We are aware of the fact that the A C L U and the Trial Lawyers can “dish it out and ram it down our throats” in the name of free speech and Constitutional License. Let’s see if they “can gracefully take a force fed dose of “their own medicine” A K A our Free Speech Rights”. And let’s see if they can prove my allegations wrong in the minds of the fed up, traditional value “majority electorate” of America.

The title above is an “off the cuff”, “title descriptive analysis” defining both who and what I see the A C L U to be —, as well as the real motives of those who “own, operate, agitate, litigate and proliferate” under the protective, empowering and camouflaging umbrella of this cultural conflict commercial-izer. I consider the ACLU to be primarily a “Trial Lawyer created, cunningly camouflaged, conflict and lawsuit generating shill” for the profession –, and it’s “Cash Cow” –, the frivolous lawsuit industry.

It is self evident that many of you can come up with a much better , Letter based title logo “than my impulsive “off the cuff” title above. So I suggest that we start a contest for a better “logo title” using the letters
A C L U as I have done above. I do believe the first name in all title submissions should be “Attorney” because this Beast is a covert creation of the Trial Attorneys which exploits this Beast to “generate and proliferate litigation”.

That generates the necessity for the defendants to retain and “grease the palms” of one or more additional “defense attorneys” to respond to and spar with the A C L U attorneys at the “base rate” of $4.16 per minute—-, and UP –, per attorney –, “plus expenses”. If the suit is against a government institution or person -, the taxpayers are stuck with the bill –, which is always horrific. If the defendants are “private citizens” not one penny of those massive attorney fees are “tax deductible”. Have you started “smelling a lot of rats”?

I suggest that you scan the Report Cards on the “transparency, accountability and adequacy of attorney/judge discipline” in all 50 states. That should explain to you why complicit judges, ACLU plaintiff attorneys -, and their “defendant representing counterpart shill defense attorneys” –, are “getting away with it”!
