Chairman Obama to Speak to Students of America (K-12)
September 1, 2009 - In an unprecedented move, Chairman Mao – er – I mean – Obama, is going to speak to the children of America on September 8, 2009. The indoctrination begins!
I am told that this will mandatory viewing – even to include a “special” training and preparatory program to get the children ready.
What follows, includes a letter from the Education Secretary, Arne Duncan (my friend John in Minnesota, might wish to get his wife’s name changed now) in addition to the curriculum for both the Kindergarten through 6th, and a separate one for 7 through 12.

On Tuesday, Sept. 8, President Obama is going to deliver an address to all American students. Obama’s Department of Re-Education helpfully provides detailed instructions so that the teachers can help promote Dear Leader’s message.
Teachers can extend learning by having students:
Write letters to themselves about what they can do to help the president. These would be collected and redistributed at an appropriate later date by the teacher to make students accountable to their goals.
Not surprising they’ll be “redistributed.” I can’t help but be reminded of Michelle Obama’s chilling quote from the campaign trail, which has been placed on the poster below:
“Barack Obama will require you to work. He is going to demand that you shed your cynicism. That you put down your divisions. That you come out of your isolation, that you move out of your comfort zones. That you push yourselves to be better. And that you engage. Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual, uninvolved, uninformed.”

I have just signed my 21st executive order since becoming your National Father 8 months ago. The Department of Education is now to be called the Department of Re-Education. Your teachers will now hand out forms you are to use to report your birth parents if they do not agree with the Fundamental Change that is required to save you and the planet. Remember, you spend more time with your teachers than your birth parents so I also want you to call your teachers Mother and Father. They know what is best for you and the planet because I have told them.
We only want what is best for you. So, if your birth parents disagree, you need to teach them. And if they don’t listen, you must report them.

Barack Obama’s book, “The Audacity of Hope,” has a catchy title. It has an idea of bravery mixed confidently. You’ll find nothing Pollyanna regarding it. I may not support almost everything he tells, but he’s our president, as well as for me, he inspires belief. Which could do more for any region than any volume of backroom deals. Hope gives us energy, and energy sustains us through trying times. Boy, we’ve had them. I’m from West Texas, and I did not vote for Bush. When McCain ran against Obama, I used to be a citizen of Arizona, but I gave audacious hope a chance. The fight for progress and laying the foundations of prosperity is just not over. I have come across the quips of those that don’t believe Obama can make it. But step back a second. Would anyone have most of us fail in order to tarnish the star of an incumbent for whom they did not vote? Keeping our priorities straight, let’s work together with our president and build our future.

I am sorry that you are so disturbed by what you are reading, however if what Obama claims his intentions are would be true, I would be supportive, as the other readers of this publication would. As I stated to Chris below, Obama’s legacy has been of a different bent. Read and study his history, and one MUST come to another conclusion.
It would seem, that IF what Obama “says” is true, then the education of our children should be paramount (and with this I agree), but that it should be a partnership between parents, teachers and the child. If that is the case, why not give his speech in prime-time, while the family is together, and can discuss it afterwards? This would be the proper way to do things – but that has not been the Obama way. Not in Illinois! Not in the U.S. Senate, and certainly not in the White House.
I am disturbed that those of your belief, don’t seem to get it. As the Superintendent of the Scottsdale (Arizona) Elementary School District has said, “I won’t let the Governor nor Mayor come in this district without first clearing it with us. What gives him the right to dictate individuals school schedules or policies?”
On the other side of the coin, the Superintendent of the Tempe Arizona Elementary School District let it be known that no student will be allowed to opt-out of the speech. “It will be MANDATORY for each student to participate.” This seems to me to be somewhat heavy-handed – doesn’t it? I guess that this makes this school administrator a “good little soldier” for the Chairman.
By the way, when did Reagan speak to the school children of America?, because the leftist-leaning main-stream media (MSM) have been billing Mr. Obama’s speech to the kiddies as, “historical”, claiming that it’s never been done before.
This issue has exploded all over the nation – and for good reason. I am proud to have been a small part of waking a segment of America up. Once again, his intentions might be great – but his track record ain’t!
Leave my grandchildren alone, now, you can go back to sleep!
I can’t believe what I am reading. Here we have a President who wants to encourage our children to be the best that they can be and to make goals for themselves. I think it is a wonderful idea. Did anyone complain when Reagan addressed the school children?

I have been in this battle for the soul of this nation for over 60 years and have found that Jeff’s work to be all too accurate. He has the intestinal fortitude to say it before it happens. You have no idea how many hundreds of hours it takes to understand what from Hell is going on.

I am lodging a formal protest of the proposed Obama address to school children scheduled for September 8, 2009.
Apparently Obama, by the Department of Education, has issued supplemental curriculum material to schools across the United States in preparation for his address.
This action, on the part of Obama, is the use of government schools to propagandize a captive audience of innocent children without parental consent.
This is tantamount to the Hitler Youth.

The man’s record through the Illinois Senate, the U.S. Senate and now the Presidency – in addition to the words in his own books – speak for themselves. Obama is for change alright – but not the change, which you nor I can afford.
