May 10, 2009 - During the past 100 days, we have just witnessed the destruction of our Constitutional Republic being transformed into a Socialistic dictatorship, where the peoples right to redress grievances has been nullified by an out of control government.

Ecuador had a similar problem, but their people reconciled the difference when their government failed to act on it’s primary duty of protecting the people.

Last week in the city of Quinto, Ecuador, an angry mob dragged two suspected bank robbers from a police station and burned them to death, according to CBS News. com.

A police statement said that a crowd of about 800 people also set fire to the police station, injuring 18 officers.

Pedro Cruz, a resident of the coastal city of Valencia, where the burnings and lynching took place, stated to Teleamazonas TV, ” it was the only solution we had because everybody was getting robbed. We couldn’t even walk the streets.”

Well … everybody here in America is getting robbed too, by an out of control government … who’s going to hold these thieves accountable?

Liberal, conservative and centrist, they have failed us. They have lived on lies and lived by lies, for so long that they no longer know how to comprehend the truth, much less communicate it or – God forbid – act on it.

The over all untenable situation is summed up well by Chris Hedges: “America is devolving into a third world nation. And if we do not immediately halt our elite’s rapacious looting of public treasury we will be left with trillions in debts, which can never be repaid, and wide- spread human misery which we will be helpless to ameliorate. Our anemic democracy will be replaced with a robust national police state … Tens of millions of people, brutally controlled, will live in perpetual poverty.

This is the inevitable result of unchecked corporate capitalism. The stimulus and bail out plans are not about saving us. They are about saving them. We can resist … or become serfs.

The corporate state, and the political and intellectual class that served the corporate state, constructed a financial and political system based on illusions. Corporations engaged in pyramid lending that created fictitious assets.

These fictitious assets became collateral for more bank lending. The elite skimmed off hundreds of millions in bonuses, commissions, and salaries, from fictitious wealth.

Politicians, who dutifully served corporate interests rather than those of citizens, were showered with campaign contributions and given lucrative jobs when they left office.

The bullet to our head, inevitable if we do not change course, will be sudden. The elites, the ones with their Harvard Business School degrees and expensive vocabularies, will retreat into their sheltered enclaves of privilege and comfort. We will be left bereft and abandoned outside the gates.”

Well … maybe some people will be left bereft and abandoned outside the gates, others won’t.

Maybe we just might tear down those gates and get rid of the criminal actors that are trying to suppress our pursuit of happiness.

What ever happened to George Bush, Henry Paulson, Robert Rubin, Chris Dodd, and Barney Frank to name a few, these guys are bank robbers too!

They’ve extorted Billions of dollars out of the United States Treasury and they are walking around free on the streets, allowed to scheme up more plans to steal our hard earned tax dollars while preying on society and passing the globalist baton to Barack Obama for a clean sweep of our assets and sovereignty.

American’s are facing desperate times with the redistribution of wealth by design, going from the productive sector to the useless eater, useful idiot sector of our society. More and more of our citizens are losing their homes, and losing their jobs, while our elitist leaders are pondering the important question of which shirt they intend to wear to the polo match, breeding contempt by the people over their worthlessness.

It is only a natural reaction, like backing rabid  a dog into a corner, but our government wants us to think that “right wing extremists,” are out to cause mayhem as a diversion against their criminal negligence, and incompetence.

Last week Homeland Security Director, Janet Napolitano, put out another bogus Homeland Security Intelligence and Analysis report.

According to this false lexicon, all loyal American’s could be considered “extremists,” which makes the government look more guilty of extremist ideology than many of the groups referenced in this fictitious report.

The report cites the Militia Movement: A right wing extremist movement composed of groups or individuals who adhere to an anti Government ideology often incorporating various conspiracy theories.

Members oppose most federal and state laws and regulations and often conduct Para military training designed to resist perceived government interference in their activities or over throw the United States government through the use of violence.

According to our Declaration of Independence; when ever any form of government becomes destructive, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and institute new government, laying the foundation on such principles and organizing it’s power in such form, as to them, shall seem most likely to effect their safety, and happiness.

Apparently this Homeland Security Director needs to get her nose out of the bush and into a law book, to study about the Dick Act of 1902.

The Dick Act, also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill, HR 11654 invalidates all so called gun – control laws. It also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities.

The three classes HR 11654 provides for, are the Organized Militia, henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory, and District of Columbia, the Un – Organized Militia, and the Regular Army.

The militia encompasses every able bodied male between the ages of 18 and 45. All members of the un-organized militia have the absolute personal right, and Second Amendment Right to keep and bear arms of any type, as many as they can afford to buy.

The Dick Act of 1902 can not be repealed Janet, you ignorant sodomite. To do so would violate bills of attainder and ex post facto laws which would be yet another gross violation of the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights.

The president of the United States has no authority, without violating the constitution, to call the national Guard to serve outside of their state borders.

This is what should have gotten George Bush impeached, we still have time to impeach Obama … but than, our entire government is engaged in tyranny. We have to start thinking like Ecuadorians.

Oddly … probably by design, in a covert attempt to redeem her feeble rhetoric, about calling military veterans, extremists, which outraged the population in her last report, she cites Black Nationalism:

Black Nationalism: A term used by black separatists to promote the unification and separate identity of persons of Black or African descent who advocate the establishment of separate nations within the United States.

Well, this sounds like President Obama’s minister, Reverend Jeremiah Wright, of Chicago’s Trinity Church of Christ, where Barack and Michelle Obama sat for twenty years listening to the inflammatory racist rhetoric of this preacher who perpetuates the liberation of Africa, while he damns America.

Maybe Napolitano should chip Reverend Wright’s ass and monitor his every move?

Another fable in this report has to deal with Immigration Extremists.

A movement of groups or individuals who are vehemently opposed to illegal immigration, particularly along the U.S. border with Mexico, and who have been known to advocate or engage in criminal activity, and plot acts of violence and terrorism to advance their extremist goals.

They are highly critical of the U.S. governments response to illegal immigration and oppose programs that are designed to extend rights to illegal aliens, such as drivers licenses, or national identification cards, and providing in – state tuition, medical benefits, or public education.

Now this defy’s logic, illegal aliens are not entitled to tax payer benefits, so you have to wonder who composed this report ..,. Speedy Gonzalez?

These rights are a moot issue, they are un- constitutional and that is the reason why 82 % of the American people are against illegal immigration.

I’ve been a Minuteman since the beginning of the project, and I can not think of one incident where a Minuteman ever committed a crime, or an act of violence, any where, nation wide. We  have been victims nation wide.
 
The Chicago Minuteman Project went to court three times as victims of violent acts staged by parasites who shouldn’t be in this country to begin with, and they are still at large on our streets, so when Nappy talks about American criminals, she must be speaking about George Bush , who is an accomplice of Former Northern Texas District Attorney, Johnny Sutton, the guy who committed perjury and had two honest Border Patrol Agents locked up as an object lesson for other agents to look the other way when a shipment of illegal drugs comes over the border, into our country to find a home in some bastards political campaign fund.

Then again, Nappy could be speaking about Texas Congressman, Silvestre Reyes. Reyes a former Border Patrol Supervisor, is probably guilty of criminal acts, but he’s part of the problem, not the solution.

Reyes probably reaped huge illicit gains from his three children who were employed by the same defense contractors who furnished  faulty and incomplete electronic surveillance and security equipment to the Border Patrol technology system.

International Microwave Corporation and L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. I wonder how much tax payer funding they are going to steal from the stimulus package under the watchful eye of Reyes?

Shouldn’t this be considered some form of bank robbery too?

This latest Homeland Security Intelligence Analysis is a comic book farce. Just another lying scheme to save face from this administrations criminal intentions.

It’s the old “rope a dope trick” or the Reichstag Building ploy, where Hitler came into power after burning  the Reichstag building ( parliament ) and blaming it on the Communists. This gave the Nazis the excuse to suspend most rights and increase security, just like what is happening here now with Heir Napolitano and Obama’s Brown Shirted freaks.

People are getting wise to this deception taking place here in America, land of liberty.

That’s why Dave Rollins wrote this article in The Nationalist Times, to illustrate the frustration that the liberal Obama supporters now feel after 100 days of a dictatorship, unchecked.

They realize that they had been hoodwinked by the globalist’s who are pandering false doctrine about multi culturalism and political correctness, as cover for their scheme of Grand Larceny.

We want change alright, but we want it through the established political processes, not through a totalitarian dictatorship, and an over bearing police state with a circumferential, over reaching encroachment on our irrevocable rights, by an out of control government.

If this illegal federal encroachment and abuse continues unabated, and the people remain outraged over this lack of control, then look for precedents to be the gauge for a cure.

The precedent of the Ecuador model looks like the perfect tool as the remedy to purge these corrupt actors out of Washington D.C. and I suggest that we do it soon, before the price of fuel goes up through the roof again.
