Florentz: Ground Zero Mosque
The idea of building a mosque at Ground Zero in New York is no longer new or obscure. Neither is the outrage. But should New Yorkers be prevented from erecting a monument to those they defend and admire? Hitlery Clinton, New Yorker, (or is it Arkansan or Chicago thug?), along with fellow terrorist sympathizer, Richard Gere took to the stage right after 9/11at Madison Square Garden to call for restraint and compassion for their Muslim companions. This was long before she had her public conniptions about her patriotism being questioned. Duh.
The liberals of New York, San Fransicko, and other city/cells have continued to champion the rights, aid, comfort, security and care of Muslim, communist, and illegal alien terrorist factions over those of Americans. If these liberals stand on the side of those who flew planes into their buildings then who are we, in other states, to deny them the privilege to display that? If they are more ideologically sympathetic with them than with those citizens who were annihilated and injured then let’s have them show it.
Totalitarianism is the religion of “progressives”. That encompasses the goals toward which they digress. And Islam is the religion of digression. So, who are we to deny them those things they worship? To do so would be to stoop to the level of their operatives who stole the Veterans Cross out of the Mojave Desert. Plus, erecting a mosque at Ground Zero would remind Americans everywhere that liberal northeast America is completely out of touch with Americans, our Founders and their principles. It will literally cement the fact that, like their Muslim brethren, liberals tolerate no religion that is not their own, and that they abhor freedom, democracy, our Constitution, and the liberties contained in our Bill of Rights.
PA, MD, and my native VA all have their Civil War Memorials. South Dakota has Mt. Rushmore. NC honors the Wright brothers and their flight with marked historical sites. Texas is loaded with monuments to Sam Houston, Davey Crockett and those who died defending the Alamo against invading Mexicans. We all have memorials to the heroes we look up to and admire. Maybe it’s time for the liberals to come out and declare their heroes. Perhaps it is time liberals stood up and declared their real intentions and allegiance. Let’s encourage them to openly declare and display that allegiance. Let’s have them, at long last, drop any subterfuge and pretense of loving our country, our flag, our traditions and what they stand for. Let’s just permit them to erect a monument to the cause that has inflicted more death and pain on American soil than any other. Let them declare the side on which they stand. And what a great reminder it would be to the rest of us that all of America’s enemies do not necessarily come from distant shores.
Yes, a mosque at Ground Zero is a painful thing to contemplate and would be even more painful to see. But maybe we need that. Maybe we need to be reminded that this could happen again. Maybe we need to realize that next time the Middle East may not be the only place erupting in joyous cheers at our anguish. Would it really surprise anyone to hear those exuberant cheers emanating from American’s sanctuary cities right on our own shores?

Since many of the Muslim believe that if he/she murders someone and loses their life in carrying out those murders, they will automatically go to heaven, BUT if they are contaminated with pig blood they go straight to Hell,
I think the ground that they want to build the Mosque on should be “anointed” with pig blood.
In desert dust one, the military was aware of their beliefs and many projectiles were properly anointed, so the Iranians who knew what was prepared for them surrendered by the thousands without firing a shot.
You know, I have to agree. It would be a good place to hold a Pig Roast. I’m sure they would welcome the participants with open loving arms. Lets bring plenty Beer and scantily clad women. What do you all think? hb FL. Pistol Packer!
