Arms Control Treaty
April 19, 2009 – On this day, Patriot’s Day 2009, it is worth reaching back into the archives to see what “The Powers That Be” put to paper, nearly a dozen years ago (that’s ’12′ years for those who do not understand).
Given the fact, that just days ago, “The Apologizer” known as ‘AKA,’ ‘the Usurper,’ ‘The One,’ etc., etc., was in Mexico City, meeting with his counterparts there, and putting a show regarding the trade of illicit weapons by Drug Cartels – it made me wonder, “Aren’t there already laws on the books to deal with these very issues?” But of course there are, but…. What is the REAL agenda??? And who better to sell this line of reasoning once again, but one Barack Hussein Obama?

Many countries have disarmed their people using many different excuses including public safety only to murder millions of them afterwards. Let’s take a look at some quotes from a few of them shall we:
“This year will go down in history. For the first time, a civilized nation has FULL GUN REGISTRATION! Our streets will be safer, our police more efficient, and the world will follow our lead into the future!” by Hitler ,1935 (HITLER WHO WAS A SOCIALIST HIMSELF!)
How many innocent people did Hitler kill after disarming them first?
“Governments begins at the end of the gun barrel.” -Chairman Mao
How many innocent people did Moa kill after taking the guns away from his people?
“One man with a gun can control 100 without one. …Make mass searches and hold executions for found arms.” – V.I.Lenin
Do you think Lenin kept his people secure in the Union of Soviet SOCIALIST Republics?
“If the opposition disarms, well and good. If it refuses to disarm, we shall disarm it ourselves.” – Joseph Stalin
Do you think Russian had low murder rates from gun crime before Stalin started his massacres? How safe were those unarmed people?
“We are taking the law and bending it as far as we can to capture a whole new class of guns.” – Jose Carada, (White House official who specializes in gun control policy), The Los Angeles Times
Did you know that G. W. Bush’s family financially supported Hitler/Germany before during and after WW2? Do you think he cares about you or me?
“We can’t be so fixated on our desire to preserve the rights of ordinary Americans…” Bill Clinton (USA Today, 11 March 1993, page 2A)
Did you know Clinton and the G H W Bush ran drugs out of Arkansas where they killed some children who discovered what they were doing? Have you studied the Clinton Administration and the murders of Vince Foster, Ron Brown, etc. who got in his way. Maybe you should read the Georgia Guidestones article as well. Bill Clinton’s handlers have stated their plan to kill 90 % of the world’s population they call useless eaters. Does that include you and your family?
Now, do you think you would feel safer knowing you have trusted people like these with all of the arms? What will you do if they come to take you away with all of their guns to a prison camp after they disarmed you? Will you beg them to spare your life? Good luck selling that to them!
P.S. Don’t worry! They will probably just give you a mandatory poisonous flu shot in the end anyway. In this day and age, it will be much easier for them to do it that way. The brainwashed people will line up for the shots because the government told them it was mandatory. Just remember, an armed society is a polite society. If you read the book “More Guns Less Crime” you will see that the areas of the country with the least amount of Gun Control are actually safer than those with the most gun control. Think about it!
I would just like to make one point here, because I hear people like Alex Jones giving this treaty propaganda legitimacy. The point is that NO TREATY CAN SUPERSEDE THE CONSTITUTION AND THAT DOCUMENT INCLUDES THE 2ND AMENDMENT. Article 6 section 2 says that all treaties are made UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE UNITED STATES. And what is the law definition of authority? Here you go:
Permission.Right to exercise powers; to implement and enforce laws; to exact obedience; TO COMMAND; TO JUDGE. CONTROL OVER; JURISDICTION. OFTEN SYNONYMOUS WITH POWER. THE POWER DELEGATED BY A PRINCIPLE TO HIS AGENT. The LAWFUL delegation of power by one person to another. Power of agent to affect legal relations of principal by ACTS DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH PRINCIPAL’S MANIFESTATIONS OF CONSENT OF AGENT. See Restatement, Second, Agency 7.
REFERS TO THE PRECEDENTIAL VALUE TO BE ACCORDED AN OPINION OF A JUDICAL OR ADMINISTRATIVE BODY. A COURT’S OPINION IS BINDING AUTHORITY ON OTHER COURTS DIRECTLY BELOW IT IN THE JUDICAL HIERARCHY. …. See Stare Decisis. …
This is an excerpt from the Black’s Law Dictionary definition (Go check out for yourself.)
So you see, no treaty that violates the Constitution shall stand because ALL LAWS of the United States have to be made in pursuance thereof the federal Constitution and the United States has JURISDICTION, CONTROL OVER ALL TREATIES. And yes, treaties are laws by definition as well:
(…A treaty is not only a law, but also a contract between two or more nations and must, if possible, be construed as to give full force and effect to all of its parts. United States v. Reid, C.C.A.Or., 73 F. 2d 153,155. …)
That defines a treaty as a type of law of the United States and ALL OF THOSE LAWS HAVE TO BE CONSTITUTIONAL. That means that any treaty that violates the Constitution is NULL AND VOID. Now, isn’t the 2nd Amendment part of that Constitution? YES, IT IS! So, can a treaty violate the 2nd Amendment? NO!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. By the way, treaties don’t even hold much weight in the long run anyway. What do I mean? Well, Thomas Jefferson, for example, just got rid of a couple of treaties that he felt were no longer needed while he was President without having to deal with Congress or the Judiciary. He couldn’t have done that with the Bill of Rights or any other statement in the Constitution. Imagine that?!!! To understand why, you should research the power of treaties a little more.
