Making Your Debt Disappear

Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. (Rom 13:8)

guest_thumb_1January 17, 2009 - Economies around the world are crumbling before our eyes. People’s IRA, 401K, and other retirement accounts have lost 30 to 40% of their value of a few months ago. Home values continue to plummet with no end in sight while foreclosure rates are at a record high, leaving many people homeless. Additionally, many companies are falling by the wayside, some were thought to be American institutions and we thought they would always be around and could be counted on. The companies who have not yet closed up shop, are desperately trying to survive these times by laying off their once valued employees. City, county, and state governments are not fairing any better. Cutbacks, layoffs, and an unending array of proposed tax increases continue to take place across the nation. What the world is witnessing are the effects of people and whole nations which have lived their lives on perpetual debit, rather than a healthier pay as you go monetary policy.  How are you fairing? Are you still holding toxic debit? Are you continuing to add to your toxic debt load? If you think you are debit free and in control of the debt in your life, you are likely to be surprised, in fact, you may not be as well off as you think you are.

Our most precious asset is possession of a strong and healthy body. Having that is more precious than all of the gold, sliver, and gems in the world. It is the productive work that a strong and healthy body can do that makes it capable of producing the things which contribute to the real economy and brings prosperity to all. However, if  the body becomes weakened, sick, diseased, or otherwise compromised,  it no longer is capable of productive labor and becomes a burden to both its self and to the society it is a part of. A primary reason our bodies become weak and sickly, long before they should, is because we force them to run up huge debts and rather than paying down that debt, we add more each and every day. And just as the horrors we see around us daily in the financial markets of the world, we have done the same thing to our bodies. The problems in the world’s financial markets and the weakness, disease, and illness of our bodies are crying out with the same plea  … ‘Stop loading me up with more debt, pay off the debt you already owe, and let me once again have harmony and balance.

Few of us realize that our bodies are economies and that its economy is ruled by its monetary constitutional laws just as the American constitutionally mandated monetary policies were to govern our nation. America’s constitution mandated its money to be backed by gold and silver. In our body, its constitution calls for its unit of monetary exchange to be backed by oxygen. Just as the supply of gold, that was to back the American dollar was limited by the amount of gold held by the nation, so to is the amount of oxygen the body can have at any period of time limited. And, just as the constitutional monetary law of America has provisions for debt creation to meet an unforeseen emergencies; so to the body has mechanisms whereby debt can be created to meet emergencies which may come upon it.

Here’s an example how the debt part of your bodies monetary system works. It’s one we are all familiar with, but probably haven’t thought about in these terms before. You have decided that you have been too sedentary and you decide to take up running for exercise. The self appointed day arrives and you set out on your first two mile run. Without acclimating yourself you call upon your body to perform in ways it is not accustomed to. You call upon it to do some serious heavy duty work over a short time period. If your muscles are to pump out this extra work being called upon them to do, they will need more raw materials than usual. Thus the transportation systems of your body must increase their flow of vital nutrients produced by the various organs and tissues throughout the body. Remember that oxygen is the means of exchange between every cell, tissue, and organ in the body. As every tissue and organ of your body is called to a higher level of industrial output, and more and more economic exchanges are taking place you begin breathing deeper and faster bring in more oxygen into your system in an attempt to maintain a balance between the demand of production and the available monetary availability. Continuing to run after this point is reached, will force your body to create debt instruments, taking out loans against the future. The body creates an oxygen substitute which act as temporary payment of services rendered to all the organs and cells of the body. This allows production to continue for a limited time without full backing of its money by the oxygen. You made it! Your first two mile run and you think to yourself, ‘That wasn’t so bad, I’m going to do this again tomorrow.’ With a sense of anticipation for tomorrows run, you shut your eyes for the night and fall to sleep.

With the dawn of the new day, you awaken only do discover that you can hardly move any part of your body. Every part of your body either aches or is in various degrees of pain. You think to yourself, ‘If running causes this, that’s the end of it for me!’ Why do you find yourself in so much soreness and pain? When you continued to run past your bodies ability to pay the bill as you go for all the increased production you demanded, it switched from an aerobic oxygen based pay as you go economic system to an anaerobic fiat debt based monetary system in order to meet the demands being placed on it. When we operated on a debt based economy, toxic byproducts, such as lactic acid, are produced and they poison the muscles and surrounding tissues. It’s the accumulation of these toxic byproducts that is responsible for the pain, stiffness, and suffering felt afterward. The greater the following discomfort, the greater was the debt we had run up. The accrued debt must now be paid by the body. It uses more of the newly breathed oxygen to mobilize the body into production and transport of all the raw materials needed to neutralize and carry away these accumulated toxic debt instruments. In a day or two, your debt would have been paid back and you again feel your normal perky self.

Through this example, you have seen how the body acts just like the constitutional monetary policy of America was intended to run by its founders. With our bodies, it doesn’t stop with muscular exertion, that’s just a very small tip of a very large ice berg. Anything that gains entry into the body that shouldn’t be there is considered an invader and the body works hard to expel it. Waging this war against invaders takes a lot of energy and our limited economic resources are called upon to meet that demand just as was the case in the running example above. The greater our toxic burden becomes the more our monetary exchange unit, oxygen, is used to wage this war and less will remain for maintaining the health and vitality of the cells and tissues of our body. This is a leading cause for much of our illness, sickness, and disease. By not controlling the toxins that came into the body, which we could have exercised some measure of control over, we have compromised our health and well being.

We take in toxins daily. Some of these toxic intakes we have some control over while others we don’t. Today, water is a soup of toxic chemicals in most areas. We have a measure of control over that. We can buy bottled water from reputable sources or invest in methods to filter it. The air we breath affords us less control over and is a constant toxic burden to most of us. One area we could exercise a large measure of control over is what we put into our mouths, that is, our diet.

It has been said, “And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.” (Gen 1:29)  Every species of animal on planet Earth has its own unique diet. They don’t need to go to school or read books to learn what they were designed to eat. Only mankind, of all the creatures. seems to be confused over what its diet was designed to be. Anything that we consume which strays from the diet we were created to have, is considered by the body a toxin and it calls upon our available monetary resources to detoxify and then remove them from our body. Whenever our body is called upon to allocate its limited monetary resources on ridding its self of toxins,  those resources are no longer available for the normal required maintenance of all the systems of the body and with time, just like we see happening across our nation, our bodies infrastructure begins to break down causing sickness, disease, and a countless symptoms and syndromes all too common in these times.

Mankind is not any different than any of the other creatures, in terms of its physical body. Every creature has an optimal diet that was provided to it from their Creator. The degree to which the Creator’s dietary laws are followed, will be shown by the health and wellbeing of each. A couple decades past there was a popular diet book titled, ‘Have You Ever Seen A Fat Squirrel?” That said it all. As a people, we are so unhealthy, fat, and lazy today because we have strayed so far from our natural diet which the body was designed for. Today things don’t come from the tree, the vine, or from the root. Instead they come from the box, can, bag, bottle, jar, tablet, powder, or pill. If it was intended that mankind should eat from a box, can, jar, bag, or to gobble down pills and powders then common sense should tell us that all these things would come to us naturally and all we would have to do would be to pick them off of trees, vines, or dig them up with roots? Through the greed of merchant and his propaganda we have allowed ourselves to believe that all these things are food when in fact most of them are just a toxic soup of laboratory chemicals. Believing this lie of the greedy merchants that toxic waste is food, we have placed heavy burdens on the economic system of our body. Since we are not designed to live for lengthy periods on a fiat monetary system, the body is then forced to make compromises. Those compromises deplete our reserve bank accounts and eventually result in the gradual downhill decline in the quality of our lives.

Most of us don’t read or try to understand food labels. We don’t want to be bothered with all that technical stuff. We have allowed ourselves to become conditioned robots of the greedy merchants who continually spew out their propaganda that their chemical concoctions are good, healthy and nutritious food. And so we go down the isles of the food markets and load our carts up with enough chemicals to make even a thriving chemist envious. all the while believing the lie that we are buying food. Little of what the average person buys in the store is food. Read the labels and look up the hard words and find out what they mean and then you just might realize how you have been had by the greedy merchants who have lied to you all of your life. But you say, ‘It taste so good … it just has to be good for you if it taste that good!’ To those readers who might really believe this nonsense, let me remind you that poison bate, whether it’s for cockroaches, ants, or mice are mostly food flavoring to attract the critters into eating it and in so doing they consume the hidden poisons behind that great flavor to their demise.

Day by day we watch as the economies of the world economies crumble around us and most of us feel helpless to do anything that could really help. But be of good cheer because even though you may feel you have little or no control over the world economic crisis, you can take back your our own life. Each of us can take back control of our own individual economy of our bodies and restore them to there intended state of health and wellbeing. We can quit believing the propaganda spewed out day and night by the greedy merchant class. We can read labels, educate ourselves about diet and nutrition and once again rediscover what food really is. We can again begin eating abundantly the  food we were designed to eat. We will leave behind the laboratory concoctions previously thought of as food to the scavengers, the cockroaches, ants, and rats for that is what they were created for. When we do, our bodies will again have the economic resources to keep our infrastructure continually renewed and thereby liberating us from unnecessary disease, illness and suffering which heretofore were apart of our lives. It is a fact of life that we were all born to die. But no where is it written that between birth and death we need to be filled with disease and all manner of chronic conditions, most of which are due by our disobedience to the dietary laws that were made for us. I have never witnessed a fat squirrel, but I sure have seen enough fat people. Perhaps there is a message in this …. food for thought?
