Cantor: Federal Judges Have no Cajones

28 USCS 453: Solemn Oath of Justices and Judges

Each justice or judge of the United States shall take the following oath
Or affirmation before performing the duties of his office:

“I, ________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as ________ under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.”

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, easily the most liberal court in the country as well as the one whose decisions are reversed more than any other court in the country, has decided that it is permissible for Eleven South American countries to file motions challenging Arizona’s Illegal Immigration bill as unconstitutional.

The most egregious part of this mess, is the fact that these bozo’s have a lifetime appointment, so I guess that pretty much lets them make up law and rule anyway they see fit with no fear of consequences of any kind.

The countries in question are:
Costa Rica, Venezuela, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, Mexico, Chile, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Paraguay, and El Salvador.

Since when can foreign countries sue us in OUR courts calling into question OUR laws?

To all of you morons from the fore-mentioned countries, you have a lot of nerve, before you start ragging on us about our laws and how we run our country, clean up your own country.

Your own immigration laws are a lot more draconian than ours, but that brings up a very interesting question. Why would anyone want to come to your country in the first place?

I don’t blame anyone for wanting to come to the greatest country on earth, but do it legally, as in; learn the language, make application and get in line and come in legally. Don’t come into my country as a criminal and expect that I am going to like it.

It is getting harder and harder for most Americans to stomach our own government allowing this crap to happen without doing anything about it.

Starting with Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Napolitano, and Eric Holder and their ilk, they should all be thrown out of office for abrogating their oath of office, as well as dereliction of their duties, and I still maintain Obama shouldn’t even be in office in the first place.

Two blind animals, a Bunny and a Snake meet in the woods. The Snake says “You are warm, have soft fur and a cotton tail, you must be a Bunny.” The Bunny checks out the Snake and says “You are cold, slimy and have no balls, you must be a lawyer or a Federal Judge.” hb
