Ewart: Verily I Say Unto You, Rise Up Americans!

ewart_blogJanuary 27, 2009Where is it written that Americans, who have been granted life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness by their Creator, at great cost, have to accept anything less?  Why must we accept slavery in place of liberty?  Why should we accept mediocrity in place of achievement and excellence.  Why must we accept debauchery and corruption in place of morality?

Why must we accept our sovereignty being blurred by the one-world-order and centralized control of world power by the moneyed elite?   Why is it we should allow millions of illegal aliens to flood into our country, take advantage of our government-mandated generosity and exclude legal Americans from available employment? How can we just sit there and do nothing when radical environmental laws eradicate what is left of our property rights?   Since the time of the Magna Carta in 1215 and later in the writings of John Locke, it has been known that without property rights, no other rights are possible.

By what right or authority does government have, to use our tax money, that is taken from us at the point of a gun, to reward failure, penalize success and choose winners and losers, that only the free markets should be able to do in a free society?  Under what law does the non-producer have a right to the fruits and labors of the producer, except by the voluntary generosity of that producer?

Wherein is the authority for the 535 politicians and justices that have federal power over this country and its people, to trash the very foundation of the people’s freedoms in the Supreme Law of the Land, our cherished constitution?  How is it we have allowed them such free rein that they now think they possess plenary power to do whatever they deem appropriate, or to placate or buy off a particular group or constituent for favors granted or received?

From the birth of this great land, it was written in our first defining document, the Declaration of Independence: “That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

Have we lost so much of our courage, are we so comfortable in our lives and possessions, that we no longer will defend these words?  Has the idea of freedom been so blurred over time that we no longer recognize what freedom really is?  And because we can no longer define it, will we no longer defend it?

Nay!  Verily, verily I say unto you, rise up Americans as did our forefathers and those that led them.  Rise up in anger and commitment to right the wrongs and grievances that have been thrust upon us by a government that has lost all allegiance to our founding principles of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, that is the irrevocable gift of our creator.  Every day, in perpetuity, we must prove to government, at every level, and others, that we will vehemently defend that gift.  Because unless we do, government will do whatever it pleases, and it is.

But we are not asking you to rise up in violence against individual men, politicians and our government institutions.  We are asking you to rise up in unison by using the mechanisms of the very freedom that was granted to us in our constitutions and that was paid for by the blood and treasure of millions of souls who have given their lives in the defense of that freedom.  We are asking you to avail yourselves of the right of the “consent of the governed” and make it known to your representatives of your consent when they get it right, or non-consent when they stray from the path of the Supreme Law.  We are asking you to use the courts to undo laws that are blatantly in violation of the constitution.  This cannot be a token effort.  It will only work with a maximum effort.

Our constitution and its rights and liberties it promises, is not dead.  There are still men of good will in our institutions that will do the right thing, when enough of us explain it to them.  But they have been seduced and taken in by the propagandized siren song of socialism, radical environmentalism, internationalism and centralized control as being the ultimate fairness for all people.  When in fact the ultimate fairness for all people is freedom, liberty and the unalienable, irrevocable right to own property, no matter what country we live in.

America is a Constitutional Republic, not a Democracy no matter how many times you hear otherwise.  A Republic is government by the rule of law.  The foundation of that law in America is our Constitution and it is the Supreme Law.  A Democracy is government by the rule of the majority, or the mob.  Whatever the majority decides to be acceptable, becomes the law no matter how the minority may complain, or how many rights the law may trample.  The unalienable rights contained in our constitution are the antithesis of a Democracy and cannot exist thereunder.

Again I say, rise up Americans in peaceful revolution to restore our Republic to its original promise and glory.  Rise up in defense of freedom and liberty.  Rise up before our Constitutional Republic morphs into a Democracy (socialism and mob rule) and then finally a Fascist state.  We are dangerously close.

You may say it can’t happen in America, but our long human history has proven otherwise.  As proof of a rise to fascism, I urge you to read the letter to Adolph Hitler, from a Father Ingbert Naab, dated March 20, 1932.  The parallels to the events of the last 80 to 100 years, but more so today, is very troubling, if not devastatingly alarming.  You can find Father Naab’s letter on the Federal Observer.

The fate of American freedom and sovereignty is in the hands of freedom-loving Americans.  What they do or don’t do, will determine whether our children and grandchildren will dwell in a land of liberty, or become but serfs in the land of an Absolute Democrat Monarchy.  Rise up Americans, or all future generations will suffer the consequences of your inaction.

  1. You must know by now, your writing goes to the nitty-gritty of the topic. Your lucidity leaves me wanting to know more. Just so you know, i will immediately grab your feed to keep up to date with your blog. Saying thanks is simply my little way of saying what a masterpiece for a grand resource.     the person who owns and writes on this website will most liklely soon be facing hate crime charges once the new bill passes congress. like it or not, govt does rule with a gun. as for free speech try calling a cop a name and see how fast you get locked up. america is collapsing because the evil among us have outgrown those who abide by the law and common sense. rising up with your vote will have no effect because most of those who vote, college aged and aliens, will continue to vote for the party that gives away the most goodies. the only real group who understands the true signifigance of what is happening around them are the christians, and they won’t last long. once the dems cement their rule with the 2010 elections, gun rights and freedom of speech will be things of the past. already, the obama clique is busily organizing their very own gestapo. this organization, called americorps, will soon have more than 300,000 teenage and college age black and hispnic youths, ready to go into the streets to break up protests and top attack the homes of any critical of obama. remember the crowds protesting in front of the homes of the bank presidents at the beginining of the bailout fiasco, many of these were drawn from this organization AND FROM ANOTHER DANGEROUS GROUP, ACORN. these groups are populated with those who think communism, radical islam, and violence against the white man are good things. indeed, a close examination shows both groups employ the highest percentages of ex-felons of any comapany or group in the nation. like the nazis, they are drawing from the street gangs as these people have the greatest ability for breaking heads when needed. so far they have been generally laid back. this will change if the dems win big in 2010. the gloves come off and many on the right who now speal out will be busy running for their lives. the problem with conservatives versus those on the left is that the left is quite used to the pack mentality. conservatives are more individualistic, which is great for coming up with ideas but very unsafe when faced with angry attack. the govt backs the efforts of these criminal gangs because they allow the govt to keep its hands clean. here is a perfect example. the shooter of the national holocaust event was a dedicated leftist. most people fail to realize that the nazis were left wing, hence the name national socialist. what made the nazis such bitter enemies was the fact both were fighting for the same pool of supporters. listen to the rants of your average college professor then listen to the speeches of goebbels and hitler. notice the similarity. talk is nice but the time for debate is over. the left has no desire to debate and will defnd their takeover with force of arms. sooner or later the american people will have to awaken to that fact. the only question is will it be too late?

    I think it’s time to seriously start discussing secession. The people in congress are so entrenched that removing them from office by voting is impossible.
    When you consider that our own revolution was fought by only 3 percent of the population, you realize the futility to create change at the ballot box.

    The choice of armed revolt is just not feasible without exhausting all other avenues.

    This leaves me to believe that secession is probably the best way to effect change. Secession is laid out right in our Declaration of Independence. Why not once again use the tools our forefathers used to secede from British rule? Of course secession is not without risks as our civil war shows. But if states begin to secede from the union and the federal government uses force to stop them, then the states are exercising another right given us by our creator, the right to self defense.
    With no one to govern eventually the federal government would just fade away over time.
