I’ve come up with a new name for Obama.  You see, because he refuses to produce his actual birth certificate, aided and abetted in his refusal by Democrats and Republicans alike, I refuse to acknowledge him as President or Commander-in-Chief.  He may be the resident, but not president; he may be the Liar-in-Chief but not the Commander-In-Chief.

For a long time, I’ve referred to him as AKA, Also Known As, because of his many aliases.  Which one is really his name is questionable; the most likely is Barry Soetoro, given that he was adopted by his stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, who registered him at the Franciskus Assisi Primary School in Jakarta as Barry Soetoro, Indonesian citizen of Muslim faith.  Just who he is, seems to be a very large mystery, given all the lies he has told about his past, his time at Columbia, his religion, his travels, his birth documents, where he was born, etc; his sealing of all records that would, in any way, confirm his claim to the right to sit in the Oval Office and occupy the White House.

What we do know is his association with the likes of Frank Marshall Davis, Charles Ayres and Bernadine Dohrn, Tony Rezko, Jeremiah Wright, and other radical, left-wing communists, many of whom now adorn, or have adorned, his list of czars, like Carole Davis, John Holdren, Cass Sunstein, and Van Jones.  For a more complete list of AKA’s communist links, go to this website, scroll down the right column until you come to “The Obama Files.”  There are ninety-nine to date.

To listen to the resident of the Oval Office, however, one would not suspect his Marxist ideology.  Except for a few slip-ups, like telling Joe the Plumber that he wanted to redistribute wealth, he carefully conceals his real agenda from those who have no clue what a Marxist espouses.

He covers it up, just like a chameleon who hides from his enemies by fading to the color of his background.  Now calling the resident a chameleon certainly does have some interesting connotations which I shall leave to your imagination.  But I do believe that Chameleon fits him perfectly.  For writing purposes, however, I shall continue to use AKA — Also Known As — befitting a con artist with many names and faces, depending on whom he is trying to snow; the connotation of which I shall also leave to your imagination.

More evidence has surfaced, further bringing into question AKA’s eligibility beyond the obvious fact that dual citizens are not eligible to the office of president under Article II, Section I, Clause 5, United States Constitution, requiring the president be “natural-born” meaning two American parents and born on American soil.  By AKA’s own admission, his father was a British subject at the time of his birth, no matter whether he was born in Hawaii or elsewhere.

It seems that there is a decided discrepancy between AKA’s Selective Service registration and support documents and other Selective Service registrations and support documents, also from Hawaii in the same time period.  By all appearances, AKA’s selective service documents have been altered or forged bringing further into question when those documents were actually submitted, in 1980 or in 2008.

And there seems to be a decided discrepancy in the number attached to the Certification of Live Birth (COLB) AKA has been waving about as his birth certificate.  It seems the Nordyke twins were born at the same hospital that AKA now claims is the hospital of his birth, although Kapi’olani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital refuses to confirm that; interesting in itself.  The Nordyke twins were born on August 5, 1961; their birth accepted and filed on August 11, 1961; their certificate numbers:  151 61 10637 and 151 61 10638.  AKA claims he was born on August 4, 1961; his birth filed (accepted date unknown) on August 8, 1961; his certificate number:  151 1961 010641.  Comparing the number on the COLB to the numbers issued the Nordyke twins, it is obvious the numbers don’t jibe.  It is possible that in the difference between the Certification of Live Birth, which is not the original birth document but a computer generated document originating in 2001, and the original birth document, the certificate number was changed, changing the date from 61 to 1961 and adding a “zero” in front of the five digit original number.  This would make the number on the original AKA birth document (if it actually exists): 151 61 10641.  Although his birth was filed three days before the Nordyke twins, his certificate number is, consecutively, three numbers after the second Nordyke certificate?  DOH Hawaii claims birth documents are numbered sequentially, as received; that birth documents are not pre-numbered.

Evidence has surfaced that AKA’s birth name, if accurate, does not exist in the Hawaii birth index, in 1961, before or after.

The American people have a right to know that the man sitting in the Oval Office is a natural-born American citizen.  Beyond the fact of dual citizenship, making him ineligible, there are just too many “anomalies” surrounding the AKA birth documents to be explained away by mere “coincidence.”  The courts have refused to address the issue, that refusal not based on lack of merit, but rather on the claim that the American citizens, the very people to whom AKA is accountable, the very people for whom the U.S. Constitution was written, do not have standing to question AKA’s eligibility.  If the people do not have standing to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution; if the American people have no right to redress of grievance; then revolution becomes the only answer to the corruption that permeates Washington DC.

One of the questions consistently raised is why, if Hillary Clinton knew AKA wasn’t eligible, didn’t she expose it?  Good question.  One easily answered by the fact that Hillary Clinton is not her own person; just like AKA and McCain, she answers to people not evident to the American public; the same type people who decided Elliot Spitzer needed to be brought down to size when he attempted to expose the predatory lending practices of mortgage lenders.

Remember how Mitt Romney was leading McCain, then suddenly dropped out and threw his support to McCain?

While AKA was born a dual citizen, therefore ineligible to the office of president under Article II, Section I, Clause 5, John McCain was born of two Americans on Panamanian soil, which means he was not eligible either.  While argument has been made that the Panama Canal Zone was, essentially, American territory during the time the McCain’s were there, where McCain’s birth certificate says he was born, Colon, although within the territorial bounds, was not included in the territorial bounds, meaning he was born on Panamanian soil.

While Romney dropped out, it would have looked rather suspicious if Hillary Clinton had suddenly done the same; it had to be made to look like she lost in an honest fight to the finish.  Did Clinton have her marching orders?  Maybe the better question would be — does anyone, realistically speaking, think she didn’t?  Even power-hungry Hillary Clinton knows when to hold and when to fold.

That John McCain was born on Panamanian soil, therefore ineligible, also explains why the Republicans have refused to address AKA’s ineligibility.  Was it a fluke that McCain was nominated the Republican candidate?  Nothing, in politics, is a coincidence.

The 2008 presidential race is one of the most outrageous frauds ever foisted on the American people, in the same category as Pearl Harbor and 9/11.

News has surfaced recently that brings into further question AKA’s ethics, if “ethics” and “AKA” can be used in the same sentence or context with any credibility. It seems that a certain Democrat Congressman from Utah opposed the AKA Death Care Agenda.  Suddenly, however, AKA chose the good Congressman’s brother to sit as a judge on the federal court.  Bribe?  Considering what amounts to bribes for votes given congressmen in the healthcare bills, how can anyone possibly think otherwise?  The old “if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck …” analogy.

This would follow along with allegations of bribery made in two other instances.  In the first instance, Congressman Sestak (D-PA) was offered a job as Secretary of the Navy if he gave up his bid to run against incumbent Senator Arlen Specter.  In the second instance, Andrew Romanoff of Colorado was offered a job at USAID if he dropped his bid to take the seat of incumbent Senator Michael Bennett (D-CO).  That both individuals turned down the White House offers doesn’t mean a crime has not been committed; attempted bribery is a crime even if you are sitting in the Oval Office.

Of course, this all brings back the decidedly rank smell surrounding the whole Rod Blagojevich affair and AKA’s claim that he never associated with Blagojevich.  And I have a bridge to nowhere I’ll sell real cheap!  More of the culture of corruption about which the “good old boys”, Democrat and Republican alike, are doing nothing while the American people look on with disgust and disdain.

In the past two weeks, AKA has ramped up the rhetoric in pursuit of his quest to implement government-run health care.  It is very apparent, from his continual claim that he will cut Medicare by $500 billion to pay for insurance for all the never-do-wells who think someone owes them something, that AKA truly believes that the elderly should just have the good sense to die, leaving the money that would have been spent for their health care to pay for the healthcare of someone who sits on their butt with their hand stuck out.  This follows the Marxist ideology that the old, the sick, the infirm are not but useless eaters who should have the good sense to take “end of life” counseling seriously for the “common good.”

While couched in terms that cutting $500 billion from Medicare to pay for the health care of the never-do-wells can be accomplished without cutting service to the elderly, the TennCare experience makes it obvious that such is a pipe dream, if not an outright deliberate deception, beyond the fact that there has never been a government-run program that has been either efficient or cost-effective.

All of the following programs (date established), run by the federal government, all run on red ink:  Social Security (1935); the US Postal Service (1775); Medicare (1965); Medicaid (1965); Amtrak (1971); Freddie Mac (1970); and Fannie Mae (1938).

Then we have the War on Poverty (1964) which has expended billions resulting in greater poverty today than in 1964; the same is true of the War on Drugs (1970) and the War on Terror (2001).

The Department of Energy was established to cut dependence on foreign oil; we use more oil today than when the Department of Energy was established.  The Department of Education was established to improve education; education today is a hopeless quagmire of dumbed-down, behaviorally oriented, exit outcomes to which teachers are forced to teach and children are forced to demonstrate mastery, costing taxpayers trillions and resulting in dumbed-down, poorly-educated children.

And the American people think that somehow it will be different if the government runs health care?  Do you want to stake your life, or the life of your loved ones, on the past record of the U.S. Government?

I have a solution to the zeal of AKA to implement government-run healthcare:  those who want it will also pay for it just like happens with private enterprise insurance, to include every Senator and Representative who votes for it, also AKA and his family.  And when the cost becomes prohibitive, as it will, while care declines, as it will, that will not become the problem of those who chose more efficient, privately-run health care that focuses on patient health instead of cost containment.

Understand, however, that if done in this manner, all the never-do-wells who sit on their butts with their hands stuck out, wanting someone else to pay for their choices, at the same time enjoying the fruits of someone else’s labor, would be up in arms; that anyone should even entertain the notion that they should work to pay for their own!

I can’t speak for anyone else but I know I’m tired of the never-do-wells and those who enable them for their own purposes of attaining and sustaining control over others.  AKA is a classic example of an enabler who encourages reliance on government in exchange for power and control; being the good little Marxist that he is, all cloaked in the vestiges of “helping the poor.”

But that is not the premise on which our nation was built.  Our Founding Fathers deliberately established a limited form of government, bound by the constraints of the constitution, establishing equal opportunity; what the individual did with that was his choice; at the same time, his choices should not be allowed to adversely affect the livelihood of others.  In the words of Thomas Jefferson,

“I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.“

At the time of the founding of America, churches were there to help those truly in need.  Help was in the form of a hand-up, not a handout.

It’s long past time that the rotting stench of corruption that permeates the once hallowed halls of our government be rooted out and destroyed.  If that cannot be accomplished peaceably, then the only alternative left to the American people is that called for by the Declaration of Independence, in Congress, July 4, 1776,

“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”
