One Angry Man

12_angy_men_08May 6, 2009The voter rolls are swelled up, due to the record-setting election season of 2008. Now, you too may be called upon to “serve” your country on a jury within the court systems of America. Whether it be for murder or fraud – this is one man’s response. What you are about to view will be offensive to some, understandable to others.

This was all very interesting, including the comments. But it seems that we have gone so far the wrong way that no matter what we do in a jury box, it will be pointless. The only box left is the one after the ballet box and the jury box. The time is coming. I think that folks will know what to do when the time comes. It is not yet. But it will come. The skyrocketing gun and ammo sales are proof that there are a fair number of people that don’t have their heads up their butts. And maybe there is hope that all is not lost.
For me, I would follow the path that the fellow in Montana followed. I have given up on our “justice” system. It is not woth the effort at this point. It is so corrupt, that they would never let me serve anyway.
Keep up the faith Jeff. I admire your effort into this website. Thank you.

Kim and Fizz are both correct on their opinions; however, we live in dangerous times. Like my husband said, “They don’t want me as a Juror in any case, I will immediately disqualify myself.” After we watched the Judge KILL Terri Schindler Schiavo several years ago, I lost respect and faith in our Judicial System. I saw the “Writing on the Wall.” Enjoy writing your comments on Jeff’s website, soon we won’t be able to do so……………

Don’t patronize me, Fizz. If Conservatives don’t do jury duty, who will counteract the liberal jurists in the courts?

I am neither young nor ignorant of my Country’s history.

We have to fight. We also have to run for positions in government at all levels and take our Country back!

  4. Fizz says:

I happen to agree with Jeff on the subject of the “Privilege” of serving on a JURY.
And the way our system was SET up (What I considered), a lawful, legal. FAIR way of having ones’ peers decide the outcome, after having the opportunity to hear both sides of a case.

These rules have been deliberately changed since I knew and served on a Jury..a few years back.

I thank Kim for her expressing her views on this subject for I realize she is young and has much to learn about her country and it’s history. I totaly agree that she should get actively involved in the workings of every part of this government that is changing before our very eyes.
Excellent idea Kim>>GET INVOLVED and God bless you for your enthusiasm..

I do not agree with the writer. I would serve and try to make a difference. We need to become more active with our court system and with our government. We have let the wolves watch the henhouse for too long. Get involved!
