accountable, by threatening to withhold their Social Security and Medicare checks. The money is there, but with Gov. draining it dry, it won’t be there much longer. It isn’t the Tea Party who is bleeding America dry, and our President is not man enough to take responsibility for his own flood of wasteful spending of tax payers money, while demanding more and more and MORE, while pointing his finger at the Tea Party! The Tea Party is simply a voice of the majority of American’s, to hear what the politicians stand for and to get it out to the public, while giving a platform for the majority of American’s voices to be heard in Washington. The Tea Party is simply and extension of the voice of the people. They quietly meet to protest or to make a statement, quietly and in order without taking those rights away from others who disagree. They do not trash or destroy public property nor injure others or shout down those disagree with their views, nor barge into the Capital Building and disrupt the political officials ability to do their jobs to represent ALL of the people. Even when there are hundreds or thousands upon thousands of Tea Party members gathered for a cause, the grounds are left in better condition than when they arrived and the atmosphere is always pleasant and positive.
The Tea Party members make the Gov. take notice and not dismiss the people when they say, NO MORE WASTEFUL SPENDING, and NO MORE NEEDLESS TAXATION! For this, their reputation is being besmirched and maligned. One of our President’s tactics is to offer not cooperation, point fingers and blame at all those who try to work with him and bring a solution to the problem. The president offers no plan of action, he only takes pot shots at the efforts others are making over and over, in an effort to come to some form of agreement with him. When it is impossible to find common ground, which is the intent of Obama from the beginning, he can threaten and blame those who are working to bring about a workable plan to save our nation. Obama is addicted to “Uproar and Rescue.” He will not work or play well with others, he does not like it when we, the “Little People” disagree with his ruthless disregard of the welfare for our country, and he sets the stage by threatening us with tragedies that he alone will cause.
All the while he points the blame on those who are working to bring about hope and a brighter side, by overcoming the rubble of our country’s instability that he, and his Czars have caused. Obama expects us to “Eat our Peas” but he won’t eat his veggies at all. Everything he lectures the Nation on, he is guilty of in a much larger degree, and while we balance our own personal budgets, he wants us to sacrifice even more, pay more taxes, and raise the debt limit so that he can continue to sink our nation into deeper debt. Obama is throwing money to the world and does not want us to question his deity and supreme omnipotence.
He continues to hinder our ability to supply our own needs through our own natural resources, as he sends our drilling rigs to other countries. We can then, buy the oil back from those countries, who by the way, hate America and call us the Big Satan, after he has given them billions of OUR dollars to drill for that oil, and leaves us holding the bill. While large wind mills are being built, the oil industry is being malined because of oil spills. Oil naturally leaks from cracks in the ocean floor and has for thousands of years, but the oil is cleaned up when there is an accident by man, but not by nature. The Wind Mills slaughter over 5,000 birds a year and are very inefficient, but the news never gives the public this information for protection of wildlife. These windmills only work when the wind is above between 15 and 30 miles per hour, and it needs to be a consistent air flow for a determined period of time. This energy supply is not dependable, but the manufacturing and construction of these windmills are very expensive. This, too, is not released to the public. Also, farmers are selling their corn to government projects, for fuel, which is not efficient. The redistribution of the use of our food source is causing a food crisis. As a result, we now face disasters which leaves us with little fuel, at high cost, to deliver our produce to the stores, let alone, be affordable to the farmers to run their harvesting equipment. All of these problems have been intentionally set into place, which will disable our nation and keep us from being the once, independent country that was able to reach out and help others through our prosperity and ingenuity.
There you have it. That’s my view, as a Tea Party Member and where they stand in the situation of taxation, debt and Cap and Trade, other dangers (and why).
