Biesada: Collusion

So much for optimism this new year.

It only took the Republican’s about two months to breach their “Pledge to the People.”

A judge once admonished me in court, to keep my mouth shut after I had won the case, a good lesson for the Republican’s to learn also.

With the horrendous Republican victory last November, they didn’t have to participate in the great lame duck rip off which grew our deficit another 900 Billion Dollars. All they had to do was hold their ground on tax rates and vote on a temporary resolution to run the government until the new Congress is seated.

There was no need to compromise on any legislation, the people spoke on November 2nd, to protect their interest, not to jeopardize it by appeasing the enemy and creating more problems.

It is obvious to most patriots that the Republican Party had surreptitiously tried to infiltrate the Tea Party Movement, and use it’s victories to enhance it’s numbers.

Now, with this disgusting display of appeasement in the lame duck session, the Republican’s just sat mute and let their defiant Fabian twins, contemptuously pass unethical legislation, which should have been left for debate with the new Congress, not the sore losers.

It is apparent that the establishment Republican’s want to distance themselves from the peoples Tea Party members, as they yearn for business as usual.

Tennessee, Democratic Congressman, Steve Cohen, remarked on TV that he was confident that House Speaker, Weeping John Boehner, would reach out to the House Democrat’s, rather than reaching out to new Republican members to move things forward.

"I come ready!"

So, the battle lines have been drawn and it looks like the House Republican’s, and House Democrat’s against the Tea Party members who were sent there by the people to straighten things out.

The people are counting on the Tea Party members to reform our corrupt system as a last resort before a full blown revolution transpires, and the establishment politician’s will become the primary targets.

These establishment guys better learn how to either stand on principle, or resign and get out of town on the first fast mover.

American’s are getting tired over the lame games that these bandits have been playing for decades. Now it’s time to cease, or continue at your own peril … period!

The object here is to represent the people, not special interests, or appeasement to the provocateurs of globalism.

America hasn’t got that much time left to remain a free country as the Nanny State is trying to squeeze the life’s blood out of it’s citizens.

Our Congress has been infiltrated by Socialist’s who want to destroy our free market system, and transfer wealth to keep them in power.

Our rule of law has been circumvented and subjected to selective prosecution.

Chief Justice John Roberts, the guy responsible for mitigating away Texas states rights, with his pro bono work on Lawrence v. Texas, the Houston, sodomite case over unnatural sex acts, is blasting law makers on judicial nominations.

Robert’s claims the nomination, and confirmation, of federal judges has been a persistent problem. Statistics show that 10% of the 876 federal judgeships are vacant, but how can that be?

You would think that they were throwing work away by the lack of convictions, and dismissed cases. Most cases are getting tossed out before they go to trail.

The Justice Department threw out a dead bang case against the Black Panther Party for voter intimidation in Philadelphia, and it refuses to hear Discrimination cases against White plaintiffs.

There have been nearly two dozen cases brought before the bench over the eligibility of President Barack Obama, mostly all have been tossed out on questionable rulings by the courts.

The latest case, Lt. Colonel, Terrence Lakin, an active duty Army Officer who challenged the eligibility of the Commander In Chief, ended in an exhibition illustrating that we no longer act under the rule of law. We no longer subscribe to justice we yield to travesty.

The Judge in Colonel Lakin’s case, Colonel, Denise Lind, ordered that Lakin could not raise the question of Obama’s eligibility, or seek through discovery process, evidence or witnesses that would support him.

This conviction was assured before Colonel Lakin went to trial, he didn’t need a judge, so why is Roberts calling for the appointment of new judges when all of the cases are either thrown out, or pre judged … by ass holes.

Justice Roberts claims that the shortage of judges creates acute difficulties for some judicial districts. Sitting judges in those districts have been burdened with extraordinary case loads, Roberts whined.

Awe ! Poor babies … Maybe he should ship them all down to Houston for a little R&R, where they can bugger their case loads away!

Optimism in 2011? Everybody seems to be acting in collusion, same old-same old, we’ll just have to wait and see before we react in kind.

  1. freedom defender says:

Demon craps and repug pukes are the same ole trash . Since they own the system there is little hope for change. Kennedy said if peaceful revolution is denied violent revolution is inevitable. Those words are true . History proves it. The only thing left now is to wait for the spark that lights the flame. Hold on to the loved ones, we are in for an extended bumpy ride like we all have never seen.
