Returning April 18th, 2011: Roger Sayles

Duiring the upcoming week on Life, Liberty & All That Jazz with Jeffrey Bennett, Setting yourself FREE and Exposing the Bastards with Special Guest, Roger Sayles, who will be returning as part of an ongoing series, instructing YOU – how to free yourself from the Bondage of a government gone astray.

At Republic Broadcasting and Republic Trading Group, we are aware of the fact that many of our readers count on the updated financial news headlines and stories, which we carry on this site each day, and will endeavor to return to full steam by Monday, April 18th.

On Monday evening’s, “Life, Liberty & All That Jazz,” we can expect the return of Roger Sayles, who will begin to respond to many of our listener’s question directly.

Want to be a BIG instrument in exposing these bastards? Our guest has the stake to drive into Satan’s heart, and it is a BIG one, as it totally terminates anyone from ALL, I mean ALL laws passed by Congress that are specifically written for “residents”, “U.S. persons” and/or “citizens of the U.S.” Everyone else has Natural, God Given Rights under the Constitution… There aren’t many with that access….

With a thirty year background of studying, combating and defeating the enemy, during the first program, Sayles will “touch” on getting out of the position of slavery that virtually everyone in the U.S. has “volunteered” into, due to trickery and deceit based on legal presumption. This portion of the program will establish a precedent for subsequent appearances on Life, Liberty & All That Jazz, where our guest will deal with that topic exclusively.

You’ll want to have paper and pencil/pen ready for the entire series of programs, as you’ll want to take extensive notes.

Supportive documentation as Study Guides:

Also, please feel free to send emails with your questions, while the program is airing live from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. (EDT) to:
jeff@federalobserver.com

Questions may not all be dealt with during the program, but may in fact be held over for subsequent appearances by our guest.

Limited commercial interruption.

The multi-part series can be heard exclusively on Republic Broadcasting Network (http://republicbroadcasting.org).

Don’t miss the program, and I’ll see YOU – on the air!

Crap. I got my dates wrong on the last post..
In addition, I found this – appears to be the first day w/Roger as guest.

  2. Don Q says:

Sayles mentions the infamous case of Brushaber http://supreme.justia.com/us/240/1/case.html from 1916.
He says this was the first SCOTUS 16th amendment case.
Sayles says that in that case Brushaber claimed he was a “non resident alien.”
Unfortunately, it appears that Sayles is incorrect. Neither the word “resident” nor “alien” are to be found in the text of this case.
Sayles mentions TD2314: Treasury decision http://www.givemeliberty.org/docs/taxresearchcd/TaxRegs/TD2313.pdf
but I think he meant to refer to TD2313.
Sayles says that McAdoo was the treasury secretary who wrote the TD. Can’t be. McAdoo only served until 1913.
In fact, Mr. Glass’s name is found in TD2313.
Sayles makes another mistake ? when he asserts that the first paragraph of TD2313 states that “Frank Brushhaber, a citizen of the state of New York, and a non resident alien ….” Unless the pdf above is a forgery, this statement is not true.
Now, a typed version of TD2313 can be found here: http://www.supremelaw.org/fedzone11/htm/append-c.htm
This url show McAdoo as the Secretary but still does NOT contain the phrase above.
uh oh … much contention about this TD decision …. http://www.losthorizons.com/tax/Misunderstandings/TD2313.htm
Larry Becraft has posted a scan of TD2313 as well. http://home.hiwaay.net/~becraft/TD2313.pdf
Larry specificaly states, “the rumor that Brushaber was a non-resident alien is just that: a rumor that has circulated for years. A student may read all the
published decisions in this case and find no reference to the citizenship status of Brushaber. That status is not even mentioned in the briefs…However, this absence of information about his citizenship status is really unimportant. Union Pac was sued regarding withholding of income tax, which via the 1913 applied to all.”

    • antistate says:

In my experience where I produced affidavit of my status, at no time did they state otherwise or challenge it. It is a presumption. I was able to view the prosecutors file, which is rare, it had name in all caps, US Citizen, and SSN on print out attached to front cover.

The point being just because it’s not in the text of the case doesn’t mean they are not relying on the presumption.

    Jeffry
I always find your shows interesting but you recent interviews with your guest Roger Sayles have been outstanding and informative and hopefully people will educate themselves with this knowledge and begin their own journey to freedom. I have recommended that all the folks I know that have looked at me like I’m a lunatic for the last twenty two years to listen to your interviews with Roger. The words he speaks are truth. It is the first steps of the journey that are most difficult, putting into action the knowledge, making one feel like we have a flashing light on our heads and we do. We must defend ourselves continually. Fear not.

    Thanks

Cool, it will be at a time when I am home from work.

  6. With the nature of the type of programming we offer, it is rare indeed that traditional radio stations will carry our fare – they are gutless.

You’ll find the program on the net at http://www.republicbroadcasting.org at 6:00 p.m. central time each Monday through Friday.

Thanks for your inquiry. I hope that you can tune in.
