When Barack Obama ordered U.S. forces to intervene in the uprisings in Libya I sent him a letter voicing my disapproval of his actions. Last week, to my surprise, I got a response from the White House. I am sure it was a form letter that Barack Obama did not sit down and pen it himself; nevertheless, I am sure it would never have been sent to me if the comments made in it did not have his seal of approval.
This letter attempted to convince me that it is in America’s best interest to stand up for human rights whenever, and wherever, they were being infringed upon. In fact this letter stated, “Our commitment to human rights is an essential element of American foreign policy and one of our best national security assets.”
But, in my letter to Mr. Obama, I provided him with a quote that should be read, and understood, by all Americans.

Did y’all see Diane Sawyer’s special report? They removed ALL items from a typical, middle class family’s home that were not made in the USA .
There was hardly anything left besides the kitchen sink. Literally. During the special they showed truckloads of items – USA made – being brought in to replace everything and talked about how to find these items and the difference in price etc..
It was interesting that Diane said if every American spent just $64 more than normal on USA made items this year, it would create something like 200,000 new jobs!

The Chicago Sun Times Washington D.C. bureau chief, Ms. Lynn Sweet, seems to be an affable person just like her former boss, Conrad Black … and I hope to tell him that after he gets released from prison … again!
I met Ms. Sweet awhile back during a Chicago Sun Times editorial board meeting where Reverend Anthony Williams, some members of his Black Coalition Against Illegal Immigration, and I, attended to discuss the deleterious impact illegal immigration was having on employment within the Black Community.
Ms. Sweet seemed cordial, but I could sense that she would rather be somewhere else.
According to Rasmussen, which keeps a daily approval ratings poll for the president, a meager 23% of the voters in this country strongly approve of the way Barack Obama is performing as president, while 42% strongly disapprove. The GOP is already licking its chops, hoping for a huge victory in 2012. The GOP, along with the independent voters, many of whom are gearing up for another Ron Paul run for office, all seem to have one goal in mind, get Barack Obama out of office before he can do any more damage to our country.

The most surprising thing about the current heat wave affecting much of the United States is that no global warming charlatan is claiming that it is the result of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. Since the late 1980s, Americans were assailed with the global warming hoax until, in November 2009, the release of emails between the trolls ginning up false “climate models” were exposed.
These days the term “climate change” is used as a substitute for “global warming”, but fewer of us are fooled by this. Al Gore is planning a last-ditch effort in September to revive the hoax, but that will fail.
