July 11, 2009 – Do you truly believe the people running Government can do what they want once elected? The way their treachery is feared and talked about suggests such insanity. They pass a law, a statute or a presidential edict and it’s Oh my! Look what they just did! What are we to do? Where are we going to get the money for that? Then we all just grin and bear it, after all they are our elected leaders. No matter who’s doing the reporting, credence is given to this lie.

Do we elect them to follow party platforms or are they sworn to follow the Constitutional Contract? The truth is that they have no power to vote away anyone’s liberty or freedom. Those things are not in the scope of their contract. The primary government duty is to maintain justice and leave our unalienable rights alone. To go beyond their contractual duties is infidelity. Not everything lawful is legitimate and worthy of our obedience. There is a saying that ignorance of the law is no excuse but I say “ignorance in making law is no excuse”. We must stop our cowering submission to what has become blatant tyranny.

There is a remedy but I have very little faith in the patriotic movement. There’s lot of shame resistance and other groups concentrate in just one area accomplishing very little. Chances are slim to none that they would lay down their pet peeves and seek real solutions. As far as our elected people doing anything that would stop or even slow down the many cascading problems, well I have less than any hope in that happening. The truth be known, our Judicial Branch was designed to solve all problems. The Government can not indict or convict anyone directly. Grand juries are chosen to bring indictments from their own volition and petit juries are drawn to decide conviction or acquittal. Both are or at least should be every day people drawn from the jury pool of registered voters. You won’t find that being taught in the pubic schools.

Not being aware of their grand jury powers the people let corporate and governmental crimes go un-indicted. Most people are under what I call the Hypnosis of Happiness. It has been drummed into our heads “if it feels good do it” but more importantly is the implication; “if it doesn’t make us feel good don’t bother”. If people didn’t buy the lie and tended to their unpleasant duties corruptors would be indicted and indicted they should. Abuse of power could be kept in check if the people would lay down their illusionary happiness in favor of reason and do the “unpleasant” duty of justice.

Most all Federal, State, and Local governments are corrupt and ruling as illegitimate usurpers, well; I for one support them no longer. They violate the reasons for having a government. Shouldn’t they be for the promotion and protection of the commons wealth? Instead of protecting life, liberty, and faculty they have degenerated to the point of lusting after the fruits of the people’s labors. These so called leaders are doing away with the rule of common law that protects and promotes imbetterment for individuals participating within the system. While pandering to people’s covetousness they usurp authority not granted. Can’t you see they are making us slaves? Well no more for this guy, I have lost all respect for our “servants” and the corporations that control them.

Our leaders have become worse than the mafia and no one has an obligation to follow them to Hell.. They are in violation of contract; our Constitutions are agreements between the people, a body of individuals, and their elected servants. Boy that turning out to be a big bait and switch. Our servants have left their first estate lured by the lust for power and ill gotten gain. Without the people’s correction (indictments) they have degenerated to liars and thieves. Their craft is to make wrong appear right and using extreme animosity toward absolutes they continuingly denying right in favor of wrong.
To Whom It May Concern my contractual obligations to you have ended; I will seek no benefit from you or any of your agencies. I will no longer take part of any of the many Ponzi schemes past, present, or future that has been pimped for power. Any thing that I have contributed to your schemes I count as loss, it’s all been squandered. I am now a man without a country, a resident alien, no longer a state or federal person. I have not broken the law you have. Any of my labor that has been used by government in the guise of benefits, I forgive. You have no reason to fear me in this my emancipation proclamation I only pity you. You are deludingly playing God and sorry that position is filled. You have left the path of justice and if there is no repentance my fear for you is the certainty of judgment. You have violated God’s perfect Law that we agreed to live under. Not that I think you really care about His Laws but in your corruptions you even ignore your own codes and laws. Because life can not be lead in a vacuum my fealty is now solely to the Lord, King of kings. My advice to you is Psalms 2 and especially 2:12.

Until justice comes I will follow the true Leader and His Golden Rule promoting His will on earth as it is in Heaven. To be under your authority is to share in your crimes for you make the people criminals when they give your fealty. I accuse you of violations of the people’s trust, doing the bidding of special interests at the expense of the very people you claim to serve. It doesn’t matter the party the lying and stealing never skip a beat. Worst of all you have sold US into bondage by giving enemies of liberty the exclusive monopoly of making a money substitute out of nothing and charging interest on that illusion. The desire of State is that we and our posterity never get out from this economic slavery. The Fed has fraudulently swapped the wealth of the nation for debt.

I know that justice will come and my desire is grand jury indictments, in which you and your masters stand for your crimes. That may happen when the people realize that they have traded their God given liberty for a mess of putrefied potage. May you drink from the cup of trembling until the arrival of justice, Anathema Maranatha. With the power of Divine unalienable rights I end my voluntary association with crime, I am no longer under your authority, May Justice reign. Failure to respond to this Notice equals consent. Anyone wanting a Grand Jury Creed need only ask.
