Liar, liar, pants on fire
The Chicago Sun Times Washington D.C. bureau chief, Ms. Lynn Sweet, seems to be an affable person just like her former boss, Conrad Black … and I hope to tell him that after he gets released from prison … again!
I met Ms. Sweet awhile back during a Chicago Sun Times editorial board meeting where Reverend Anthony Williams, some members of his Black Coalition Against Illegal Immigration, and I, attended to discuss the deleterious impact illegal immigration was having on employment within the Black Community.
Ms. Sweet seemed cordial, but I could sense that she would rather be somewhere else.
Although unemployment is a key issue to the people, the movers and shakers who are raping our economy by discriminating against American citizens, and perpetuating this problem for illicit gain, are the culprits the media surreptitiously covers for to preserve their gainful employment.
If you had ever attended a Chicago City Council meeting, you would swear that you had just witnessed an organized crime summit between the remnants of the Dion O’Banion gang, the Crips, Bloods, and the Latin Kings, carving up territory to divide the booty of illicit gains through their engagement of illegal activity.
Therefore, reporters out to make a name for themselves, and enhance their careers tend to ingratiate themselves with this element rather than to report the facts, unbiased, and assume the profession of watch dog protector for the people.
A cub reporter climbing the ladder of success in their field would naturally seek the path of least resistance even though it meant aligning themselves with corrupt power, willingly, or witlessly, that power is the driving force in the path of their career.
In an era where most American citizens find themselves disenfranchised from an out of control government, abusing power, out of touch with the people, and out of touch with reality, I can understand why Ms. Sweet would write such a conflicting article: Durbin a voice for reason; Walsh a screamer – Chicago Sun Times, Friday July 22nd.
Surely Ms. Sweet, whom has done everything necessary to stay in the good graces of the Chicago way, and has worked her way up Conrad Blacks corporate ladder, from cub reporter, to bureau chief, is confused.
Sweet states in her article:” In the on going deficit negotiations Senator Dick Durbin (D. Ill.) is at all of the White House meetings and is one of the bipartisan “Gang of Six.” “Then there is Joe Walsh, a freshman who is a leading voice of the anti-President Obama, Tea Party conservatives.
Two Illinoisans, a study in contrasts.
Durbin the number two leader in the senate is a voice of reason as an August 2nd default deadline looms. Durbin knows what makes Congress work; getting enough votes on a piece of legislation to get it passed.
Walsh, who represents the northwest suburban 8th District, sees getting media attention a major part of his job.
Sweet writes about, and describes, Joe Walsh’s recent video recording which calls President Obama a liar, because Obama stated that come August third, there won’t be enough money to pay for Social Security, trying to scare the old folks receiving Social Security payments which they had paid into all of their working lives.
“Walsh is just not right,” Durbin lied.
“I will tell you, if we default on our debt ceiling the reality is for the month of August we will have $ 172 billion in revenue to spend on $ 306 billion in obligations.”
Well, enough of this B.S.
Walsh was right, the president lied, Durbin lied, and so does most members of Congress.
Actually, Joe Walsh is performing Lynn Sweets duty, she should have been out front writing about Washington’s mismanagement of tax dollars, and wasteful spending long before Congressman Walsh was elected to represent the interest of his people … which he does.
Ms. Sweet’s interpretation of Senator Durbin being the voice of reason sounds diabolical to me. He is one of the despots who has driven our country into such a disastrous calamity. I wonder how much of that $306 billion in obligations he takes credit for?
He reminds me of the Child’s Play horror movie villain, “Chucky Ray,” the kid that couldn’t be killed. He just keeps on coming back to life trying to kill you with his hatchet, while Durbin tries to kill the economy with another spending bill.
Here’s a guy who never seen another persons dollar bill that didn’t need to be spent on an entitlement.
Durbin has been in Congress since 1982, he is the problem not the solution, so pawning him off as some kind of “voice of reason,” is a fallacy to say the least.
Joe Walsh on the other hand, is a neophyte compared to this band of thieves.
One of his proteges, Joe Wilson, called Obama a liar during a joint session of Congress in 2009, over lying about not covering illegal aliens in Obama’s bogus health care debacle.
This incident resulted in a formal rebuke by Wilson’s feckless House of Representatives, and a faint hearted apology from Wilson, showing acceptance to Obama’s lies. Maybe that’s the reason why he hasn’t stopped lying ever since?
Joe Walsh is a different breed, he’s a man of conviction who won’t be allowed to be bullied by the corrupt power in Washington D.C.
Of course he seeks media attention, how else can he sound the alarm about our corrupt Congress ripping off the tax payers, and continuing schemes of extortion. He surely can’t depend on Lynn Sweet of her ilk of propaganda artists who try to portray patriots as villains.
Ms. Sweet is the perfect example of the problem which permeates in the main stream media: Liberal prejudice. They are so hooked, like crack head junkies, with being aligned with Washington D.C. power that they think only one side deserves media attention … their side.
In a duo poly, such as ours, where both sides of Congress, along with a Socialist president, are all pushing the same retarded globalist agenda, guys like Joe Walsh are unique.
They threaten the established corrupt balance of power in Washington D.C. that’s the reason why the media is complicit with demonizing Tea Party members, as we are now witnessing with these bogus negotiations going on over the debt ceiling limit, where some party leaders want to surrender our liberty for greed.
I’ve got to laugh at Sweet’s “contrasting two Illinoisans.” Comparing Dick Durbin, a guy with a 98% liberal voting record to Joe Walsh, a patriot, is like comparing Beaver Cleaver to Lee Marvin.
Joe Walsh doesn’t expect to malinger around Washington for 29 years and watch the country disintegrate before his very eyes, making up lies to slough off the blame on somebody else.
There weren’t that many somebody else’s before Durbin’s time.
Joe Walsh should be the poster boy for every American ever seeking to hold public office. He did it on his own, with the help of the people who believe in him.
He speaks for them, not for Lynn Sweet, Barack Obama, or Durbins cronies in the corrupt Chicago Way machine, who are dismantling our country while most Congressmen stand mute and watch, in their urine soaked pants.
Walsh campaigned on the promise of taking our country back. He didn’t receive any support or funding from the Republican Party, but now the Republican leeches all want to ride on his coat tails to collect campaign contributions.
The irony in Sweet’s article is that unlike Dick Durbin, Joe Walsh is doing exactly what he claimed he would do if he got elected: Bring attention to our corrupt government, and attempt to reform it.
That is the reason why all of the Tea Party candidates were elected to public office … to get back control of this excessively, abusive, nanny state government.
The elections last November were the prerequisite for reforming the government, but how soon some of us forget.
The media will try to vilify the Tea party and guys such as Joe Walsh but they won’t prevail.
Walsh, and the Tea Party patriots are on a mission and they will succeed, because they are righteous, and stand with the full faith and credit of the American people, unlike Senator Dick Durbin, or Lynn Sweet.
We can plainly see that Senator Durbin is the consummate political liar, while Ms. Lynn Sweet remains confused.
Sweet needs to seek treatment either for dementia, or surgery to remove her head from her derriere so she can see what life is about from the outside anatomy of a biased, liberal parasite.
