Biesada: Arizona, Hey… won’t cha go my way?

Excerpt – Chicago Sun Times 5-7-10

Boycott Arizona to protest unjust assault on immigrants.

Let’s call the movement “Leaving Arizona.”

Major League Baseball, with large numbers of Hispanic players, is being pressured to move the 2011 All Star Game from Phoenix. Some teams including the Chicago White Sox, are being urged to move spring training from Arizona.

On Wednesday, the Phoenix Suns jersey read “Los Sons” to honor our Latino community.

If you are appalled by this law as we are, we urge you to rethink that golf trip to Scottsdale, or that condo rental in Tucson.

Blah, blah, blah.

We sympathize with Arizona on one point. Our immigration system is profoundly broken and needs a fix.

Can you believe this B.S? And we are supposed to be the United States of America … One Nation!

If this isn’t the most disgusting lie I’ve read in years, besides Dreams From My Father, I’m really ashamed of some American’s for attacking the good citizen’s of Arizona, and their common sense governor.

The Angry White Man and his Horse....

The Angry White Man and his Horse....

I urge everybody to boycott the Chicago Sun Times, the Phoenix Suns, and the Chicago White Sox, then support Arizona for restoring common sense to the rule of law.

The immigration laws are not broken, the contract between the government and the people is broken … and that’s going to be addressed on election day.

American citizens are under assault by a very punitive form of government which is hell bent on transfering our wealth over to their useful idiot base of supporters, while destroying our capitalistic system.

This new law, which has all of the usual suspect saboteurs, and foreign nationalist parasite organizations, all bent out of shape over, is nothing new, it’s old news.

It is merely a reflection of the federal law which is presently on the books. They are all constitutional laws, meaning that they are inviolable, so it is the federal authorities who have abrogated their responsibility, and are breaking the law.

Now of course we will hear the subversionists crying about racial profiling because they want to engage in lawlessness. The correct analysis should be, “criminal profiling”, for the high rate of criminality that the border trespassers bring into this country.

Phoenix has claimed the title of kidnap capital of the world with 316 kidnappings to date, I can’t imagine anybody wanting to go see the “Los Sons” play, in fear of being kidnapped by a peanut vendor.

The drug cartels murder rate in border towns has toppled 5000 lives, that’s a larger loss than our troops in the Middle East, while our politicians bury their heads in the sand, over lax national security at the border.

We hear the racist opportunists, such as Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton, and Luis Gutierrez, squealing about broken laws, when the fact of the matter is, that our immigration laws were never enforced. These clowns, and the main stream media omit the facts.

The law which states that all alien residents must carry their identification on their person at all times has been on the books since 1940.

Fools like Florida Republican Congressman, Connie Mack, show ignorance by ripping Arizona’s law as Gestapo tactics, because he is just pandering for Hispanic votes.

Only a moron would inflame the people by using insideous rhetoric showing that he is either an ignoramus, or he hasn’t read the law.

How would you like to have this feckless idiot representing your interest?

He is not fit to hold public office, and neither is our Commander In Chief, Barack Obama, who has shown that we went from the “Great Decider,” to the “Great Divider,” in just eighteen short months.

President Obama lies when he states that the immigration laws are broken, they haven’t been enforced, and he is in violation of his oath for not preserving the United States Constitution, by protecting this country from invasion.

Our laws have not been enforced since 1986 under the Simpson- Mazzoli, Immigration Reform and Control Act, which President Reagan granted amnesty to 2.7 million illegal aliens.

At that time Congress felt that 3 million illegal aliens presented an economic burden on the country, so they voted to give amnesty to nearly three million illegals with the provision that all illegal immigration would cease, using strong enforcement of the law as a deterrent.

Since that time, we have acquired possibly over 30 million illegal trespassers sucking out of the public trough, and Arizona had the gumption to say enough is enough!

Our pious acting President panders about broken laws, while he violates the United States Constitution on a daily basis.

I’m sure Congressman Barney Frank thinks that our sodomy laws are broken now that the Washington bureaucrats screwed up and cut these guys off of their health care program.

I’m sure that Congressman John Conyers, thinks that the bribery laws are broken, so that his wife Monica won’t go away to the joint for three years, for taking bribes as a Detroit public official.

I’m sure that Morris Dees, founder of the Southern Poverty Law Center, thinks that our pedophilia laws are broken too.

Dees, whose SPLC, has been used by the major media as an expert witness on terrorism, militia’s, and of the patriot movement, has been accused of being a deviant sexual predator, a degenerate, bi-sexual adulterer, and pedophile, according to his Alabama divorce appeal: Civ 2114.

All of this banter about broken laws is just what our egotistical commander in chief is yearning for, to stir up racial antimosity to keep society off balance as they take advantage of this economic crisis.

To a professional burglar, no greater benefit is to have an inside man set up the score.

When the Socialist’s awarded the Nobel Peace Prize to President Obama for doing virtually nothing, it was their surreptitious way of showing that he had their blessing to rip off America, and the Nobel Peace Prize was his license to steal. Now our Commander in Chief is the the Capo of all criminals around the world.

This is what the major media should be writing about … not Arizona’s necessary and essential right to self protection. The media should not be used as a propaganda tool to generate sympathy for illegal criminals, to the detriment of the law abiding.

The rule of law is essential to keeping an orderly society. Everybody opposed to Govenor Brewers Law; SB 1070, do not understand the problems the state of Arizona is facing in absence of the federal governments negligence to enforce the law… but we understand them, and their reptilian ways.

Let me be perfectly clear. Being of sound mind and body, I wouldn’t want anybody taking me out of context…If the federal government thinks that they can steal this country blind, and that transferring wealth is a form of poetic justice; then I have a poem for them, speaking as a citizen who has sworn an oath to protect my country from all enemies, both foreign, and domestic.

“If you motherfuckers think that you are going to infringe upon my rights … then you are going to have difficulty sleeping nights!”

Happy Mothers Day!

“sun” in spanish translates to “el sol” so the phoenix “los sons” put as much thought into the translation on their jerseys as they did in their knee-jerk reactionary and idiotic comments against the good people of arizona.

Our nation was not established to take on the cares and worries of the world. If the illegals have a problem in their country, it is their duty to fight for their rights IN THAT COUNTRY instead of entering our country in violation of EXISTING LAW. The global “struggle” you seem to think is so grand is about establishing world communism not freedom but to know that you also have to know what freedom really is.

Your “contention” is just that, your contention and does not equate to fact or reality.

And the next time an illegal wants to take up domicile in a house that is not his, I’ll send him your way. Please provide address. I’m sure you will gladly provide for him at your expense.

“All Men are created equal”! The founders had it right, when attempting to form a perfect union and they also knew that they were not there yet but knew we one day would get there. Lincoln moved us forward as did JFK and LBJ. This Nation was founded by men of many nations and backgrounds. It was founded on the principle that all men are created equal, and that the rights of every man are diminished when the rights of one man are threatened.

It is my contention that this AZ law is not constitutional and will fail when challenged (unless they keep adding more amendments), pretty funny for a perfect law, now why hitch your wagon to this dead white elephant? I do not understand. “See You In Court”.

  4. Benito,
I understand where you are coming from, however as you state, “…we are committed to a worldwide struggle to promote and protect the rights of all who wish to be free.”

What is wrong with fighting in one’s own country for that same freedom. Why do people (from many different countries, feel the need to just come to America and expect freedom? With freedom, comes a price – and one must earn it – LEGALLY!

By the way, who is the “We” in your statement?

  5. Benito says:

I hope that every American, regardless of where he lives, will stop and examine his conscience about this and other related incidents. This Nation was founded by men of many nations and backgrounds. It was founded on the principle that all men are created equal, and that the rights of every man are diminished when the rights of one man are threatened. All of us ought to have the right to be treated as he would wish to be treated, as one would wish his children to be treated, but this is not the case.

I know the proponents of this law say that the majority approves of this law, but the majority is not always right. Would women or non-whites have the vote if we listen to the majority of the day, would the non-whites have equal rights (and equal access to churches, restaurants, hotels, retail stores, schools, colleges and yes water fountains) if we listen to the majority of the day? We all know the answer, a resounding, NO!

Today we are committed to a worldwide struggle to promote and protect the rights of all who wish to be free. In a time of domestic crisis men of good will and generosity should be able to unite regardless of party or politics and do what is right, not what is just popular with the majority. Some men comprehend discrimination by never have experiencing it in their lives, but the majority will only understand after it happens to them.
