lets see YOUR papers

Illegal Illschmiegel….

Under the Constitution’s “supremacy clause,” the Constitution and federal law trump state law. Article 1 of the Constitution, which spells out Congress’ powers, specifically gives U.S. lawmakers authority to establish a “uniform Rule of Naturalization” and to regulate commerce with other nations.

however….

Biesada: Funny like a clown!

biesada_thumb_newI wake up each morning feeling as though I’ve just been mugged.

American’s across the country have lost confidence in our government.

We are living in dire straights, weakened by a manipulated, failed economy, a bogus war, a treacherous president who has de fanged our military might, appeased our enemies by apologizing around the globe for American intervention in failed nations, while our government acts as a Nanny State at home; restricting our freedom, limiting our liberty, prohibiting our guaranteed rights, and sticking it’s big nose into private business.

We can thank the Lord for the brevity of comedy for the temporary relief of pain … but come this November, our government is going to have Hell to pay.

REDUX: The Church of Morris Dees

How the Southern Poverty Law Center profits from intolerance

“This man [Morris Dees] works to gain the trust of young people by displaying the evils of admitted racist organizations that have a tiny number of adherents. Mr. Dees then proceeds to propagate the notion that conservative organizations – particularly those that are pro-gun or anti-government – pose the same dangers, and thus, must be impeded.”

out_past_thumbAh, tolerance. Who could be against something so virtuous? And who could object to the Southern Poverty Law Center, the Montgomery, Alabama-based group that recently sent out this heartwarming yet mildly terrifying appeal to raise money for its “Teaching Tolerance” program, which prepares educational kits for schoolteachers? Cofounded in 1971 by civil rights lawyer cum direct-marketing millionaire Morris Dees, a leading critic of “hate groups” and a man so beatific that he was the subject of a made-for-TV movie, the SPLC spent much of its early years defending prisoners who faced the death penalty and suing to desegregate all-white institutions like Alabama’s highway patrol. That was then.

Ewart: Are You On SPLC’s ‘Hit’ List?

ewart_blogThe Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) (a very, very, very left-leaning organization) has taken it upon itself to “point out” just who these right wing “patriot” groups really are and their definition of the word patriot is equivalent with sedition, or acting with intent to overthrow the government of the United States. If you just happen to be vocal about criticizing the government (or God Help you, Obama himself) and equate his and their policies to the acts of a tyrant, a dictator, or a socialist/Marxist, you are, no doubt, on the SPLC’s list, for all to see, even the Obama administration and all federal law enforcement agencies.

CNN and SPLC Attempt to Demonize, Blackball Patriots

eye_on_america_newThe Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and CNN have been busy demonizing “patriots” again. In December, CNN slammed the “patriot movement” and distorted FEMA camp evidence. The SPLC joined in the fun at the first of the year with their Spring 2010 Special Report publication. In March, the SPLC reported that patriot and militia groups are “surging in number” and also took aim at public broadcasting station KBDI for airing the documentary, Camp FEMA, during its Winter fund drive.

Hultberg: Saving America from Corporate-Statism

point_blank_blogAs America sinks deeper into the tyranny of bureaucratic corporatism via today’s incestuous relationship between Washington and Wall Street, it is inspiring to see thousands of Tea Parties spring up to express outrage. Unfortunately the “new deal” campaign approach still works as it has been malefically doing for over 70 years since FDR came to visit us. Every election season artful political pitchmen hit the hustings to call for “change” and “more prosperity for the people,” in which millions get swept up.

…but not in Arizona???

D.C. area jurisdictions begin immigration checks on inmates

steenkin_visas_thumbApril 22, 2010 – Eight law enforcement agencies in Virginia and Maryland have recently joined a sweeping federal program that aims to identify and deport illegal immigrants who commit serious crimes.

The agencies join about 150 other jurisdictions in 19 states as part of a program the Obama administration hopes will be in all 3,100 local jails nationwide by 2013.
