An activist is a person who feels strongly about a cause and who is also willing to dedicate time and energy towards advancing and realizing this cause.

This might be my own limited interpretation of what activism means. I was born and raised in a Gaza refugee camp where the daily struggles of the community included challenging military occupation while attempting to survive under the harshest of circumstances. Activism then involved civil disobedience, general strikes, confronting armed Israeli soldiers with stones and slingshots. But it also involved much more than that.

To promote bragging rights for how much good the stimulus money was doing for America, the Obama Administration set up a website called “Recovery.gov.” Recorded on the site were details by zip code and congressional district as to how much money was sent there and how many new jobs were created as a result. It was a great piece of public relations where news reporters and politicians could find and quote the latest “good news for the economy.”

However, there was one small problem. The Administration didn’t count on a group called New Mexico Watchdog, a project of the Rio Grande Foundation.

Yes, it is that time of the decade again. Beware, the 2010 Census Taker (CT) , now happening in your neighborhood, albeit a year early. And something new has been added. The CT is armed with a GPS unit to log the GPS coordinates for your front door. Why? This has all the earmarks of the USDA wanting to tag every animal in America with an RFID chip. What’s next? RFID chips for people? It sounds even more like gun registration, or Obama’s desire, under a National Health Care System, to put your medical records on the Internet. To the government, you are just a numbered idiot.

Democrat’s Healthcare Bill
“The longest suicide note in history” is not a phrase I came up with. I stole it from some talking head on TV. For the life of me, I cannot remember his name. But, whoever said it was “spot on!”

This week the Democratic Party is scheduled to commit suicide. Their intention to ram ObamaCare, a socialized medicine bill, down the collective throats of a highly P.O.ed America will finish them off for the remainder of 2010 and most likely return them to the wilderness whence they came. For the record, we’d like to say: “Good Riddance!”

NOTE: Although what you are about to read and view is several months old (September 2009), it goes without saying that more people around the nation are waking up to who this guy really is – and what he stands for – and it ain’t you, I, or the united States of America.

Watch it and weep – then get angry – then fire the son of a bitch! (Ed.)

I’ve come up with a new name for Obama.  You see, because he refuses to produce his actual birth certificate, aided and abetted in his refusal by Democrats and Republicans alike, I refuse to acknowledge him as President or Commander-in-Chief.  He may be the resident, but not president; he may be the Liar-in-Chief but not the Commander-In-Chief.

For a long time, I’ve referred to him as AKA, Also Known As, because of his many aliases.  Which one is really his name is questionable; the most likely is Barry Soetoro, given that he was adopted by his stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, who registered him at the Franciskus Assisi Primary School in Jakarta as Barry Soetoro, Indonesian citizen of Muslim faith. 

It’s one thing to have water filters, stored food, candles, flashlights, batteries, and the like stored up for emergencies and quiet another to know how to use them, repair them if they quit working, and to know what heretofore unthought-of of accessories you’ll need to get the most from your emergency gear when you need it. The only way to know for sure if you have over looked something critical is to put both you and your emergency equipment to the test. Are you up to taking the challenge?

Great way to spend our tax $ helping illegal aliens game the system.

These thirty (dirty????) Democratic Congressmen all voted for Obamacare the first time around. But Pelosi cannot count on their votes again as Obama tries to jam the bill through using reconciliation in the Senate. These members are all vulnerable and are frightened of the voter backlash their support for Obamacare has kindled.

The League of American voters is running ads in each of their districts to press them to vote no on Obamacare.
