Larry Klayman, founder of Freedom Watch and Judicial Watch, has expanded legal actions in the Elena Kagan Supreme Court scandal:

Klayman, retained by the nonpartisan Declaration Alliance, has filed a complaint against Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan for providing false and fraudulent information to the Supreme Court while she was an associate counsel in the Clinton White House, which resulted in the striking down of the total ban on partial birth abortions.

Nothing could be worse for an official entrusted with dispensing justice than what Elena Kagan has done, as it is not only unethical but criminal, resulting in the deaths of countless innocent unborn infants.

Life and Liberty PAC is mobilizing the political pressure on Congress to ACT against these crimes by calling immediately for congressional INVESTIGATION and IMPEACHMENT!

Predictably, although Mr. Klayman filed the complaint with the Supreme Court over a month ago to have Justice Kagan disbarred and the complaint referred to the federal Department of Justice for possible criminal prosecution, the Supreme Court, which now comprises her “cronies,” has not responded. This is typical of Washington and our political and legal elites today; they protect themselves above the interests of justice and the American people.

So to break the log jam, Mr. Klayman is moving to now file a complaint against all nine justices of the Supreme Court for their unethical, institutional failure to police their own, Justice Elena Kagan. Mr. Klayman, the only lawyer ever to have obtained a ruling that President Clinton — or any president — committed a crime, will now take on the entire Supreme Court as a matter of principle and on behalf of the American people, including the innocent unborn American infants who have been killed in the barbaric practice of partial birth abortion which was fraudulently advanced and perpetuated for a decade by the deceit of Justice Kagan.

We the people have been providentially provided legal recourse to address the criminal conduct of persons themselves entrusted to dispense justice. In the Supreme Court case of United States v. Williams, 504 U.S. 36 (1992), Justice Antonin Scalia, writing for the majority, confirmed that the American grand jury is neither part of the judicial, executive nor legislative branches of government, but instead belongs to the people. It is in effect a fourth branch of government “governed” and administered to directly by and on behalf of the American people, and its authority emanates from the Bill of Rights.

Thus, citizens have the unbridled right to empanel their own grand juries and present “True Bills” of indictment to a court, which is then required to commence a criminal proceeding. Our Founding Fathers presciently thereby created a “buffer” the people may rely upon for justice, when public officials, including judges, criminally violate the law.

“Justice Elena Kagan not only falsified evidence, thereby obstructing justice, but her fraud resulted in the barbaric deaths of unborn late term infants, in a heinous manner the American people had properly legislated as unlawful. She should be indicted and tried in a court of law for her crimes. As the Obama Justice Department certainly will not seek an indictment, so it is left to ordinary Americans to seek justice. And, if after an indictment is obtained, if the lower courts refuse to institute a criminal proceeding, then Freedom Watch and Declaration Alliance will appeal this case all the way to the same Supreme Court where Justice Kagan now sits. Pursuant to the Williams case we will, ironically, have the Supreme Court order – as it is required to do under its own case precedent – that the district court commence a criminal proceeding against one of its own,” stated Klayman.

Documents released by the Clinton White House archives show Kagan’s “willingness to manipulate medical science to fit the Democratic party’s political agenda on the hot-button issue of abortion.”

Stated Mary Lewis, chairwoman of the federal Life and Liberty PAC, “Kagan personally and individually was key, under Clinton, to keeping the barbaric and medically unjustifiable practice of so-called partial birth abortion in place. She did so by proposing a lie to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and then providing for it obfuscatory language and necessary political cover — which ACOG, in a complete reversal of the plain import of their initial findings, then incorporated into their final report.”

Lewis continued, “She then lied under oath during her SCOTUS confirmation hearings about what she had done, when asked by Sen. Hatch. This is criminal conspiracy; it is perjury. This kind of sleazy ‘depends on what the meaning of is, is’ lawyer-activism does not remotely reflect the level of integrity required for the grave responsibilities of lifetime appointment to the highest Court in the land. Our nation deserves better than to be steam-rollered in yet another episode of callous and dishonest Democrat partisanship.”

Dozens of pro-life organizations are already calling for a Senate investigation of Kagan’s 1997 alterations to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) expert report, which was then used by the Supreme Court as justification for overturning Nebraska’s partial-birth abortion ban in 2000.

These investigations need to occur in both Houses of Congress IMMEDIATELY, and the U.S.House should prepare now to assume authority under their aegis for Impeachment proceedings against Kagan.
