Things I never thought I would see in America – Part II
Do politicians take a test to assure they are stupid enough to believe that they have plenary (supreme) power over the people, or to assure they do not have the reading skill to read and understand the Constitution for the united States of America?
Do many of them obtain law degrees to assure they have no understanding of Law, or such phrases as the “supreme Law of the Land”, or the rule of law, or the proper application of statutes, ordinances, and the like?
Does being a member of the Bar cult assure they will act for the people over the State (meaning government) in all matters of controversy?
If not, then the fact is every politician – meaning every official – and their hired helpers – such as cops and the like – all commit treason knowingly, with full knowledge, and voluntarily. They do not have a “clean hand” amongst the whole of them.
Without a doubt in my mind, I doubt that any sheriff, the only elected police-type – can prove that he does not commit treason daily, particularly those that know the Law of the Land and go against it while they perform duties for the State rather than for the people.
Some may disagree, but disagreement does not make those that disagree right. Facts determine “rightness”, while repeating the same old lies taught the last four or five generations serve only liars and fools.
Here is the irrefutable fact that I never thought I would see ignored by the government AND by the people. The people are sovereign and not under government control, nor is private property, as private means, “not under government control. Period.
So, here is the question. Does the federal government have the authority to regulate use of, manufacture of, sell of, and trading of items within AND between the many states (the people) forming these united States of America. Or, have the corruptors and those they corrupted (100 percent to some degree) pulled the wool over the people’s eyes once again, violating the people’s trust, which is to say aided and abetted the enemies of America?
Special Note: When “state” is used, it means the people, as the state is not the government of the people that the people establish. After all, fictions are formless, and states are people that live in given geographic areas with like values, mores, beliefs, and related characteristics. Without people, the land is just that – land, the animals that live on it, and whatever grows on it and nothing more.
With that thought freshly in mind, let us look for a moment at the 10th Amendment, which as with all valid amendments, became part of the Constitution for the united States of America via Article V.
The 10th Amendment uses the phrase, “to the states, or the People.” Ah, heck, let us look at the whole Amendment. Here is the Amendment in its entirety:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution…”
This clause shows clearly that the Constitution must delegate powers, or the authority for such and such does not exist.
“…nor prohibited by it to the States.” Note: The use of “United States” does not in this Amendment mean the States as being part of the United States. They are, as far as the supreme Law of the Land is concerned, separate entities.
This is clearly seen by the fact that people that live in the District of Columbia do not have senators or representatives in Congress. In fact, they do not have any lawful vote, except within the District. Additionally, nor is it the 51st or any other state of the united States of America.
Furthermore, the separation is clearly seen in several Articles, and quite clearly in Article VI. The only power Congress has within the states is when United States privileged persons operate within the state, such as US created corporations and their “vessels” crossing the states or delivering within a state.
Note also that the Constitution FOR the united States of America – the proper title – can limit the authority of the States. However, “powers” that the Constitution does not prohibit are reserved to the States, or to the people.
Now, here is a matter of great importance if one wishes to understand freedom and the role of government. The term “States” is defined but not as many believe. The Amendment – and, hence, the Constitution – does NOT say, “are reserved to the State Governments…”. It says, “are reserved to the States respectively (all, or the many or the several), or to the people.”
Put simply, the States are the people making up specific states. The “comma” means that what follows in this context is the definition for the preceding term. Think. If they were different entities, it would read, “are reserved to the States respectively or to the people. In other words, one or the other, as in separate bodies politic.
Thus, power is not reserved to the governments of the many states but to the people that form the many states.
How can you verify this? Very simply. Freedom, you will recall, means, “not under government control.”
“Liberty”, you will recall, means the freedom to engage in all acts that do not interfere with another – the free exercise of all behaviors, whether enumerated or not (9th Amendment). In other words, “not under government control”.
“Private, you will recall, means, “not under government control”.
So, what is the purpose of government? I never thought I would see the day that our people believed anything other that what is stated clearly in the document establishing the united States of America – “The unanimous Declaration of Independence …”, which states:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, —“ (my emphasis)
If this simple language is not understood, government is instituted solely to protect our rights, not to govern us, but to govern officials and any of their lawful creations (persons) and prevent their interference in free exercise of our rights. Additionally, the governments’ power comes only from the people, and if the people did not grant such within the Constitution, it does not exist.
What brought this on are statements made by opponents of states (the people) determining what type of light bulbs we, the people, want and the lack of desire by many for the dangers of mercury contained in the pigtail fluorescent bulbs.
The opponents, or at least spokespersons, made the statement that, “Opponents say the health risks of the mercury are minimal. And they say the bill violates the constitutional clause that states the federal law is the “supreme law of the land.”
Good Lord, how stupid are the opponents? It is bad enough that they spread the lie that the risks of mercury are minimal, when the fact is the bulbs take special disposal processes and, if one drops and breaks, one is supposed to get out of the house and call the proper authorities to clean it up.
And, never mind the fact that fires have started from the bulbs, if reporting is correct and, of the two – government or the people – I believe the people, since it is clear that if government opens it mouth, it is lying.
But, the last statement, that federal law is the “supreme law of the land” made me so damned mad that the people saying that are lucky they were not near me, as I would have laid extreme verbal abuse on them and their ignorance. No, stupidity. No, stupidity and the willingness to commit treason, and I suspect the willingness to use domestic terrorism for those that do not go along.
Federal law is only supreme in the areas specified by the Constitution. It is the Constitution – and again note the proper word – FOR – the united States of America that is the supreme Law of the Land of the land we call America.
Good Lord, but are those in government so ungodly stupid and ignorant of the English language that they cannot understand this phrase taken directly from the Constitution, Article VI?????
“This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance there of; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary not with standing.”
The laws of the United States must be abeyance of “This Constitution”. Treaties must comply with the Constitution. It is the supreme Law of the Land, and the Judges in every state are bound by it. (Sorry, D.C. people. You are not one of the states so anything against you by a “judge” goes.)
Then, Article VI goes ahead to state this. Read it to the opponents.
“The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution.”
Okay, dummy officials, including state-created legal beagles. I do not know how to make this any simpler. You are under Oath or Affirmation to support the Constitution. And, yet, you people violate it daily. Please through facts show that you do not commit treason when you do so, that you are not advocating domestic terrorism to force compliance to your unconstitutional actions, including the lie that you have the authority to regulate items within the states and between the states.
If you knew anything about America, you would know that the people are free to trade with each other and travel across state lines without federal interference or regulation. What gall you have to say otherwise and how criminal you are for using force and other coercive measures against our, the American, people.
Never did I believe that the government housed in the District of Columbia, and the governments of the many states, and the lowly city and county governments that are nothing more than corporations, would make up millions of so-called “laws”, using them against the people. These actions effectively changed America from a prosperous land of the free to a huge failing plantation of servants to government, and additionally meet the definition of domestic terrorism.
It is becoming abundantly clear that either the truly dumb, or ignorant, or those willing to commit treason for their own gain, make up every body politic called “government”. Oops, and those that investigation would reveal their psychopathologies.
If any of you know the opponents to the people being the sovereignty and of the authority of the people controlling their manufacturing, etc. within and between the states, please tell them the truth, that they have no authority over the people or our trade or whatever.
Or, if you know those that believe the feds have plenary control over the land we call “America”, tell them they are full of bull hockey. Follow up and teach your kids and other family members the truth.
You can inform both groups that I believe every official in this land are traitors or just flat dumber than a box of rocks or both, as their traitorous acts increase daily, if not hourly, against the freedom our forefathers fought and died for.
And, for what do they destroy America? How about lust for power over other people and money, two of the greatest evils.

The Patriot Congressman warns of dictatorship in Washington!

WASHINGTON – June 1, 2011 – GOP Presidential candidate Rep. Ron Paul (R-Tex.) on Tuesday warned of “dictatorship in Washington D.C.” while on a campaign stop in Mason City, Iowa.
“We’re not on the verge of having a king, but we are on the verge of having way too much dictatorship in Washington, D.C.,” said Paul, comparing the U.S.’s current situation to a Biblical tale in which the ancient Israelites demanded, against their own good, that a king rule their land instead of God.
“Our rights come from our Creator, not our government,” added Paul according to the The Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier.
Paul, who announced last month that he will run for president for the third time, noted that he had recently observed a seismic shift in American politics.
“The mainstream is changing,” said Paul. “The mainstream wants balanced budgets, sound government and personal liberties – that is (now) mainstream. The shift is in our direction – obeying the Constitution for a change,” he added.
