Let’s compare a few cases to see how democracy works.
A Cinco De Mayo protester was caught on camera carrying a sign that read: “Give us free healthcare, jobs – no taxes, house, food – you owe us America! We will shoot more police in Arizona until we are free!”
Was this protestor, undoubtedly an illegal alien arrested? Was he detained? Was he charged with any crime, state or federal?
No, on all counts. Yet the sign he carried did not “allege” a threat, it flat out made a threat, no question about it.
Here we have Ron Gochez, a teacher in the LA School District Santee High School, inciting insurrection in February 2007.
Has Gochez been arrested? Has he been deported? Has he been charged with insurrection and sedition?
No, on all counts. (It is noted that this incident happened under the Bush Administration.) How much did Gochez’s actions have to do with a riot at Santee High School in February 2007?
In this instance, we have the Atlanta illegal alien protest rally. At this rally, illegal alien advocates openly support and state that the goal of the illegal alien protests, in America, is to foment revolution to achieve communism.
Was anyone arrested at this rally? Was anyone charged with sedition? Was anyone charged with treason?
No, on all counts.
Now, let’s take another case; that of the Hutaree “militia”, commonly referred to as the “Hutaree Nine”, arrested in Michigan for sedition; more specifically “plotting to overthrow the government and plotting to use weapons of mass destruction.” Note that this is what federal prosecutors allege. A heavily redacted transcript of comments made by Hutaree members, supplied by the prosecution to US District Court Judge Victoria Roberts, disclose the following snippets of conversation, taken from the bulk of conversations recorded, upon which the feds based their charges:
David Stone: “Or, or better yet, we shoot one, from a distance, high-powered rifle, you sit back you take him out – you go, kapop! – You just shoot one. And then you just kind sit back, they’ll pack out a huntin’ [sic] for ya. Try to find out who you are, but they have this thing, that everybody has, and it’s called a funeral. Now for that funeral, you’ll have cops from every state of the country come where? To his funeral.
Why not just take care of the situation? Kabunk! Kabunk! [Sound effect]
I’m thinkin’ IEDs and you just blow the whole convoy up. Boom!
Kristopher Sickles: Sneak in their house, poison their milk.
David Stone: No, no, you set their house on fire and you have another team sitting back watching the local fire department try and come down the road and it’s just pop! Pop! Pop! Pop! As trucks go baba, ‘we’re over heating,’ Rrrr [sound effect]. ‘Hey, we’re not gonna make it to this fire.’
I mean, there’s a hundred and one scenarios you could use.”
(End of excerpts.) (Source)
The “[…]” indicates the portions of the recorded conversation between the snippets of conversation on which federal prosecutors based their charges.
This is what Judge Roberts wrote in her decision to release the defendants awaiting trial:
“Discussions about killing local law enforcement officers – and even discussions about killing members of the Judicial Branch of Government – do not translate to conspiracy to overthrow, or levy [war] against, the United States Government… “
She further observed that during the actual recording, “the Defendants laugh, make sounds, and appear to talk over one another. There is also a discussion of strippers.”
Now, that really sounds like a planning session to use weapons of mass destruction and overthrow the government, doesn’t it? Right? Between discussing strippers and who knows what else!
Sounds like a bunch of guys, with one too many under the belt, seeing if they can one-up each other in the stupid braggadocio department, kind of like the fish that keeps getting bigger each time the story is told.
By the way, in the search of their domiciles, nothing was found that would even remotely suggest they knew how to make improvised explosive devices (IEDs) or weapons of mass destruction! And none of them could be considered a marksman. So much for all that training the government alleged they had.
Judge Roberts further pointed out that the most “seditious” expression of intent, by the Hutaree’s, was when David Stone wrote a lengthy address “that speaks of reclaiming America” which, stated Roberts, does not equate to advocating the overthrow of the United States Government.
One former terrorism prosecutor likened the feds case against the Hutaree Nine as “prosecuting U.S. citizens for jibber-jabber.” In other words, the federal case against the Hutaree Nine is a put-up job …. concocted … contrived … full of hot air … dare I say b.s.?!
So, why were the Hutaree Nine targeted while the illegal alien with the sign threatening to kill police, Ron Gochez inciting insurrection, and Atlanta illegal alien protest organizers intent on inciting revolution were not?
Because AKA happens to agree with the illegal aliens. In fact, he saw fit, at the White House Correspondents Dinner, to crack wise about what has been occurring in Arizona. He obviously thinks what has been going on in Arizona is justified, and he obviously thinks the crimes committed against American citizens by illegal aliens in Arizona is to be laughed about, joked about … quite funny.
What, you don’t? You aren’t laughing? Imagine that!
Considering that the evidence points to AKA being an illegal alien, should we be surprised by his actions? Considering everything else he has done, both in the United States and abroad, to denigrate America, its people, and its culture, should we be surprised?
This past week, yet another tape surfaced in which Michelle Obama, at a fundraiser in Florida in 2007, told a crowd “… Barack Obama, a Kenyan, a black man …”. But that doesn’t mean anything, right? Must be just another Michelle “gaff”.
How sad it is that Congress and the Supreme Court has made such a laughing stock of America, world-wide; how sad that our elected representatives so disdain our Constitution and Bill of Rights, so disdain their oaths of office to protect and defend the Constitution and Bill of Rights; how sad that the Supreme Court has been bought like a bunch of whores on a street corner selling their services to the highest bidder!
What a sad day for America!
AKA’s comments at the White House Correspondents Dinner, regarding Arizona, should have brought boo’s and jeers. Instead, those present laughed on cue! Isn’t the zero in the White House just soooooooooo funnnnnnny!
What, you aren’t laughing yet? Where’s your sense of humor?
Amazing AKA didn’t see fit to crack wise about the floods in Nashville, Tennessee. After all, in his twisted mind, the people there undoubtedly deserved that for throwing their eleven electoral votes to McCain as did Arizona with its ten electoral votes. Coincidence that AKA has acted as he has toward both? Doubtful being the narcissist he is!
And while all the AKA ass-kissing lamestream media has jumped on the anti-Arizona bandwagon, expounding voraciously on how terrible SB 1070 is … blah, blah, blah … ad infinitum, ad nauseam – all on cue, of course – the truth is something quite different.
In the end, the last laugh is on AKA and the ass-kissing lamestream media who have done his bidding.
You see, Arizona SB 1070 codifies into state law federal law already on the books. That’s right, federal law already on the books!!!
So, if the law is already on the books, at the federal level, then why aren’t the feds enforcing it?
Good question. Ask your Senators and Representative that. And when they hem and haw, beat around the bush, and tell you, delicately, that you just don’t understand the situation, tell them, politely, that you intend to send them to the unemployment line.
So, had AKA been doing his job, would Arizona have felt it necessary to pass SB 1070?
No, they wouldn’t have had to because the federal government would have been doing its job, Rob Krentz would not have been murdered on his own land by Mexican drug cartel dope runners, and Mexican drug cartel dope trains would not be crossing the Arizona dessert, heavily guarded by drug cartel goons with heavy artillery, unimpeded by a Border Patrol that is outgunned, outnumbered and poorly situated to effectively respond!
What, you haven’t heard about that? Why not? You mean while the lamestream media was busy broadcasting the plight of the “poor, poor, poor, put-upon illegal aliens who just want to better themselves”, they forgot to tell you that part of the story?
Well, imagine that? Don’t suppose they have a reason for not telling you now, do you?
And when Arizona Governor Jan Brewer requested AKA’s assistance, in the days following Krentz’s murder, what was AKA’s response?
He said he would “monitor the situation.”
While Arizonians are being murdered, kidnapped, raped, sodomized and robbed at gun-point, while the Mexican drug cartels transport drugs across the border in heavily guarded convoys, AKA is “monitoring the situation.”
Isn’t that nice? Doesn’t it just give you a real thrill to know he’s “monitoring the situation”?
Oh, but AKA cares about the American people?
Surely, you jest!
Here you have the perfect example of why democracy does not work; and it falls back to the very astute words of James Madison, in Federalist #10, in speaking of democracy,
“A common passion or interest will, in almost every case, be felt by a majority of the whole; a communication and concert results from the form of Government itself; and there is nothing to check the inducements to sacrifice the weaker party, or an obnoxious individual. Hence it is, that such Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security, or the right of property; and have in general been as short in their lives, as they have been violent in their deaths.”
James Madison’s words speak to why the Hutaree Nine were targeted while the illegal aliens have been allowed to riot, protest and incite insurrection without fear of arrest.
The Hutaree militia are considered, by AKA and his Marxist minions, as “obnoxious individuals” to be eradicated at all cost. On the other hand, he holds a common interest and passion (in more ways than one) with the illegal alien third-world trash seeking to subvert and overthrow our Constitutional Republic. Thus it is that the Hutaree must be persecuted to send a clear message to all Americans that resistance to the Marxist agenda will not be tolerated, while the actions of the illegal aliens, even though truly seditious, are and will be ignored.
And to make it very clear, one does not need to agree with the ideology of the Hutaree Nine to realize that the ultimate goal of the persecution is the taking of rights under the Constitution and Bill of Rights, thus the taking of rights of every American; such was also the purpose of Waco and Ruby Ridge.
Thus it is that hate groups, like the Southern “Poverty” Law Center (SPLC), are quick to label anyone who believes in the Constitution and Bill of Rights, in freedom, liberty and justice as being “racist” and “bigoted”, and if a group, a “hate group”.
But like AKA, the SPLC sees nothing wrong with illegal aliens crossing the border and committing atrocities against Americans; and while quick to claim groups that believe in freedom, liberty and justice are prone to violence (which they aren’t), they turn a blind eye to rioting illegal aliens who overturn cars, destroy businesses and threaten law enforcement. After all, under democracy, the end justify the means and what is okay for some is not okay for others.
This is the exact same ideology AKA displayed when he stated that it was okay for Harry Reid to make a racist remark because he believes in “social justice“, a euphemism for “communism”. Democracy and communism walk hand in hand. The former USSR was a democracy.
And to make it very clear, democracy and rule of law are diametrically opposed. It is because of the type thing we are seeing that our Founding Fathers established our nation as a constitutional republic with rule of law. Under rule of law, the illegal aliens would have been expelled from this country long ago; Ron Gochez would find himself facing sedition charges, people advocating the overthrow of our government would find themselves in jail, and the Hutaree would not exist.
It is because of the transformation of America from rule of law to democracy that groups such as the Hutaree have sprung up.
And the more AKA and his Marxist minions push for the overthrow of our government, the more resistance there will be.
People like AKA are mentally unbalanced because no sane individual would advocate for his own enslavement.
Many AKA mouthpieces, across the United States, are calling for a boycott of Arizona.
The American people are fed up with the insanity coming from the mouths of the “democracy” crowd.
Those who boycott Arizona are quite apt to find themselves boycotted. The effect on the pocketbook could be quite devastating.
